<![CDATA[Abstrak: Puskesmas Kaligangsa Wetan Kabupaten Brebes bertugas menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan secara menyeluruh kepada masyarakat baik dari segi pelayanan, sosialisasi maupun penyebaran informasi tentang penyakit. Dalam hal penyebaran informasi kesehatan dan penyakit selama ini masih menggunakan cara sosialisasi langsung kepada para ibu rumah tangga, namun terkendala karena informasi tersebut belum sepenuhnya menjangkau seluruh masyarakat sekitar puskesmas sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah wadah informatif yang dapat diakses secara penuh oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat, yaitu sistem informasi geografis (GIS) pemetaan penyakit. Menggunakan 2 metode penelitian, yaitu teknik pengumpulan data dan metode pengembangan software RAD. Kegiatan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka dilakukan pada teknik pengumpulan data. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah dengan Rapid Application Development (RAD). Hasil dari penelitian adalah sistem informasi geografis penyebaran penyakit pada Puskesmas Kaligangsa Wetan Kabupaten Brebes.
