Abstract

Thus this research was conducted as a basis for reviewing the MP Study Program curriculum. This research is to analyze the subject in the department to achieve the vision of the Educational Management Department which makes a positive and significant contribution to the graduate profile. Data analysis was tested with multiple linear regression, followed by partial correlation. The results obtained are the coefficient values between Professional Development, Program Evaluation, and Entrepreneurship Attitudes with Teacher Performance obtained values R = 0.784, with R2 = 0.597, with a value of F = 36.098 with a significance of 0.000. This means that there is a close relationship between the three independent variables, the dependent variable with R2 = 0.597 indicates that 59.7% of teacher performance is influenced by the three independent variables. Next is a partial correlation analysis. The results obtained are r1y-23 = 0.389 with a significance of 0.001, r2y-13 = 0.257 with a significance of 0.032, and r3y-12 = 0.324 with a significance of 0.006. From the results it was seen that the highest contribution was achieved by Professional Development, followed by the Entrepreneurship Attitude, the smallest; is the contribution of the Program Evaluation

Abstract

Keseimbangan dari beberapa komponen yang dimiliki mahasiwa baik IQ (Intelligent Quotient), EQ(Emotional Quotient), AQ ( Adversity Quotient ), SQ ( Spiritual Quotient ) berperanan sangat pentingdalam sesuatu kesuksesan dalam belajar karena hal tersebut berkaitan dengan motivasi setiap individu.Pembentukan karakter mahasiswa salah satunya melalui berorganisasi. Dalam suatu organisasidiharapkan mahasiswa mampu bersosialisasi, saling membantu, dan bertukar pendapat sebagaipoin penting yang dapat memotivasi mahasiswa untuk belajar. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahuiketerkaitan keaktifan mahasiswa dalam organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional dengan motivasi belajarmahasiswa tingkat III Prodi D-IV Keperawatan Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian kuantitatif dengan metode corelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitianadalah 54 mahasiswa Prodi D-IV Keperawatan tingkat III Jurusan Keperawatan Poltekkes Surakarta.Penentuan responden penelitian berdasarkan simple random sampling. Uji statistik menggunakan ujilinier ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kontribusi dari variabel keaktifan mahasiswa dalamorganisasi dengan motivasi belajar sebesar 0,5% dengan tanda parameter positif pada angka 0,500. Hasilt-hitung variabel keaktifan mahasiswa dalam organisasi sebesar 6,387 > nilai t tabel dengan tingkatkepercayaan 95% yaitu 4,303 artinya ada kontribusi positif dan signifi kan keaktifan mahasiswa dalamorganisasi terhadap motivasi belajar. Perhitungan regresi variabel kecerdasan emosional yaitu 0,500%.Hasil t-hitung variabel kecerdasan emosional sebesar 6,984 > nilai t tabel dengan tingkat kepercayaan95% yaitu 4,303 sehingga ada kontribusi positif dan signifi kan kecerdasan emosional terhadap motivasibelajar. Simpulan penelitian adalah secara simultan variabel keaktifan mahasiswa dalam organisasidan kecerdasan emosional berkaitan dengan motivasi belajar pada mahasiswa tingkat III Prodi D-IVKeperawatan Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta.Kata kunci: keaktifan mahasiswa berorganisasi, kecerdasan emosional, motivasi belajar ABSTRACTThe balance of several components held good students IQ (Intelligent Quotient), EQ (EmotionalQuotient), AQ (Adversity Quotient), SQ (Spiritual Quotient) very important role in the success inlearning something because it is related to the motivation of each individual. Determination of survey respondents on the terms of simple random sampling.Statistical test using multiple linear test. The results showed the contribution of variable activeness ofstudents in the organization with motivation to learn by 0.5% with positive parameters in the fi guresmark of 0.500. T-test results of students in the organization of the activity variables of 6.387> t tablevalue with a confi dence level of 95% as 4.303; there are positive and signifi cant contribution in theorganization of the activity of student motivation to learn. Calculation of regression variables emotionalintelligence that is 0.5%. Results of t-test of emotional intelligence variable 6.984> t table value witha confi dence level of 95% which is 4.303 so that there is a signifi cant and positive contribution ofemotional intelligence to motivate learning. Abstract

ABSTRAKKeterampilan yang harus dikuasai oleh seorang perawat profesional dalam menangani pasien padakondisi kegawatan dan kekritisan salah satunya adalah kemampuan melakukan pemasangan pipaendo trakeal yang tepat dan benar. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungandengan kemampuan mahasiswa tingkat IV DIV keperawatan dalam melakukan praktek pemasanganpipa endo trakeal di laboratorium keperawatan Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta. Desain penelitianmerupakan penelitian kuantitatif metode non eksperimental dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampelpenelitian adalah 30 mahasiswa tingkat IV D IV Keperawatan Jurusan Keperawatan PoliteknikKesehatan Surakarta. Adapun penentuan responden penelitian dengan simple random sampling. Ujistatistik menggunakan korelasi Product Moment Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kontribusijenis kelamin dengan kemampuan mahasiswa melakukan praktek pemasangan pipa endo trakeal hasiluji korelasi yaitu r hitung > r tabel (0,396 > 0,306). Kontribusi latihan mandiri dengan kemampuanmahasiswa melakukan praktek pemasangan pipa endo trakeal; hasil uji korelasi yaitu r hitung > rtabel (0,463 > 0,306). Kontribusi kedisiplinan dengan kemampuan mahasiswa; hasil uji korelasi yaitur hitung > r tabel (0,365 > 0,306). Kontribusi pengetahuan dengan kemampuan mahasiswa hasil ujikorelasi yaitu r hitung > r tabel (0,444 > 0,306). Simpulan penelitian adalah secara simultan terdapatbanyak faktor yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam melakukan praktekpemasangan pipa endo trakeal antara lain faktor pengetahuan, latihan mandiri, kedisiplinan dan jeniskelamin.Kata kunci : pengetahuan, latihan mandiri, kedisiplinan, jenis kelamin,pemasangan pipa endo trakealABSTRACTThe skill that must be mastered by a professional nurse in treating patients in urgency and criticalityconditions one of which is the ability to perform endo tracheal pipe fitting right and true. Results showed that thecontribution of sex with a student's ability to practice plumbing endo tracheal correlation with testresults that count r> r table (0.396> 0.306). Contributions practice independently with the ability of students to practice plumbing endo tracheal correlation with test results that count r> r table (0.463> 0.306). Contributions discipline with the students’ ability with test results that count r> r table (0.365> 0.306). Contributions knowledge with the students’ ability with test results that count r> r table (0.444> 0.306). The conclusions of this research is simultaneously there are many factors associated with the ability of students to practice the installation of pipes among other factors endo tracheal knowledge, independent of exercise, discipline and gender.Keywords: factor knowledge, self exercise, discipline, gender, practice endo tracheal pipe installation
