Abstract

 Pendidikan merupakan suatu sarana yang sangat penting bagi kelangsungan hidup manusia, hal ini disebabkan karena pendidikan adalah sektor yang dapat menciptakan kecerdasan manusia dalam melangsungkan kehidupannya, pentingnya pendidikan agar dengan mudah segala kebutuhan hidup dapat diperoleh. Sesungguhnya pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar dan  terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya dan masyarakatKata kunci: Peran pendidikan, Pengembangan diri, Tantangan Era Globalisasi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work experience and work discipline on employee performance at PT.  Solusindo Bintang Pratama in South Jakarta.  The type of research used is quantitative research.  The research sample was the entire population of 64 people.  The research results show that work experience (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a regression equation value of Y = 10.932 + 0.754.  The correlation coefficient is 0.765, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship.  The determination value is 58.5% while the remaining 41.5% is influenced by other factors.  Hypothesis testing (t test) obtained a calculated t value > t table or (9.355 > 1.999) thus H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted.  Work discipline (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a regression equation value of Y = 24.324 + 0.417. A correlation coefficient of 0.781 means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship.  The determination value is 61,0% while the remaining 39% is influenced by other factors.  Hypothesis testing (t test) obtained a calculated t value > t table or (3.411 > 1.999) thus H0 was rejected and H2 was accepted.  Work experience (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation value Y = 8.118 + 0.713 + 0.110.  The Correlation Coefficient is 0.771, meaning it has a strong level of relationship.  The determination value is 58.1% while the remaining 41.9% is influenced by other factors.  Hypothesis Test (F Test) obtained calculated F value > F table or (44.715 > 2.760) thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Depok City, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The results of the t test research showed that the calculated t for work discipline was 10.122 > t table of 1.988 or a significance of 0.00 < 0.05, meaning that partially there was a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. And t calculated for the work environment is 9.052 > t table 1.988 or a significance of 0.00 < 0.50, meaning that partially there is a significant influence of the work environment on employee performance. For the f test, the calculated f is 80.881 > f table 2.71 or a significance of 0.00 < 0.50, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance. Multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 4.360 + 0.537 (X1) + 0.364 (X2). The determination analysis obtained a value of 0.658 with a percentage of 65.8%, while the remaining 34.2% was caused by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of providing incentives and work discipline on employee performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama Jakarta branch area 1. This study was conducted using a quantitative research method with a sampling technique using saturated sampling and samples were obtained in the study of 65 respondents. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. The result of thus are that provision of incentives has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 21.183 + 0.440 X1, a correlation value of 0.571 meaning that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. The value of determination coefficient was 32.6%. The hypothesis test was obtained by calculating t > t table or (5.522 > 1.669) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a significant influence of providing incentivies on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y= 17.539 + 0.523 X2 correlation value 0.630 meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship level. The value of the determination coefficient is 39.7%. the hypothesis test was obtained by t counting > t table or (6.437 > 1.669). thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. The provision of incentives and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 13.378 + 0.255 X1 + 0.378 X2 correlation value 0.690 meaning that the independt variable with the bound variable had a strong relationship level. The coefficient value of determination was 47.6% while the remaining 52.4% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Ciputat South Tangerang Branch Office. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and a sample of 57 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 70.3% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (7.332 > 1.673). Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 74.9% and hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (8.394 > 1.673). Discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.308 + 0.355X1 + 0.465X2. The coefficient of determination or contribution of simultaneous influence is 80.3%, while the remaining 19.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of F count > F table or (49.183 > 2.78). The correlation coefficient value of discipline, work motivation and employee performance was simultaneously obtained at 0,494, while the remainder was (100-49,4) = 50,6% influenced by other factors. Simultaneous correlation coefficient test obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0,803, which is in the interval 0,600-0,799.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sanken Argadwidja Tangerang Regency dispenser production partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. Respondents in this study amounted to 50 people. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression test, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that Workload has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination value of 50% and in the hypothesis test the T value is obtained 4.064> table 1.677 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 28.6% with the hypothesis test obtaining a t value of 4.387> T table 1.677 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Workload and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 24,100 + 0.459 X1 + 0.0.459 X2. The correlation value is 0,615 which means that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 37.7%. The hypothesis test obtained an Fcount value of 14.262> Fable 3.09, this is reinforced by a Pvalue of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Binar Dew Services, Service quality on employee performance at PT. Binar Dew Services and the Influence of Work Discipline and Service Quality on employee performance at PT. Binar Dew Services. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to some PT employees. Binar Dew Services Tangerang Regency, totaling 98 respondents, used a slovin sampling technique with a precision of 5%. The data obtained was then processed using SPSS statistical software version 20. This analysis technique includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis test, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests, and statistical tests via the t test. , and F test. The results of the t test show that Work Discipline and Service Quality partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the F test shows that work discipline and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The correlation coefficient is 0.637, meaning that the three variables have a strong level of relationship. The R Square coefficient of determination value was found to be 0.406, meaning that the influence of the Work Discipline and Service Quality variables on employee performance is 40.6%, while the remaining 59.4% is explained by other variables. which is not discussed in this research. The research results show that: 1) Work Discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Binar Dew Services Tangerang Regency. 2) Service Quality partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Binar Dew Services Tangerang Regency. 3) Work Discipline and Service Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Binar Dew Services Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at the Tasikmalaya City Environmental Service. The method used in this study is quantitaive. The sampling technique used the slovin technique and obtained a sample of 57 respondents. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to all respondents using the Likert scale as a measurement scale and SPSS version 25 as a data processing application. Data analysis used validity tests, reability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at the Tasikmalaya City Environmental Service, this can be proven from the simple linier regression equation Y = 25,253 + 0,403X1, a correlation value of 0,386 (has a low level of relationship). The coefficient of determination or contribution of its influemce is 14,9% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttabel or (3,104 > 1,673). Partial hypothesis test of independent variables affects the dependent variable whit the decision Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence. It is said to be significant because the probability significance value is 0,003 < 0,05. Physical Work Environment has a significant effect on employee performance at the Tasikmalaya City Environmental Service. This can be proven from the regression equation Y = 23,313 + 0,455X2, the correlation value is 0,501 (has a moderate level of relationship). The coefficient of determination or contribution of its influence is 25,1% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttabel or (4,293 > 1,673). Partial hypothesis test of independent variables affects the dependent variable whit the decision Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence. It is said to be significant because the probability significance value is 0,000 < 0,05. Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant at the Tasikmalaya City Environmental Service. This can proven from the regression equation Y = 9,436 + 0,358X1 + 0,426X2, a correlation value of 0,606 (having a strong relationship). The coefficient of determination or contribution of its influence is 36,8% and the hypothesis test obtained the value og Fcount > Ftabel or (15,702 > 3,17). Sumlatnaeous hypothesis testing of independent variables influences the dependeny variable whit decision H1 and H3 accepted, meaning there is a significant influence. It is said to be significant because the probability significance value < 0,05.
