Abstract

Subjek seorang laki-laki berusia 22 tahun yang mengalami gangguan skizofrenia dengan gejala depresi. Studi kasus ini bertujuan mengurangi gejala-gejala depresi pada gangguan skizofren yang dialami oleh subjek. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara berupa, autoanamnesa dan alloanamnesa, observasi dan tes psikologi (Tes Grafis, Wartegg, Wais, WWQ, SSCT dan skala BDI-II). Intervensi yang dilakukan menggunakan positive psychotherapy yang terdiri dari 9 sesi dan sesuai dengan teori Learned Helpessness, dimana kepasifan dan perasaan subjek yang merasa tidak mampu bertindak dan mengendalikan hidupnya terbentuk melalui pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan dan trauma yang tidak berhasil dikendalikan sehingga menimbulkan rasa tidak berdaya yang kemudian memicu depresi. Intervensi tersebut bertujuan untuk menemukan kekuatan-kekuatan positif yang subjek miliki, sehingga subjek mampu memaknai kehidupannya secara positif dan mampu mengenal dirinya untuk mengembangkan potensinya. Setelah dilakukan intervensi subjek sudah mulai mampu melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari, berinteraksi terlibat dalam kegiatan sosial. Hal ini didukung oleh motivasi subjek untuk sembuh namun subjek kurang percaya diri menjalani kehidupannya. Dukungan keluarga dan lingkungan sangat positif sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi subjek dalam mengurangi gejala depresi yang dialami.

Abstract

Abstract Mental disorders generally occur due to pressure that comes from external factors. Therefore, practical knowledge about mental disorders should also be understood by society. The community is expected to be able to participate through community empowerment methods to increase independence in handling mental health, so that there are no more mental patients who are in shackles and lose their productivity. This study aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of mental health first aid in the Bantur community which is packaged in the form of modules. The method used in this research is R&D with the following stages: 1) Problem identification, 2) Data collection, 3) Product design, 4) Product development, 5) Product validation and evaluation, 6) Dissemination and implementation, 7) Mass product manufacture. The research was conducted in Bantur District, Malang Regency. The research subjects were people who had involvement in various cases of mental disorders. Based on the results of the group test validity, 81% of 10 people chose that the module was feasible. In addition, the results of the expert validation of this module are included in the criteria "Appropriate to Use". After dissemination with 30 participants, it was found that the pre-test results were 60.3 and the post-test 64.37 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, which indicated that there were significant differences in the participants' understanding before and after the socialization of the module. So it can be concluded that this Community-Based Mental Health Management Module is feasible and effective to use.

Abstract

Abstract Most individuals build peer relationships where there is someone who is fun to be with and can make individuals comfortable being themselves. In line with the development of individual relationships tend to require acceptance from the environment. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between self-confidence and self-disclosure in new students at SMK X Malang Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with the population in this study is the new students of SMK X in 2020/2021 as many as 114 people. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale instrument consisting of a self-confidence scale consisting of 30 items and a self-disclosure scale consisting of 30 items that have been tested for reliability and validity. The data analysis technique used the Pearson product moment correlation technique with SPSS version 22 for windows. The results showed that there was a relationship between self-confidence and self-disclosure. The higher the self-confidence, the higher the self-disclosure and vice versa. Individuals can develop their social skills during online schooling to establish relationships or interactions through self-disclosure by increasing their self-confidence.
