Abstract

This paper focuse to the factors which influence satisfaction of the users in the Library of Kopertis Region X. This study aimed to describe the factors that influence satisfaction to the users Kopertis Region X. Data were collected through observation and interview to the visitors who came to the library of Kopertis Region X. The description of the data was analized by the research. It was concluded as the following. First, the librarians at the library of Kopertis Region X who has done a good job, although sometimes librarians have not been able to fully satisfy users. Second, the collection was not completely available in the Library of Kopertis Region X. Third, facilities and infrastructure in the Library of Kopertis Region X was also not completely available, such as tables and chairs that can be used to study and read.

Abstract

Abstrak - Balai Diklat Keagamaan Padang merupakan suatu instansi yang bertugas untuk mengelola pendidikan dan pelatihan bagi ASN Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sumatera Barat dan Jambi. Setiap harinya selalu ada tamu yang datang untuk mengurus berbagai macam keperluan dan kepentingan lainnya yang terdapat pada pada Balai Diklat Keagamaan Padang. Agar pelayanan terhadap tamu yang datang dapat terlaksana dengan baik tanpa mengganggu kinerja petugas lain, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi penerima tamu tersendiri sebagai media perantara bagi Balai Diklat Keagamaan Padang untuk berhubungan secara langsung dengan tamu yang berkunjung. Untuk proses penerimaan tamu pada Balai Diklat Keagamaan Padang sendiri masih menggunakan proses input data manual dimana data-data tamu ditulis dan disimpan pada buku sehingga memungkinkan menimbulkan kebingungan dalam melakukan rekapitulasi data tamu yang diinginkan dan pencarian data membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Hal ini menyebabkan kinerja dari pihak yang melakukan rekapitulasi menjadi kurang efektif serta tidak efisien. Maka dari itu penulis merancang suatu sistem dengan mengambil judul yaitu Perancangan Aplikasi Buku Tamu pada Kantor Balai Diklat Keagamaan Padang dengan Menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio Net 2010 dan Crystal Report.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi; Buku Tamu, Laporan; Microsoft Visual Studio Net 2010; Crystal Report; Abstract - Padang Religious Training Center is an institution tasked with managing education and training for ASN of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Sumatra and Jambi Provinces. Every day there are always guests who come to take care of various needs and other interests contained in the Padang Religious Training Center. In order for services to guests who come can be carried out properly without disrupting the performance of other officers, a separate guest reception information system is needed as an intermediary media for the Padang Religious Training Center to communicate directly with visiting guests. For the guest reception process at the Padang Religious Training Center itself still uses a manual data input process where guest data is written and stored in a book so that it can cause confusion in recapitulating the desired guest data and data searches take quite a long time. This causes the performance of the party doing the recapitulation to be less effective and inefficient. Therefore, the author designed a system by taking the title of Designing a Guest Book Application at the Padang Religious Training Center Office Using Microsoft Visual Studio Net 2010 and Crystal Report.Keywords: Information Systems; Guest Books; Reports; Microsoft Visual Studio Net 2010; Crystal Report;
