Abstract

ABSTRACK           This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of systems and procedures for the management of local property in accordance with Permendagri No. 17 of 2007 on the technical implementation of the management of local property on the Regional Government of Konawe Regency. Sample in this research is officer or staff directly involved in the process of management of local property that is Head of SKPD as user of goods amounting to 15 people at 15 SKPD representing Office, Agency and District. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis.           The result of the research shows that the implementation of system and procedure of management of local property at Local Government of Konawe Regency not yet effective. The problems encountered are the implementation of storage procedures of goods where the absence of warehouse where the goods belonging to the area in each SKPD so that the administration does not store inventory goods, the procedure of administration of local property has not been in accordance with the prevailing rules of the inventory of local property has not presented data and information sufficient, there are still many goods belonging to the regions that do not have ownership documents so that it is necessary to optimize the security procedures of goods and the implementation of the compensation claims that have not been fully implemented as applicable rules Keywords: Effectiveness, System, Procedures, Management of Regional Property,   Permendagri No. 17 of 2007

Because with existence of the make-up of clean amount of water required, that goodness for household , industrial, effort shop and also other publik utulities, hence timbulah of[is effort - effort to [be] is ready [of] up to standard clean water either from facet of[is quality of and also quantity. To reach the the effort hence require to be realized by way of planning Clean Distribution Water network system. Basically this distribution [is] meant to fulfill healthy clean amount of water required as according to clean water standard which have been specified, which is on finally aim to also to increase prosperity and health of society, especially related to environmental condition balance With growth of civilization and also progressively increasing [him/ it] of[is amount of resident [in] Kec. Estuary of Kaman, Kab. Kutai Kartanegara, by itself add immeasurable life aktifitas. Previously local society more tend to to living river ditepian of mahakam because them swimmingly get water [at] river of Mahakam, however because growth of resident which progressively increase accompanied.

Abstract

The study on the Implementation of Islamic Architecture at Ummusabri Early Childhood Education Center (PAUD) in Kendari City is an in-depth analysis of the architectural design of this early childhood education institution. The research aims to comprehend the implementation of Islamic architectural principles in the structure of PAUD Ummusabri, with a focus on elements such as lighting, geometric patterns, integration with nature, and the influence of traditional Islamic architecture. The research methodology involves on-site observations, documentation studies, and interviews with architects or relevant stakeholders. The findings are anticipated to provide profound insights into how Islamic architectural design is applied in pre-school educational institutions, particularly in PAUD Ummusabri.
