Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Governance (CG) structure on bond Yield To Maturity (YTM) using bond rating as the intervening variable. The population of this research covered all corporate bonds that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 to 2015. The sampling technique is purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the path analysis. This research proves that institutional ownership, board size, audit committee, and bond rating negatively affects bond YTM. Managerial ownership positively affects bond YTM. Institutional ownership, board size, and audit committee positively affects bond rating. Managerial ownership negatively affects bond ratings. Bond rating shown mediated the association of institutional ownership on bond YTM, the association of board size on bond YTM, and the association of the audit committee on bond YTM. However, bond rating can not mediate the effect of managerial ownership on bond YTM. Keywords: corporate governance structure, bond yield to maturity, bond rating

Abstract

Pendidikan saat ini mengalami perubahan dari pembelajaran dalam kelas menjadi pembelajaran daring ataupun bauran yang disebabkan oleh pandemi Covid-19. Ini merupakan tantangan bagi pendidik dan calon pendidik untuk mendesain pembelajaran yang efektif. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang sering digunakan dalam pembelajaran daring dan bauran adalah video. Namun, penyampaian materi dengan video ini mengalami kendala dalam memonitoring kegiatan siswa dan mengetahui pemahaman siswa. Hal ini yang dialami oleh mahasiswa Program Studi Matematika Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia saat memberikan video sebagai materi pembelajaran. Untuk membantu mengatasi hal tersebut, maka dilaksanakan pelatihan dalam mendesain pembelajaran menggunakan video yang diintegrasikan dalam platform Edpuzzle. Para calon guru ini dilatih menggunakan Edpuzzle untuk membuat catatan dan kuis dalam video, memberikan umpan balik dan penilaian, dan memonitoring kegiatan pembelajaran. Dengan pelatihan ini, diharapkan para calon guru dapat mendesain pembelajaran daring ataupun bauran dengan menggunakan video yang interaktif.

Abstract

Fintech DANA is currently used for non-cash transactions due to the convenience and practicality of transactions offered by service providers. However, it is currently unknown to what extent the success of the electronic wallet that has been implemented and there are still problems such as loss of balance, failure to top up balances and the features of the DANA application that are still poorly understood. One of the determining factors for the success of a system that is implemented is from the side of user acceptance, namely behavioral intention (user interest) and use behavior (user behavior). The purpose of this study was to find out what factors could influence the Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior of DANA Fintech Users towards private workers in the city of Denpasar. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, distributing online questionnaires, and analyzing data processing using SPSS version 25 and SmartPLS 3.0 software. the results of the 12 (twelve) hypotheses proposed, 7 (seven) hypotheses were declared insignificant and rejected because the T-statistical value of the hypothesis was less than 1.96, while 5 (five) hypotheses were declared significant and accepted because the T-statistical value of the hypothesis is more than 1.96. The results of this study are expected to be one of the considerations in making decisions for electronic wallet service providers to be implemented more optimally.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the benefits of information technology investment at PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk by using two research methods, namely Rantis's Generic IS/TI Business Value and Cost Benefit Analysis. The use of the Cost Benefit Analysis method is used to analyze the feasibility of a technology investment by identifying the costs incurred and the benefits obtained. Ranti's Generic IS/TI Business Value method is used to identify the benefits obtained from a technology investment. The results obtained by using the cost benefit analysis calculation show that the information technology investment made by PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk is acceptable and provides benefits for the company by obtaining an ROI of 0.72%, an NPV of 2,607,198, a PP of 0.06 or around 22 days, and a BCR of 55.9. While the results of the analysis of the benefits of information technology investment using the Ranti's Generic IS/IT Business Value method provide benefits in the form of improving image, improving external services, improving internal services, and improving quality.

Abstract

Prediksi financial distress pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan menerapkan algoritma decision tree menggunakan data sebanyak 750 records, dimana 90% data dengan jumlah 675 digunakan sebagai data training. Sedangkan 10% data dengan jumlah 75 digunakan sebagai data testing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prediksi financial distress pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Implentasi data menggunakan tools Orange Data Mining dengan algoritma decision tree memperoleh tingkat akurasi sebesar 98.7%, F1 Score sebesar 98.8%, Precision sebesar 97.6%, Recall sebesar 1.00%,. Dengan nilai Area Under Curve (AUC) sebesar 98.4% termasuk dalam kelompok “Excellent Classification”. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan confusion matrix memperoleh tingkat akurasi sebesar 98.7%, F1 Score sebesar 98,6% Precision sebesar 97.7%, Recall sebesar 99.7%, dan Specificity sebesar 97.5%. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan grafik ROC Analyis algoritma decision tree hasil kurva menunjukkan lebih dekat dengan batas kiri mendekati 1. Dengan rasio “Debt to Tottal Asset Ratio (DAR)” yang menjadi root node (akar) dalam pola pohon keputusan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi intention of use dalam implementasi pembayaran digital Quick Response Indonesia Standard (QRIS) pada pelaku usaha di Pasar Seni Sukawati dengan menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dimodifikasi menggunakan 2 variabel utama dan 2 variabel tambahan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 161 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas instrumen dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa kuisioner telah valid dan reliabel. Data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil pengujian mengindikasikan bahwa hipotesis yang diterima hanya satu yaitu variable perceived trust terhadap intention of use, sedangkan tiga hipotesis lainnya, yaitu perceived usefulness terhadap intention of use, perceived ease of use terhadap intention of use, dan perceived enjoyment terhadap intention of use ditolak.

Abstract

A suitable marketing strategy is very important to implement to develop a sustainable business and get a wider target buyer. The application of digital marketing is an effort that companies can make to get closer to consumers through the application of digital technology. The case study from this research is located in CV. Sinar Mas Jaya Permata which sells gemstones. This study aims to analyze strategies that can be implemented to increase the marketing and sales of gemstones through digital marketing. In addition, this research is descriptive qualitative with interviews and observation. This study also applies the STP strategy (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning), and SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to find out the results of the strategies that will be implemented by CV. Sinar Mas Jaya Permata. The results of this SWOT analysis can be used by CV. Sinar Mas Jaya Permata as a problem solving material, increasing marketing and sales.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Xendit is one of the payment gateway fintech companies that offer digital payment solutions and other financial services. Xendit faces challenges related to user data security and technical issues that can impact user satisfaction. Therefore, it is essential to understand the influence of the PIECES variables on user satisfaction. The objective of this research is to identify how the PIECES variables affect the level of user satisfaction with Xendit services. The population in this study is 72 resellers of Kutuskutus. id who uses Xendit. The sample size of 61 respondents was determined using Slovin's formula. This research will utilize multiple linear regression analysis techniques, including the F-test and t-test. The study results indicate that the variables of performance, information & data, economics, control & security, efficiency, and service collectively influence user satisfaction with Xendit. Four variables, namely economics, control & security, efficiency, and service, have a partial influence on user satisfaction, while the variables of performance and information & data do not have a partial influence on user satisfaction with the Xendit application. The variable that exerts the most dominant influence on user satisfaction (Y) is the service variable, with a significant value of 1.449. ABSTRAK Xendit adalah salah satu perusahaan fintech kategori payment gateway yang menyediakan solusi pembayaran digital dan layanan keuangan lainnya. Tantangan yang dihadapi xendit berkaitan dengan keamanan data pengguna serta kendala teknis dalam penggunaan xendit yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna. Oleh karena itu perlu di ketahui pengaruh variabel PIECES terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana variabel PIECES mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengguna layanan Xendit. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah reseller Kutuskutus.id yang menggunakan xendit sebanyak 72 orang. Dimana banyaknya sampel yang diambil adalah 61 responden yang dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda yang terdiri terdiri dari uji F dan uji t. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel performances, information & data, economics, control & security, efficiency, dan service secara simultan mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna xendit. Ada empat variabel yang berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pengguna yaitu economics, control & security, efficiency dan service sedangkan variabel performance dan information & data tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pengguna pada aplikasi xendit. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling mendominasi terhadap variabel kepuasan pengguna (Y) adalah variabel service dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 1,449. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE) & Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Terhadap Harga Saham Sektor Teknologi tahun 2020-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen dan dependen yaitu harga saham (Y) sebagai variabel dependen sedangkan Return On Equity (ROE) (X1) & Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) (X2) variabel independen. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dan diperoleh 42 perusahaan sektor teknologi sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji heteroskedastisitas), uji hipotesis (analisis regresi linear berganda, uji-t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi) untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Return On Equity (ROE) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dan Return On Equity (ROE) & Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci: Harga saham, Return On Equity (ROE) & Debt to Equity Ratio (DER).
