Abstract

Abstrak: Showroom Hayka Jaya Mobilindo Bekasi adalah salah satu tempat usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan mobil bekas, Showroom Hayka Jaya Mobilindo Bekasi berpeluang semakin besar bisnisnya di karenakan banyak nya pesanan yang meningkat dari para customer. Namun, seiring berkembangnya usaha dalam melayani customer, tidak jarang ditemukan oleh pihak Showroom Hayka Jaya Mobilindo Bekasi kewalahan ketika menangani penjualan mobil. Hal ini disebabkan penjualan mobil yang semakin bertambah sehingga kurang perhatian dalam pendataan transaksi penjualan mobil customer yang diterima. Sistem Informasi Penjualan Mobil Pada Showroom Hayka Mobilindo Bekasi Berbasis Desktop dibuat sebagai solusi pelayanan penjualan mobil dalam pengelolaan data penjualan mobil, data customer, data transaksi penjualan mobil, penyajian laporan transaksi customer dan laporan transaksi penjualan mobil. Dalam membangun program aplikasi, digunakan perangkat lunak vb.net (software). Sistem Informasi Penjualan Mobil Pada Showroom Hayka Jaya Mobilindo Bekasi tersebut dapat memperbaharui sistem pelayanan yang ada menjadi lebih baik dan lebih memuaskankan customer dan dari segi pelayanan serta memberi kemudahan pemilik showroom dalam mengelola usaha penjualan mobil yang dimilikinya. Kata kunci: Aplikasi Penjualan, Showroom Mobil, Sistem Informasi, Desktop. Abstract: Hayka Jaya Mobilindo Bekasi Showroom is one of the business places that are engaged in the sale of used cars, the Hayka Jaya Mobilindo Bekasi Showroom has the opportunity to increase its business due to the increasing number of orders from customers. However, as the business develops in serving customers, it is not uncommon to find Hayroom Jaya Mobilindo Bekasi Showrooms overwhelmed when handling car sales. This is due to increasing car sales so that there is less attention in the data collection of customer car sales transactions received. Car Sales Information System At Desktop-Based Hayka Mobilindo Bekasi is made as a car sales service solution in managing car sales data, customer data, car sales transaction data, presentation of customer transaction reports and car sales transaction reports. In building application programs using the SDLC waterfall method and using the vb.net software (software). Car Sales Information System In Bekasi Hayka Jaya Mobilindo Showroom can renew the existing service system to be better and more satisfying customers and in terms of service and provide convenience showroom owners in managing their car sales business.
