Abstract

Monitoring is an activity that is carried out continuously. Healthy condition is a parameter that is needed in life, one of the important parameters is the measurement of oxygen saturation in the blood and heart rate. The purpose of this research is to develop a Smartwatch SpO2 device and BPM sensor that is connected to WIFI using the Android Platform instead of using an LCD for parameter reading. This module design method uses the MAX30100 sensor to display the SpO2 and BPM values displayed on the OLED. Data processing is carried out using ATMEGA 328P programming and then displayed in the Android-based Mit-app application. The results show the average error for the SPO2 value is 0.868 % and the standard deviation is 0.170 %, while the BPM value has an average error of 0.56 % and a standard deviation of 0.30%. From the results of the comparison data analysis, the largest error was 1.03% and the smallest was 0.62% for Spo2 ml/hour with an accuracy of 0.05 (0.57%) with a precision value of 0.08 at the selection speed of 50 ml/hour. From the results above, it can be concluded that the data can be displayed on OLED using the Mit-app Android application with an error rate accuracy of 0.57%. From the results of this research design, it is hoped that it can facilitate the diagnosis of the condition of patients and health nurses

Abstract

Health problems with cardiovascular system disorders are still ranked high, according to data from the WHO reported that there are about 31% of causes of death globally are cardiovascular diseases. The purpose of this study was to develop a 12 lead electrocardiograph with 2 displays and the HC-05 as a real-time transmitter of heart signal data. The electrocardiogram signal is obtained from the wiretapping by attaching the electrode cable to the Lead I, Lead II, Lead III, aVR, aVL, and aVF leads, then processed on IC AD620, HPF and LPF filters and non-inverting amplifiers and then processed using Arduino UNO for further display. in the form of a signal on the Delphi 7 application. The research method is to measure the heart signal on the ECG Simulator, by testing several BPMs, namely 30, 60, 120 and 240 on each lead. After testing the signal equation at the 0.5mV setting by calculating the error rate, the highest error value is obtained in lead I, lead aVL and aVF of 7.14% and the smallest error is 3.57% error in lead III. Then at the 1mV setting by calculating the error rate, the highest error value in lead aVL is 7.14% and the smallest error is 2.36%. at the 2mV setting by calculating the error rate, the highest error value is obtained in leads aVL and aVF of 5.71% and the smallest error is obtained by an error of 2.1% in lead II. the results of this study are implemented so that in the future an ECG examination can be carried out and then monitored remotely like a doctor's room because the data communication uses bluetooth.

Abstract

Abstract

Calibration is an activity to determine the conventional truth of the value of the appointment of a measuring instrument by comparing traceable standards to national and international standards for measurement and / or international units and certified reference materials. The purpose of this study is to develop a system of efficient and practical centrifuge calibrators by sending the calibration results directly via bluetooth to a PC. The main series of centrifuge calibrators are Arduino modules, laser sensors and Bluetooth. The high low signal is obtained from the reflection of the laser beam aimed at the reflector point on the centrifuge plate, processed in the Arduino module and displayed on the LCD, the calibration results can be directly seen in the Delphi program. The design of this module is also equipped with a Bluetooth transmitter to send data to a PC. This module can be used in medical equipment calibration laboratories. Based on the results of testing and data collection on the 8 Tube centrifuge with a Lutron Tachometer ratio, the error value was 0.0136%. After planning, experimenting, making modules, testing modules, and collecting data, it can be concluded that the tool "centrifuge calibrator equipped with PC-based data processors" can be used and according to planning because the fault tolerance does not exceed 10%.Keywords—Holter Monitor; Heart Monitoring; Arduino Microcontroller; SD Card Memory

Abstract

The target for this community service program is a resident of Jl. Parikesit RT 05 RW 03 Dusun Picis, Balongdowo Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. He had a work accident in one of the industries in the city of Sidoarjo in 2010 on the left wrist up to the fingers, so the doctor suggested amputation. He is actually still in his productive age (36 years old) but because of this situation, he is unable to carry out activities in the world of work and has decreased confidence in himself and avoids socializing in society. The purpose of this community partnership program (PKM) activity is to apply 3d printing technology in the manufacture of prosthetic hands for people who have transradial amputations as an effort to improve the quality of life. The implementation methods used are: a) the measurement of several physical parameters on the amputee such as the diameter of the arm circumference, the length of the amputated part, weight and height. In addition to physical parameters, we also carry out medical measurements, including obtaining information on health conditions such as blood pressure, heart health and blood glucose levels, b) designing prosthetic hands using 3D application programs and 3D printers, c) mechanical and functional testing for perform basic movements in the form of opening and closing the palms, d) monitoring and evaluation of the use of prosthetic hands. The results obtained from this activity are that the patient can use the prosthetic hand to assist with activities in carrying out daily activities. In this PKM activity, amputees have been tested, namely the movement of holding a mineral water bottle, holding a banana, peeling a banana peel and driving a two-wheeled motorized vehicle. Monitoring shows that patients need regular exercise in using prosthetic hands so that they are able to control and condition their use. In the future, several developments can be made, including in terms of control and size of the prosthetic hand so that patients can feel the benefits of a prosthetic hand that functions like a normal hand.
