Abstract

This research aims to analyze and compare the performance of the Islamic stock portfolio represented by the JII index and ethical investment represented by the SRI-KE-HATI index by measuring the Risk Adjustment Return Index through the Sharpe index, Treynor index, and Jensen Index  differential return and appraisal ratio. The data analysis of this research consists of five parts, namely descriptive analysis, analysis of stock performance, with three methods, namely Sharpe, Treynor, and Jensen.differential return and appraisal ratio and Multiple Comparison Test. Based on the comparison of the performance of JII and SRI-KEHATI stocks in 2014-2019, it can be concluded that the overall method of Sharpe, Treynor and differential return shows a negative performance value, which means that the performance is not good, whereas when measured using the Jensen method and Appraisal Return shows positive performance value, which means good performance. When compared between the performance of JII and SRI-KEHATI shares, there is a difference between the performance of the JII and SRI-KEHATI Indices during the study period

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembangunan nasional tidak bisa lepas dari peranan pemerintah daerah dalam memanfaatkan sumberdaya yang tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel PDRB, Jumlah Pengeluaran pemerintah dan Jumlah Penduduk Terhadap PAD. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder periode 2014-2020. Metode analisisnya menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang terbaik yang digunakan yaitu fixed effect model dengan hasil yang sudah dilakukan bahwa hanya variabel PDRB yang berpengaruh terhadap PAD sedangkan jumlah pengeluaran pemerintah dan jumlah penduduk tidak berpengaruh terhadap PAD. Kata kunci: PDRB, Jumlah Pengeluaran Pemerintah, Jumlah Penduduk, PAD.     Abstract: National development cannot be separated from the role of local governments in utilizing available resources. This study aims to analyze the effect of the variables of GRDP, Total Government Expenditure, and Total Population on PAD. The data used in this study is secondary data for the period 2014-2020. The analysis method uses panel data regression analysis. The results show that the best model used is the fixed effect model with the results that have been carried out that only the GRDP variable affects PAD while the amount of government expenditure and the population does not affect PAD. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of students' knowledge and attitudes towards investment practices in the Islamic capital market. The model in this study adopts concepts from KAP theory (Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice). This research is a type of research using a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents using purposive sampling technique. Respondents in this study were students studying in the province of D.I. Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique was carried out using the SEM-PLS technique through the Warp PLS 6.0 analysis tool. The results of the SEM analysis show that knowledge and attitudes have a significant influence on student practice in relation to investment in the Islamic capital market. The implications of this research are expected to be input for practitioners who are active in the Islamic capital market industrial sector to be able to provide more attractive investment products. Thus, this research can be a means to encourage people, including the millennial generation, to start investing as early as possible as a form of financial planning in the future
