Abstract

ABSTRAKIlmu dalam pandangan Islam adalah bagian penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Ia mesti dipelajari dan dimiliki oleh manusia termasuk dalam hal ini ilmu manajemen pendidikan. Dalam perspektif Islam, ilmu manajemen pendidikan mesti memuat prinsip dan nilai Islam yang dapat membimbing siswa menuju eksistensinya sendiri. Ilmu manajemen pendidikan konvensional, secara eksplisit tidak memuat makna yang relevan dengan prinsip dan nilai Islam. Hal ini sangat penting sebab manusia berperilaku dan bersikap senantiasa dibimbing oleh ilmu pengetahuan. Namun, secara implisit, ilmu manajemen pendidikan konvensional yang notabene dimunculkan di Barat, telah menggambarkan konsep manajemen yang dikembangkan Nabi Muhammad. Walaupun istilah yang digunakan tidak sejalan dengan Islam, namun dari isi arti telah selaras dengan prinsip dan nilai manajemen pendidikan Islam, yaitu produktivitas, mensejahterahkan, adanya sistem pahala dan dosa, memperhatikan efektifitas dan efisiensi, sumber daya manusia mesti berilmu, bertanggungjawab, mementingkan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, pelibatan sumber daya manusia, disiplin, adanya standar, dan memfokuskan pada standar moral dan etika pendidikan Islam.Kata kunci: moral, etika, nilai, wahyu, sunnah

Abstract

The establishment of Madrasah as an educational institution is not purely educational. There is a political and ideological motif behind the stand. This motivation has implications for the study of madrasah which is thick with the content of religious science of Sunni version especially fiqih. The knowledge is more likely to recycle and preserve the establishment of religious doctrines, and less encourage creative critical thinking as in the natural sciences. Considerable impact is the development of intellectual transformation and subsequent Islamic civilization that stagnated with the closing of the door of ijtihad and the dichotomism of Islamic scholars. A historical problem that leads to the decline of Islam.

Abstract

This research traced the migration of green bean porridge traders in Yogyakarta,why were they from Kuningan?To answer this question, things related to migration, such as type, motivation and purpose, need to be answered by research. The used theories were push-pull theory and chain theory. This study was an anthropological qualitative study with ethnographic methods.The research findings showed that green bean porridge traders in Papringan were migrant groups from Kuningan who built a network of group relations. This network was formally proven by the existence of an association (paguyuban Arya Kemuning) which accommodated green bean porridge traders. Implicitly, the network of green bean porridge traders could be seen from a sense of mechanical solidarity, which was formed by regional ethnicity. The chosen circulational migration was another proof of the existence of green bean porridge traders network in Yogyakarta. It was used as a solution for community development for economic prosperity.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap tentang sejauhmana pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap hasil belajar siswa pendidikan Agama Islam kelas IV Ali bin Abi Tholib di Madrasah Hidayatus Shibyan Kabupaten Cirebon. Jenis penelitian ialah kuantitatif korelasional dengan pengumpulan datanya melalui angket, dokumentasi lapangan, dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa berlandaskan hasil pengujian terhadap 17 peserta didik, diketahui bahwa pengaruh manajemen kelas kurang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam peserta didik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil perhitungan korelasi menunjukan bahwa variable x dan y terdapat peningkatan yang tidak berlawanan arah.  Meskipun hasil perhitungan korelasi rendah, tetapi antara varibel x dan y memiliki hubungan yang saling mempengaruhi. Hasil belajar siswa dapat dilihat dari perhitungan tes yang hasilnya 23% persen siswa adalah tergolong predikat sangat rendah. Dengan demikian hipotesis kerja ditolak dan hipotesis nol diterima.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, korelasi, manajemen kelas,  AbstractThe purpose of this study was to reveal the extent to which the influence of classroom management on the learning achievement of Islamic religious education of Ali bin Abi Tholib four graders in Madrasa Hidayatus Shibyan Cirebon Regency. The type of the research was correlational quantitative in which the data collection was conducted through questionnaires, field documentation, and interviews. The results show that according to the test results towards 17 students, it is found that that the influence of classroom management is less significant on the learning outcomes of students’ Islamic Religious Education. It is revealed by the result of correlational calculation showing that variables x and y present improvement in an opposite direction.  Although the result of the correlational calculation is low, between variables x and y there is a mutually influential relationship. Students’ learning outcomes can be seen from the calculation of the test showing that 23% percent of students belongs to very low category. Therefore, the working hypothesis is rejected and the null hypothesis is accepted.Keywords: learning achievement, correlation, classroom management
