Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a Normative Empirical research. Data collection using methods through the collection of books relating to these issues and through field research that has the basis of implementation of Law No. 32 of 2009 on Protection and Environmental Management related to the Livestock Business License by looking at the procedure licensing of smallholder livestock business and the environmental impact of the business adjacent to the settlement. In this research, the application of the regulation concerning Licensing of Animal Husbandry Enterprises which is close to the residence of citizen can be implemented if the Government of Samarinda City make special regulation related to Licensing of Livestock Business which is close to residential area without getting fixed with Law Number 32 Year 2009 About Protection and Management Living environment. Keywords: Licensing of Animal Husbandry Business, Law 32 Year 2009 About Protection and Environmental Management, Livestock Service Office of Samarinda City
