Abstract

ABSTRACT Supervision is an important aspect in the management of the state apparatus in order that all the tasks, functions, and programs run by the government can function properly. Supervision function also affects the performance because the regulatory process to control the implementation of policies that have been set. Therefore, in order apparatus or government official can achieve good performance will require better oversight function anyway. Through a policy of good supervision and guidance, it is expected that the performance of civil servants that are currently considered weak, particularly in the field of control supervision, can be increased its capacity in order to build a more competitive bureaucratic infrastructure. Methods of public scrutiny of the civilian apparatus of the State in East Kalimantan is the Supervision of the ASN in carrying out the public service through implementation of repressive juridical supervision. This repressive judicial oversight consists of (1) monitoring through pure justice, (2) monitoring through moot court and (3) oversight through an independent agency that is Ombudsman.2. Effect of control methods applicable to the performance of the apparatus is a civil country with their level of performance of the Civil Service wherever they work quantitatively and qualitatively influenced by various factors. These factors can be grouped into two main groups namely factor that comes from within man himself and the factors that come from outside of man. Keyword  : Supervision, Apparatus Civil

Abstract

Kelengkapan Fasilitas Di Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa Cingised Ditinjau Dari SNI 03-7013-2004 Mamiek Nur Utami, Adi Karna Setiadi, Bayu Sanjaya, Dellia Nurzakiah, Gelar Aditya Pamungkas Jurusan Arsitektur – Fakultas Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan Institut Teknologi Nasional Email: Mamiekn@yahoo.com 1. ABSTRAK Kota Bandung merupakan pusat ekonomi bagi daerah Jawa Barat. Hal ini menjadi pemicu bagi warga dari beragam daerah untuk berpindah ke Bandung dalam rangka meningkatkan taraf kehidupan. Sebagai konsekuensinya Kota Bandung semakin padat penduduknya. Keterbatasan lahan dan hunian yang semakin mahal menjadikan sebagaian warga yang kehidupannya masih dibwah rata – rata kesulitan untuk memiliki hunian yang layak. Sebagai solusi untuk menciptakan hunian yang terjangkau dan berkualitas sedangkan lahan yang ada terbatas dan mahal maka di buat pembangunan hunian vertikal, berupa Rusunawa yang di dalamnya terdapat fasilitas yang dapat digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penghuni. Rusunawa Cingised dikawasan Bandung Timur yang dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian ini memiliki beberapa fasilitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penghuninya. Fasilitas tersebut harus memenuhi persyaratan teknis agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan kenyaman penghuni. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kelengkapan fasilitas di Rusunawa Cingised yang ditinjau dari SNI 03-7013-2004 mengenai tata cara perencanaan fasilitas lingkungan rumah susun sederhana. Penggunaan pendekatan normative, analisis mix method dengan penilaian skala Guttman. Disimpulkan presentase kesesuaian untuk kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Kata kunci : Rusunawa Cingised, Fasilitas, Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 03-7013-2004. 2. ABSTRACT Bandung city is the center of the economy in the west java. It has been becoming a trigger for residents from diverse area to immigrate in Bandung in order to improve life. The consequences of it Bandung the densely populated over. Limited land and dwelling that are getting expensive, it’s become some people with low income can’t got a good residential. This solution for creating affordable housing and a quality residential development made in the vertical, home of flats rent in which there were facilities and can be used by the occupant.Object of this research is Cingised flats in east bandung. It has some facilities for use by occupants. The facility must meet the technical requirements in order to meet the needs and comfort of occupants. This research aims to analyze the completeness of facilities in the Cingised flats in terms of SNI 03-7013-2004 regarding the procedures for planning facility's environment simple flats. The use of normative approach, analysis mix method with the assessment scale Guttman. Inferred percentage conformance for qualitative and quantitative.
