Abstract

ABSTRACTThe existence of Religious Courts under Act No. 7 of 1989, as amended by Act No. 3 of 2006 one of the courts in Indonesia, in addition to the District Court, the Military Court and the Administrative Court as stipulated in Law No. 14 of 1970 on the Main Principles of Judicial Power, which has been revised in Law No. 35 of 1999 and subsequently converted into Law No. 48 of 2009 on Judicial Power.One form of the examination process in the civil procedural law of evidence used as a tool to convince the judge the truth of the proposition or the reasons set forth in the dispute. Some problems can be formulated in this research is how the inspection procedure and whether the recognition of a divorce case can be accepted as proof that stand alone in a divorce case in the Religious.Preparation of this paper by using the library (library research) literature that the basic material in the form of expert opinions and legal provisions of law that there is a link with the issues mentioned above as well as conduct research with interviews and observations in the Religious Court Samarinda.The results of the study authors get is a divorce case examination procedure in Samarinda Religious Courts in accordance with applicable law. Recognition in the case of divorce cases in the Religious Court can not be used as evidence but must be corroborated by other evidence.The conclusion of this study is the author of the examination procedure in Samarinda Religion divorce cases in accordance with applicable law and recognition can not be used as evidence in the trial. Advice the author gives is that the admission as evidence can be applied also to avoid multiple interpretations that need to be regulated in the law in Indonesia.Keywords: Recognition of Marriage Act Law 1 1974, recognition as one type of evidence

Abstract

Semua graf yang dikaji pada tesis ini adalah graf hingga, sederhana, dan takber arah. Misalkan G=(V(G),E(G))adalah graf terhubung tak trivial. Fungsi c : V(G) U E(G) {1, 2, . . . , k} untuk suatu k elemen N dikatakan pewarnaan-k-total pelangi pada G, jika untuk setiap dua titik x dan y di "!( di V(G) terdapat lintasan x-y dengan setiap sisi dan titik dalam pada lintasan tersebut memperoleh warna berbeda. Lintasan yang seperti itu dinamakan lintasan-total pelangi. Graf G  disebut terhubung totalpelangi jika untuk setiap dua titik x dan y di V(G) terdapat lintasan-total pelang x-y. Bilangan terhubung-total pelangi dinotasikan dengan trc (G), didefinisikan sebagai banyak warna minimal yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat graf G bersifat terhubung-total pelangi. Misalkan t adalah bilangan asli dengan t > sama dengan 2. Misalkan { Gi|i elemen[1, t]} adalah koleksi berhingga graf terhubung tak trivial dan setiap  Gi mempunyai titik tetap Voir Graf amalgamasi  Gi dinotasikan dengan Amal( Gi, Voi, t) adalah graf yang dibentuk dengan merekatkan semua graf  Gi pada titik Voi. Titik Voi disebut sebagai titik terminal. Dalam tesis ini ditentukan batas bawah dan batas atas bilangan terhubung-total pelangi untuk graf amalgamasi. Selanjutnya ditentukan bilangan terhubung-total pelangi graf amalgamasi tertentu, yakni graf pohon dan lengkap.Kata kunci: graf amalgamasi, terhubung-total pelangi.

Abstract

The concept of science according to Ibn Rushd emphasizes the harmony between religion and philosophy, as well as the importance of using rational thinking methods to achieve the truth. He divides human intellectual abilities into three levels, namely rhetoric, dialectical, and demonstrative, and distinguishes science into theoretical and practical sciences. According to Ibn Rushd, knowledge is obtained through cooperation between the senses, imagination, and intellect, so that the human thought process must run systematically and logically. This research uses the library research method to examine the relevance of Ibn Rushd's thought to Islamic boarding school education in the modern era. The results of the study show that Ibn Rushd's ideas can be the basis for integration between religious science and science, encourage the strengthening of students' critical reasoning, and avoid scientific dichotomy. In addition, the application of his thinking has the potential to improve the quality of learning for Islamic boarding schools to be more contextual, inclusive, and adaptive to the development of science and technology. Thus, the concept of Ibn Rushd's knowledge can strengthen the direction of pesantren education towards a holistic and civilization-oriented education system.
