Abstract

Studi ini tentang, berapa besar penyimpangan ukuran batu bata dari ukuran standar yang disyaratkan pada usaha tradisional batu bata merah di Kelurahan Kalase’rena, Kecamatan Bontonompo, Kabupaten Gowa. Metode yang dilakukan dalam studi ini adalah, pengambilan sampel secara acak di 27 tempat pembuatan batu bata merah. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan besar penyimpangan ukuran batu bata merah adalah, penyimpangan ukuran panjang 20,01%, penyimpangan ukuran lebar 20,03%, dan penyimpangan ukuran tebal 28,92%.

Abstract

This research is about (1) the application of the linier program of the simplex method on housing development type: 36, 45 and 54 ; and (2) the way to minimize resources and maximize profit on the certain type of housing using mathematics program and analysis.The method used was simple linier program, in order to mathematically the development program wich can assist the decision maker of the developer companies in maximizing profit even though with limited resources.
