Abstract

Abstract:This study aims at elaborating the effective school management atMAN(State Islamic Senior High School) Insan Cendekia Gorontalo. This is a descriptive study with qualitative approach. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets, interview guidelines, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique applied descriptive analysis technique using percentage formula. The school management atMANInsan Cendekia Gorontalo was limited to the following problems: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The research findings showed that the effective madrasah (Islamic school) management atMANInsan Cendekia Gorontalo was achieved. It is concluded that the management of the curriculum, the management of educators and educational staff, the management of funding and the management of facilities and infrastructures, the management of education and the management of public relations are very effective.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan manajemen sekolah yang efektif di MAN (Sekolah Menengah Islam Negeri) Insan Cendekia Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Manajemen sekolah di MAN Insan Cendekia Gorontalo terbatas pada masalah-masalah berikut: kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: manajemen madrasah (sekolah Islam) yang efektif di MAN Insan Cendekia Gorontalo telah tercapai. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen kurikulum, manajemen pendidik dan staf kependidikan, manajemen pendanaan dan manajemen sarana dan prasarana, manajemen pendidikan dan manajemen hubungan masyarakat sangat efektif.

Abstract

This research investigated teacher professionalism in improving learning achievement at al-Falah Islamic Boarding School in Gorontalo. It can be seen from the planning of learning such us formulation of learning objectives, determination of evaluation tools, determination of learning activities, and determination of methods and learning tools. In the implementation of learning in the form of delivering learning material, learning methods, media or learning tools, and learning interactions. Furthermore, the learning assessment used by teachers is assignments or homework and daily tests. The result of this research was that teacher professionalism has positive implications for students' learning achievement at al-Falah Islamic Boarding School in Gorontalo.

Abstract

The impoverishment of the philosophical dimension is taking place in this country, and the result, is then the economy becomes the main concern, life is no longer oriented to devoting oneself, guaranteeing the freedom of each individual as well as justice. The results showed that the socio-political and intellectual background of the environment and society influenced a lot of the construction existentialism of Mohammad Iqbal while Soren Kierkegaard was more influenced by the internal conditions of his family and life;  Mohammad Iqbal's construction existentialism is destiny, ijtihad, and self-concept, while Soren Aabye Kierkegaard is aesthetic, ethical, and religious; the similarity of the construction of existentialism Mohammad Iqbal and Soren  Kierkegaard lies in his similarity in critiques the thought that denies human individuality, Iqbal does a critique of Plato's idealism, while Kierkegaard does a critique of Hegel's idealism, the other similarity is to emphasize the importance of human individuality that demonstrates the true existence of human beings, basing their existential thinking on Existence God; the relevance of the existence of these two figures to Islamic studies is to make aware of the noble identity of man and needs to be maintained so as not to be trapped in materialism and moral impoverishment.
