Abstract

Study was conducted on CV. Sinar Terang Distributor, namely intermediary trading company or sole agent, whereby traders who buy or acquire product first-hand merchandise or supplier directly. CV. Sinar Terang Distributor locations in the city Probolinggo Brantas No. 234. This study aims to identify and analyze the system of internal control over revenue cycle at CV. Sinar Terang Distributor and to know the constraints faced by companies that have been previously applied. This study method is a qualitative descriptive study, the research issue related to the characteristics of the background and the current state of the subject under study, as well as interaction with the environment without involving the calculation of numbers. Based on the results of the study can be said that the implementation of the internal control system of the company’s revenue cycle is very weak. This can be seen from the analysis methods use the framework for internal control structure of The Committee of Sponsoring Organization (COSO), include the analysis environmental control, risk assessment analysis, analysis of control activities, information and communication analysis and monitoring analysis. However, the application of the internal control system over revenue cycle is not immune from the constraints faced by companies such as number of employees, organizational structure, ways of documenting and recording, the availability of space in the wharehouse, which is still minimal equipment and competences of the employees.Key words : Single agent, System of Internal Control, Revenue Cycle, contrainst, qualitative description, framework for internal control structure of The Committee of Sponsoring Organization (COSO).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat pengguna  smartphone  merek  X  dalam menggunakan layanan  m-commerce. Penelitian ini merupakan replikasi dan pengembangan model  Technology Acceptance Model  (TAM) dari penelitian sebelumnya oleh Wei  et al. (2009). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dalam pengambilan data. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 Jurusan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Brawijaya  yang merupakan pengguna  smartphone  merek  X dan pernah menggunakan layanan  m-commerce. Sebanyak 134 data dapat dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian  ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, dan pengaruh sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menggunakan  m-commerce. Sebaliknya kepercayaan dan persepsi biaya tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan m-commerce. Hal ini berarti bahwa minat individu pengguna smartphone merek X dalam menggunakan m-commerce dipengaruhi oleh konstruk persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, dan pengaruh sosial. Implikasi dari penelitian ini relevan bagi perancang, analis sistem informasi maupun penyedia aplikasi m-commerce agar lebih memperhatikan faktor persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, dan pengaruh sosial dalam merancang dan mengembangkan sistem transaksi  m-commerce pada smartphone merek X. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor yang mempengaruhi keinginanpengguna facebook commerce untuk bertransaksi online. Penelitian  ini dilakukanFakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Penelitian inimemperoleh 90 responden yang telah melakukan transaksi dan memahamifacebook commerce dilakukan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UniversitasBrawijaya Malang. Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  teknik  regresi  linear  bergandadengan software SPSS untuk menguji penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan secara simultan variabel persepsi kualitas pelayanan, kemudahan,dan kepercayaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap  keinginan bertransaksionline pengguna facebook commerce. Secara parsial variabel persepsi  kemudahandan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap keinginan bertransaksi online .pengguna facebook commerce Namun variabel kualitas pelayanan tidakberpengaruh signifikan terhadap keinginan bertransaksi Online penggunafacebook commerce. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keinginan bertransaksi onlinepengguna facebook commerce dipengaruhi oleh persepsi kemudahan dankepercayaan. Abstract

Along with the increasing demand for health services and the emergence of a growing number of hospital, the public hospital of province (RSUP) NTB Hospital should be able to operate effectively and efficiently in order to compate with other hospitals. Management control system is necessary for hospitals to guide and motivate businesses to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to find out the influence of independent variables namely the structure and proces management control system to the dependent variable is the installation performance inpatient. Analysis tools used in this study is multiple regression. Based on the results of t-test (partial) and F  test (simultaneous) showed that the independent  variable,  structure of management control system and  process control management system has  a significant influence on the dependent variable  installation performance inpatient. The results of multiple linear  regression analysis to obtain the structure of   management control system  p value = 0,032 and for process control management system available  p value = 0,000 Adjusted R Square value is 0,790 indicate that dependent variable is able to described by independent variable as 79,0%, while remain is 21% is described as by other factor that is not included in this model. Suggestion that able recommended related  to this research  is that the management of hospital RSUP NTB can sustain the structure and process of management control system to support performance inpatient installation. Abstract
