Abstract

Human life is always in touch with the natural, social, as well as cultural environment in which the people live. Hence, it is necessary to apply local curriculum in primary schools to facilitate students to acquire learning resources surrounding. Curriculum development is supposed to be tailored to the needs of education in the region. In its implementation process, local curriculum requires appropriate strategies, take into account the purpose, materials, teachers, students, methods, media and evaluation. The matters related to these aspects will be discussed in the following article.

Abstract

Study activity will succeed effectively and efficient if conducted by teacher owning good qualification well as having and able to apply better various skill teach as teacher of a subject.Teaching skill visible above mentioned among other things at study planning, study execution and perform  the evaluation [of] result of learning. From various skill teach above mentioned owned by somebody learn in teaching, hence student will like to learn with the teacher assessed skillful in teaching, so that by itself can awaken the student to learn seriously, so that thereby student can reach for the result learn better also. That result learn high reached for   student in a  that subject  is interconnected once with the factor learn in hand and implementations the teaching skills in study, like skill open the lesson, skill enquire the, skill give the reinforcement, skill give the variation, skill explain the, skill guide the small group discussion, skill manage the class, skill teach the civil, and skill close the lesson. Others, in school activity of a  subject, student claimed to ready to execute the practice to enhance to feel the self confidence, willingness which ossify in applying various strategy and technique learn correct, planning and good self confidence to arrangement  so that  can reach of result learn high. Hence thereby, needed   by  student assessment which do well by the learning skill in teaching, high excelsior of student assessment to learning skill in teaching hence excelsior also result of learning reached for   a student. On the contrary progressively lower the student assessment to learning skill in teaching hence progressively lower also result of learning reached of student.

Abstract

Peran penasehat akademik di perguruan tinggi yaitu: (a) Informator. Penasehat akademik menjadi sumber informasi, terutama berkaitan dengan kegiatan akademik yang telah diprogramkan oleh fakultas atau institut. (b) Organisator. Berperan aktif dalam pengelolaan, penataan kegiatan akademik mahasiswa. (c) Motivator. Meningkatkan (memotivasi) mahasiswa lebih giat belajar dan mengembangkan aktifitas akademiknya. (d) Direktor. Sebagai teladan yang mampu membimbing dan mengarahkan. (e) Inisiator. Sebagai pencetus gagasan, ide dan  pikiran-pikiran  baru. (f) Transmitter dan Fasilitator. Penasehat akademik berperan sebagai penyebar  kebijaksanaan  dalam pendidikan dan pengetahuan. (g) Mediator. Sebagai penengah, perantara, antara mahasiswa dengan pihak fakultas atau institut. (h) Evaluator. Penasehat akademik harus mampu dan mau mengadakan penilaian secara menyeluruh (komprehensip). Adapun tugas dan tanggungjawab penasehat akademik dalam proses pembelajaran dan kegiatan akademik di PTAI, di antara yaitu: (a) Memperkenalkan   kepada  mahasiswa  tentang  sistem  yang  berlaku  dalam berbagai kegiatan akademik dan membimbing mereka dalam proses pendidikan hingga selesai menjadi sarjana. (b) Mengarahkan  mahasiswa  dalam menetapkan dan memilih program studinya serta memberikan  pertimbangan  akademik terhadap  berbagai  kegiatan studi dan mata kuliah yang dipilih mahasiswa. (c) Memberikan  pertimbangan  kepada  mahasiswa  yang  dibimbingnya  tentan banyaknya beban kredit yang dapat diambil, peningkatan  status program dan mengikuti perkembangan studi mahasiswa yang dibimbingnya dengan sistem dokuemntasi yang baik. (d) Menangani, menampung dan menanggulangi berbagai persoalan akademik  dan Membantu  dan membimbing mahasiswa  dalam mempersiapkan  karya tulis.
