Abstract

This research aimed to determine the program, implementation and supporting and inhibiting factors for the holistic-integrative early childhood development (ECD-HI) in the full day program at Bakti Baitussalam Integrated Early Childhood Education. This research used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research examined and explored the development of a holistic-integrative early childhood in the full day program at Integrated ECE Bakti Baitussalam. This research examined what happened, there was no special treatment to the subject, but seeing the subject and object as they are. To get an overview of the processes/events that occurred in the field, the researchers conducted observations, interviews and analyzed existing documents related to holistic- integrative early childhood development in the full day program at Integrated ECE Bakti Baitussalam. The results of this research included: 1) The Holistic-Integrative Early Childhood Development Program (ECD-HI,) The Full Day Program at Integrated ECE Bakti Baitussalam consists of routine programs, support programs, and special service programs; 2) The implementation of ECD-HI program in Integrated ECE Bakti Baitussalam was carried out through learning activities, religious activities,  extracurricular activities, parenting activities, doctor examination activities, child consultation and DDT;  3) The factors that supported ECD--HI at Integrated ECE Bakti Baitussalam were the character and quality of educators, while the inhibiting factors were limited facilities and infrastructure such as APE, less optimal teacher cooperation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program, pelaksanaan dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat program pengasuhan anak usia dini bagi orang tua yang bekerja di PAUD Tunas Bangsa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun hasil penelitiannya : 1)Program pengasuhan anak usia dini bagi orang tua yang bekerja di PAUD Tunas Bangsa terdiri dari program rutin, program penunjang, program layanan khusus. 2) Pelaksanaan program pengasuhan anak usia dini bagi orang tua yang bekerja di PAUD Tunas Bangsa dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembelajaran, kegiatan pengasuhan, kegiatan keagamaan, kegiatan parenting, kegiatan pemeriksaaan dokter, konsultasi anak dan DDTK. 3) Faktor yang mendukung program pengasuhan di PAUD Tunas Bangsa yaitu kerjasama dan toleransi antar umat beragama, SDM dengan pendidikan kesarjanaan sedangkan faktor penghambat yaitu sebagian orang tua belum bisa diajak kerjasama pembiasaan di sekolah dan di rumah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas problematika dan solusi dari perkataan kurang positif atauperkataan negatif pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptifkualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dengan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan orang tuadan orang yang ada disekitar anak. Dan tujuan dari penelitian ini mendeskripsikanproblematika dalam berkata-kata serta solusi yang sebaiknya diucapkan dan dilakukan.Dan hasil penelitian ini yaitu pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan masa emas yanghanya sekali dan tidak dapat diulang. Orang tua dan orang-orang disekitar anak harusberupaya untuk menstimulus anak sejak dini agar perkembangan anak optimal. Olehkarena itu sebagai orang tua harus memahami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anaktanpa harus dengan kekerasan dan perkataan yang kurang positif. Tetapi mendidik anakdengan menyenangkan, perkataan positif serta penuh kasih sayang

This articles to obtain information about the design, steps, and implementation of the teacher in integrated subjects clumps of Biology and Islam. The research method used is qualitative and data collection techniques from literature, journals, scientific articles, and reviews.
