<![CDATA[Inventory management makes the company's benchmark in achieving the effectiveness of raw material inventory activities. Thus, inventory control plays an important role. One company needs to achieve effectiveness in supplying laptops for sales needs. The company is PT. Gading Murni, which provides laptops for resale obtained from suppliers. The purpose of this research is to determine the capacity of PT warehouses. Pure Ivory in storing laptop supplies can use the Economic Order Quantity method. This study uses observation stage to retrieve laptop purchase data from suppliers in 2020. The stage is to forecast the demand for the period January 2021 – December 2021, calculate the unit purchase from the supplier economically, the frequency of orders, reorder when the unit reaches the sales target, plan the capacity of the unit in the warehouse. The results of this study with the value of the capacity of units accommodated warehouses a total of 29,707 units of laptops. The unit is obtained from the calculation of Economic Order Quantity value of 29,593 units then added with a safety supply of 114 units. The results will be effective, if the company can evaluate in order to increase sales and expand warehouse space to increase the capacity of units in the future. Manajemen persediaan menjadikan tolak ukur perusahaan dalam mencapai efektivitas kegiatan persediaan bahan baku. Sehingga, pengendalian persediaan berperan penting. Salah satu perusahaan memerlukan capaian efektivitas dalam melakukan persediaan laptop untuk kebutuhan penjualan. Perusahaan tersebut adalah PT. Gading Murni, yang menyediakan laptop untuk dijual kembali yang didapatkan dari supplier. Tujuan peneltian ini untuk mengetahui kapasitas gudang PT. Gading Murni dalam melakukan penyimpanan persediaan laptop dapat menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity. Penelitian ini menggunakan tahapan observasi untuk mengambil data pembelian laptop dari supplier tahun 2020. Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah meramalkan permintaan periode Januari 2021 – Desember 2021, menghitung unit pembelian dari suppliersecara ekonomis, frekuensi pemesanan, pemesanan ulang ketika unit mencapai target penjualan, merencanakan kapasitas unit pada gudang.Hasil penelitian ini dengan nilai kapasitas unit yang ditampung gudang sejumlah 29.707 unit laptop. Unit tersebut didapatkan dari perhitungan nilai Economic Order Quantity yang bernilai 29.593 unit kemudian ditambah dengan persediaan pengaman sejumlah 114 unit. Hasil tersebut akan efektif, jika perusahaan dapat melakukan evaluasi demi meningkatkan penjualan dan memperluas ruangan gudang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas unit dimasa mendatang. ]]>
