Abstract

Efforts to accelerate the reduction in infant mortality and maternal mortality rates, would be successful if all stakeholders engage both members of the government or elements of society and the business world. From the analysis of the data found that the support of the family of 40 respondents showed respondents with good knowledge with interest the visit to the Posyandu is 16 people (40.00%) Category Just 16 people (40.00%) and less than 8 people (20.00 %). While the category of positive attitude as much as 27 people (67,50), whereas negative attitudes there are 13 people (32.50%). And while the high interest category No 27 (67.50), while the low interest there are 13 people (32.50%). Based on the results obtained chi-square test p-value = 0.00. From these results it can be concluded that the p-value <α (0.05) or 0.00 <0,05 so Ho rejected and Ha accepted, meaning there is a relationship between Knowledge and Attitude Mother With interest Visits to IHC. Advised on health centers and health advice in the location for more meningkatkkan quality research and education on public health.

Abstract

Narcotics and drugs is substance or indigenous doctor plant or not plant, well sintesisand also sintesis half decrease causative or consciousness change, removing taste, reduceuntil removes agonies, and gets to evoke dependency. This research intent to knowAdolescent Attitude Science About dikomplek Sidimpuan's Narcotics And Drugs Purposesub-district New Silandit Padangsidimpuan's City Year 2016. This research constituteresearch that gets quantitative descriptive character with approaching cross sectional .This observational sample as much 37 dikomplek sidimpuan's striplings sub-district newsilandit. Determination foots up sample base full scale sampling. Of 37 respondentmajority respondents utilize narcotics and drugses as much 19 person (51,4%) and thefew respondent not utilize narcotics and drugs as much 18 person (48,6%). Base scienceof statistic quiz is gotten assesses p=0,013 (p<0,05) its mean h 0 accepted h a refused bymatter no influence among gnostic to adolescent action about narcotics and drugspurpose. Abstract

National Health Insurance Program organized by the Body Of Social Security Health is certainly going to run more maximal if accompanied by the quality of good health services provided by healthcare providers.The purpose of this study is to determine the Factors Associated With Utilization the Body Of Social Security In Pargarutan Tonga Village District East Angkola Year 2017. This study used descriptive method Correlation, With the research design is cross sectional. The research was conducted in Pargarutan Tonga Village, East Angkola District, with population of 199 people. The sample in this study amounted to 67 people. Taken by technique Simple random sampling card holder the Body Of Social Security. The instrument of this research is questionnaire.Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between sex (p = 0.019), education (p = 0,000), health officer (p = 0,040), and perception of respondent (p = 0,003) with the Body Of Social Security utilization. However, there was no significant correlation between age (p = 0,176), work (p = 0,062), and house distance (p = 0,110) with the Body Of Social Security utilization.It is expected that people should pay more attention to their health and take advantage of the health provided by the Body Of Social Security
