Abstract

This research is a study of "The role of the IPC role and competency in residence time is moderated by the role of customs and excise. While the independent variables in research are the role of IPC and competence. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaire research. This study transferred the questionnaire to 300 respondents in Tanjung Priok port. All questionnaires that returned only 98 and filled in completely can be used as research data. The study was conducted with several stages. The first stage is to explore theories from libraries and collect data from researched objects. The second stage is collecting primary data through questionnaire research. The third stage is to test the feasibility of the data by using the validity test and reliability test. The fourth stage is the stage of testing the research hypothesis. The results of the study prove the fact that the partial role of IP determines positively and is significant for residence time. Positive competence and significant time to stay. The role of customs and excise affects negatively and not significantly. Moderating the role of customs and excise can weaken the role of the IPC in terms of residence time. Moderation of the role of customs is able to complement positive and insignificant competencies.Keywords: Dwelling Time, Role of Customs and Excise, Competence, Role of IPC

Abstract

E-commerce is one of the concepts that is quite developed in the field of information technology. The concept of E-commerce provides many conveniences and advantages when compared to the concept of e-commerce conventional shopping, including all the information that consumers want can be accessed more detailed, fast without being limited by place and time, and the transaction process can be done remotely easier. So that with the implementation of this system it will be very easy and more benefit many parties, both consumers and sellers. The purpose of this research is to produce a web-based application, the Cumart application. With The implementation of this system will greatly facilitate and benefit both consumers and consumers seller.

Abstract

This research is direct consumer buying interest in Zorlien LED products which is based on green marketing, brand image and customer orientation through technology internet consisting of 250 questionnaire respondents who have been filled out by consumers. Result of 250 respondents consisting of 17 indicators using smartpls are declared valid, because the validity test value is above the average > 0.5 and the reliability test is above the average > 0.7. Results of hypothesis testing brand image, green marketing, customer orientation and internet technology on buying interest declared significant, but when moderated the results were not significant.Keywords: Green Marketing, Brand Image, Customer Orientation and Internet Technology

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of cyberloafing and organizational commitment on employee performance with self-control as the moderating variable. The population in this study used a sample of 186 respondents, who are employees of private companies in Jakarta. The data collection technique uses simple random sampling by distributing google form questionnaires and spreading it to social media such as Whatsapp and Instagram. The data processing method in this study uses Smart PLS3 software which is used to test the hypothesis. The method of determining the number of respondents (eligibility) can use Hair. The results of this study indicate that the effect of cyberlofing has a negative effect on employee performance, organizational commitment cannot be a factor in employee performance, changes in self-control have a positive or significant effect on employee performance, moderation in cyberloafing behavior changes can weaken and negatively affect self control on employee performance, change moderation. self control is able to strengthen and significantly influence organizational commitment on employee performance.Keywords: Cyberloafing, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance, Self Control

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Warunk Upnormal North Jakarta. The samples of study are 90 respondent . The sampling method used accidental sampling which sperad off to anyone who met. The research analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) as statistical tools.The data were collected by questionnaire that has been validity and reliability tested. The results of this study revealed that the quality of service has not significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction; price has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; store atmosphere has not significant and negative effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords: Quality of Service; Price; Store Atmosphere; Customer satisfaction
