Abstract

This research is motivated by the number of poverty in Pucakwangi which is still quite high and deserves to receive Social Assistance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Family Hope Program (PKH), and the Non-Cash Assistance Program on poverty in Pucakwangi District with economic growth as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data from related institutions such as BPS, Social Service, and Social Assistance Institutions. The data used is Time series data from 2018-2020. The population of this study is the entire Pucakwangi community receiving the Social Assistance Program for PKH and BPNT from 20 villages. By taking samples by means of purposive sampling from 20 audited villages multiplied quarterly to get a sample of 80. The analytical tool used is Eviews. The results showed that the Family Hope Program had a significant negative effect on poverty. The non-cash assistance program has a negative and significant effect on poverty. The hopeful family program which moderated economic growth had no significant negative effect. The Non-Cash Food Assistance Program moderated by economic growth has an insignificant negative effect.

Abstract

English VersionThis study aims to determine whether the character of business actors will affect the development of MSMEs. This study uses a quantitative research type with 2 equations in multiple linear regression analysis, the following equations are: First, the regression of entrepreneurial characteristics variables, business capital, marketing strategies on the development of MSMEs. Second, the regression of entrepreneurial characteristics variables, business capital, marketing strategies and innovations on the development of SMEs. This research is processed using primary data. The population in this study were 1,738 business actors. While the technique of data collection or collection is done by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) given to SMEs in Semarang Regency. The sample of this study was taken as many as 100 respondents using systematic random sampling which can be used for a homogeneous population. The results showed that entrepreneurial characteristics had a significant positive effect on the development of MSMEs, business capital had no effect on the development of MSMEs, marketing strategies had a significant positive effect on the development of MSMEs, and innovation had a significant positive effect on the development of MSMEs. While the path analysis results show that innovation mediates entrepreneurial characteristics and marketing strategies with the development of SMEs, but innovation does not mediate business capital with the development of SMEs. Versi IndonesiaPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna mengetahui apakah karakter dari pelaku usaha akan mempengaruhi perkembangan UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan 2 persamaan pada analisis regresi linier berganda, berikut persamaannya: Pertama regresi variabel karakteristik wirausaha, modal usaha, strategi pemasaran terhadap perkembangan UMKM. Kedua, regresi variabel karakteristik wirausaha, modal usaha, strategi pemasaran dan inovasi terhadap perkembangan UMKM. Penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan data primer. Populasi pada penelitian ini ada sebanyak 1.738 pelaku usaha. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan atau pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner (angket) yang diberikan kepada pelaku UMKM Kabupaten Semarang. Sampel penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan systematic random sampling yaitu bisa digunakan untuk populasi yang homogen. Kemudian data diolah menggunakan alat analisis berupa SPSS 25. Analisis meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik wirausaha berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perkembangan UMKM, modal usaha tidak berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan UMKM, strategi pemasaran berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perkembangan UMKM, inovasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perkembangan UMKM. Sedangakan dari hasil path analysis menunjukkan bahwa inovasi memediasi karakteristik wirausaha dan strategi pemasaran dengan perkembangan UMKM, namun inovasi tidak memediasi modal usaha dengan perkembangan UMKM Kata Kunci: Karakteristik Wirausaha, Modal Usaha, Strategi Pemasaran, Inovasi dan Perkembangan UMKM
