Abstract

This study analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of Consumptive Behavior, Motivation, Reference Group and Service Quality on the Decisions of Saving at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Branch Office Sharia Semarang either simultaneously or partially. The population of this research is the customers of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Branch Office Sharia Semarang. Sample technique used is purposive sampling and accidental sampling technique, there are 135 respondents who meet the criteria. The analysis model used in this study is a multiple linier regression analysis model. The analysis technique uses F test, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), and t test which is processed using SPSS 16 program. The results of proving the hypothesis and discussion in this study indicate that (1) Consumptive Behavior, Motivation, Reference Group and Service Quality simultaneously have a significant impact on saving decisions (2) Consumptive Behavior partially has no significant effect on saving decisions. (3) Motivation partially has a significant effect on saving decisions. (4) The reference group partially does not significantly influence on savingĀ  decisions. (5) Service quality partially has significant effect on savinng decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh hedonisme, religiusitas, motivasi, dan promosi terhadap keputusan menabung pada bank syariah (studi kasus pada PT Bank BRI Syariah, Tbk Kantor Cabang Pembantu Majapahit Semarang) baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah tabungan pada PT Bank BRI Syariah, Tbk KCP Majapahit Semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 110 nasabah tabungan PT Bank BRI Syariah, Tbk KCP Majapahit Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Model analisis data menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan menggunakan uji statistik F, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji statistik t. Hasil pembuktian hipotesis dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa (1) hedonisme, religiusitas, motivasi, dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung. (2) Hedonisme secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung. (3) Religiusitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung. (4) Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung. (5) Promosi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh religiusitas, tingkat pendapatan, lingkup pergaulan dan reputasi bank terhadap keputusan menabung pada bank syariah di Kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa jurusan ekonomi Islam dan perbankan syariah di Kota Semarang, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 (serratus) mahasiswa jurusan ekonomi Islam dan perbankan syariah di Kota Semarang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model analisis regresi linear berganda, sedangkan teknik analisis menggunakan uji F, uji R2 dan uji t yang diolah dengan program SPSS 16.00. Hasil pembuktian hipotesis dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung, tingkat pendapatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung, lingkup pergaulan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung serta reputasi bank berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung pada bank syariah di Kota Semarang.

Abstract

The research entitled "Sharia Banking Performance Based on Bank Health Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic" was based on the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, which had an impact on bank health but also hampered Indonesia's economic growth. One of the sectors that the government has focused on in dealing with economic problems is banking, which is predicted to be affected by the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the performance of Islamic banking using the health ratio variables of Islamic banks, namely: Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Return on Assets (ROA), Operational Income Operational Costs (BOPO), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). This study uses secondary data, namely quarterly financial reports for the two years before (2018-2019) and the two years during the Covid-19 pandemic (2020-2021). The sample used in this study is Islamic Commercial Banks that fall into the BUKU 2 category (Business Commercial Banks), namely Banks with Core Capital of at least IDR 1,000,000,000,000.00 (one trillion rupiah) to less than IDR 5,000,000. 000,000.00 (five trillion rupiah), including Bank Muamalat Indonesia, BCA Syariah Bank, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah, and Bank Aceh Syariah. Data testing method using descriptive statistics, normality test, and hypothesis testing. For the normality test use the Shapiro-Wilk test due to the small number of samples. Hypothesis testing used the Paired Sample T-Test for normally distributed data and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test for abnormally distributed data through the SPSS 25 program with a significance level of
