Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Populasi yang dipilih adalah petugas Dompet Dhuafa Banten. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan untuk diteliti adalah Pimpinan Cabang Dompet Dhufa Banten, Manajer Fundraising, Penanggungjawab Dompet Dhuafa Farm, dan dua orang mustahik sebagai penerima manfaat tetap. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisisnya menggunakan teknik analisis menurut Miles dan Huberman, yaitu tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display (penyajian), verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa strategi pengelolaan wakaf produktif di DD Banten terdiri dari 4 strategi yaitu, 1). Mendirikan Dompet Dhuafa Farm, 2). Pengelolaan DD Farm melibatkan ahli dibidang peternakan, 3). Pengembangan unit-unit bisnis peternakan, 4). Meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia. Adapun konsep pemberdayaan umat di DD Banten adalah dengan memperkerjakan para mustahik yang berasal dari daerah sekitar DD Farm untuk bekerja di DD Farm. Setelah dipekerjakan selama 2 tahun mereka dimandirikan. Ketika dimandirikan mereka mendapatkan bantuan berupa bantuan modal, bantuan pembangunan kandang, bantuan pendampingan, dan bantuan kemitraan. Pengelolaan wakaf produktif melalui program pemberdayaan ekonomi di DD Banten berhasil meningkatkan ekonomi para mustahik. Namun, pengelolaan wakaf produktif di DD Banten terdapat peluang dan hambatan baik internal maupun eksternal. Peluang-peluang dalam pengelolaan wakaf produktif sudah mampu dikelola dengan baik oleh DD Banten. Sedangkan hambatannya sudah mampu diantisipasi dan diminimalisir oleh DD Banten.

Abstract

Abstract: Economic justice in the State of Indonesia is still far from what is aspired, plus large foreign credits, causing various problems, especially poverty. Islamic economists provide a solution with waqf to answer these problems. This study aims to determine the pattern of waqf management, the waqf empowerment system for the village community's economy, as well as the waqf institutional model which is used as an instrument of economic empowerment for rural communities in Pontang sub-district, Serang district. This study uses a normative juridical scientific approach, among these approaches are the approaches taken, including: the statute approach, the concept approach, and the sociological approach. The data collected consists of primary and secondary data. The Miles and Hubermen model method was used as a data analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the pattern of waqf management in the villages of the Pontang sub-district is managed by the nazdir of the organization, namely the Mosque and Foundation Prosperity Council. Waqf-based community economic empowerment system for youth groups and farmers. The waqf institutional model is simple and carried out independently, there is no coordination between waqf managers and Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI) as the parent organization of waqf management. The results of this study contribute to knowledge about the concept of waqf management in rural areas, patterns of empowerment with effective waqf and in rural areas, as well as input for BWI in improving waqf governance.Abstrak: Keadilan ekonomi  di  Negara  Indonesia  masih  jauh  dari  yang   dicita-citakan, ditambah pinjaman luar negeri yang besar, menyebabkan  permasalahan kemiskinan. Para  ekonom Islam memberikan solusi dengan wakaf untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola manajemen wakaf, sistem pemberdayaan wakaf terhadap ekonomi masyarakat desa, serta model kelembagaan wakaf yang dijadikan instrumen pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa Kecamatan Pontang Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan saintifik yuridis normatif, yaitu di antara­nya adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan konsep, dan pendekatan sosiologis atau empiris. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Metode model Miles dan Huber-men digunakan sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola manajemen wakaf di desa-desa Kecamatan Pontang  dikelola oleh nazdir organisasi yaitu Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid dan Yayasan. Sistem pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat  berbasis  wakaf  menyentuh  kelom­pok pemuda dan petani. Model kelembagaan wakaf bersifat sederhana dan dilaku­kan secara mandiri, belum ada koordinasi antara pengelola wakaf dengan Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI) sebagai organisasi induk pengelolaan wakaf. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pengetahuan tentang konsep manajemen wakaf di pedesaan, pola pemberdayaan dengan wakaf yang efektif dan efisien di pedesaan, sekaligus masukan bagi BWI dalam peningkatan tata kelola wakaf.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan di Indonesia dan mendapat sambutan yang luas dari masyarakat.  Sudah menjadi keniscayaan, bank syariah  yang bersumber dari syariah Allah yang tertuang di dalam al-Qur’an dan as-Sunnah harus memastikan setiap produknya sesuai dengan syariah. Asas kepatuhan syariah bisa terlaksana didasarkan kepada pemahaman prinsip syariah yang detail dan komprehensif. Di antara prinsip Fundamental Bank Syariah adalah tidak melakukan transaksi riba, gharar, maisir, dan produk yang haram. Bank Syariah dalam produk penghimpunan dana simpanan giro dan tabungan menggunakan prinsip wadi’ah dan deposito menggunakan akad mudharabah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ; (1). Untuk mengetahui kondisi obyektif pola manajemen wakaf di desa kecamatan Pontang kabupaten Serang, (2) Untuk mengetahui sistem pemberdayaan wakaf terhadap ekonomi masyarakat di tingkat desa kecamatan Pontang kabupaten Serang. (3) Untuk mengetahui model kelembagaan wakaf yang dijadikan instrumen pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Saintifik Yuridis Normatif. Beberapa pendekatan yang dilakukan diantaranya: (1).Pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), (2). Pendekatan Konsep (conceptual approach), 3). Pendekatan Penelitian Sosiologis atau empiris. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer adalah data yang diperoleh langsung dari informan ataupun responden di lapangan yang merupakan nazir (pengelola wakaf), dan masyarakat desa. Data sekunder merupakan informasi yang diperoleh dari berbagai data, dokumen, buku, jurnal atau referensi lain yang menunjang dan sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Metode yang akan peneliti gunakan untuk menganalisis data yang terkumpul melalui metode pengumpulan di atas adalah metode analisis data model Miles dan Hubermen. Dalam model analisis Miles dan Huberman ada tiga tahap kegiatan analisis data kualitatif, yaitu: Reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), penarikan kesimpulan (Conclusion Drawing).

Abstract

The economic crisis is not only happening now but has been going on for a longtime. Among them during Umar bin Khattab. In this study, the method used isdescriptive qualitative, by using content analysis techniques and library researchtechniques. Among the strategies carried out by Caliph Umar bin Khattab was themanagement of Baitul Mal by maximizing Zakat, Ushr and other opinions,conducting a special distribution pattern related to the distribution of food fairlyand equitably, and the personal leadership factor of Umar bin Khattab.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the extent to which CV SBA implements business ethics in Islam. This is inseparable from the various issues that have developed that many SME business actors treat their employees arbitrarily, exploitatively and tyrannically. This prompted the author to conduct research at CV SBA as a furniture company located in South Tangerang City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. namely the work steps to describe an object, phenomenon, or social setting. Business ethics in this study uses the principles of Islamic business ethics proposed by Fauroni (2022), namely: 1) the principle of unity, 2) the principle of balance (tawazzun), 3) the principle of free will, 4) the principle of responsibility, and 5) the principle of truth (benevolence and honesty). CV SBA has run its business in accordance with Islamic business ethics. This refers to the 3 principles of Islamic business ethics that have been implemented in its business activities and activities. Abstract

This research is motivated by the role of tobacco which is one of the important agribusinesses in Indonesia and has contributed to the national, regional and community economies. Seeing this opportunity, conducting a business feasibility study is necessary to improve the Indonesian tobacco industry. This type of research is a field study. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted in Sumurpecung Village, Serang District, Serang Banten Regency. Data analysis techniques in this study include descriptive descriptions to analyze the financial and non-financial aspects. The results of this study indicate that the overall business feasibility in terms of non-financial aspects consisting of legal, marketing, technical, management, social-economic, and environmental impact aspects are declared feasible to run. Likewise, the financial aspect as a whole was declared feasible to run. Based on this, it can be concluded that the tobacco business run by Gans tobacco shop in Serang City is feasible to run based on an assessment of financial and non-financial aspects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine what factors influence the behavioral intentions of Banten's millennial generation toward halal tourism following the Covid-19 pandemic. This study modifies the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), intending to understand how intense religiosity affects the behavioral intentions of the Banten millennial generation toward halal tourism. Respondents in this study were millennials from 8 regencies and cities in the province of Banten. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 375 people. Questionnaires were distributed via Google form to respondents who met the inclusion criteria. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression to examine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable with the application of SPSS 22 statistics. The study's findings indicate that attitudes, subjective norms, and Islamic religiosity have a favorable and significant effect on behavioral intentions in halal tourism. At the indicated significance level, the variable Perceived behavioral control had no positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions in halal tourism. However, simultaneously all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the behavioral intention of the Banten millennial generation on halal tourism. The study's findings indicate that attitudes, subjective norms, and Islamic religiosity have a favorable and significant effect on behavioral intentions in halal tourism. At the indicated significance level, the variable Perceived behavioral control had no positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions in halal tourism. However, all independent variables had a favorable and substantial effect on the behavioral intention of the Banten millennial generation toward halal tourism at the same time.
