Abstract

Abstrak: Sistem Informasi Akademik membantu kegiatan pengelolaan atau pengadministrasian berbagai kegiatan dalam rangka terselenggaranya proses belajar mengajar yang efektif dan efisien di suatu Lembaga Pendidikan tinggi. Universitas Bina Insani telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi Akademik selama lebih dari dua tahun. Namun pada kenyataanya sistem tersebut memiliki beberapa masalah terhadap pengunaannya. Agar suatu sistem informasi dapat berjalan dengan optimal sesuai dengan keperluan penggunanya, maka perlu adanya evaluasi terhadap sistem informasi. Evaluasi ini menggunakan metode DeLone & McLean (2003) dengan 4 variabel yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pengguna. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa dan dosen fakultas informatika serta bagian akademik dan bagian Pendidikan dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 92 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner online. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil analisis ini adalah diterimanya tiga dari tiga hipotesis yang diuji. Sehingga hasil tersebut menunjukan kualitas sistem mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai koefisiensi jalur sebesar 0,407 dan t-statistic sebesar 4,699, kualitas informasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai koefisiensi jalur sebesar 0,336 dan t-statistic sebesar 2,782 sedangkan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai koefisiensi jalur sebesar 0,206 dan t-statistic sebesar 1,898. Dengan demikian, Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Sistem Informasi Akademik yang telah diterapkan di Universitas Bina Insani dapat dikatakan sukses dalam memberikan manfaat yang baik terhadap penggunanya. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Akademik, DeLone & McLean, SmartPLS, PLS Abstract: The Academic Information System assists activities in the management or administration of various activities in the context of implementing an effective and efficient teaching and learning process in a higher education institution. Bina Insani University has implemented an Academic Information System for more than two years. However, in fact the system has several problems with its use. In order for an information system to run optimally according to the needs of its users, it is necessary to evaluate the information system. This evaluation uses the DeLone & McLean (2003) method with 4 variables, system quality, information quality, service quality and user satisfaction. The population in this study were students and lecturers of the faculty of informatics as well as the academic and education sections with a total sample size of 92 respondents. The research instrument used an online questionnaire. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS software. The result of this analysis is the acceptance of three of the three hypotheses tested. So that these results indicate the quality of the system has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.407 and a t-statistic of 4.699, information quality has a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.336 and a t-statistic of 2,782 while service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.206 and a t-statistic of 1.898. Thus, this study shows that the Academic Information System that has been implemented at Bina Insani University can be said to be successful in providing good benefits to its users. Abstract

Abstrak: Hotmie Resto adalah suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang makanan dan minuman. Disetiap perushaan pasti memiliki pengolahan stok bahan baku, bahan baku itu merupakan kekayaan pada perusahaan yang memiliki peranan penting dalam operasi bisnis, maka disetiap perusahaan pasti memiliki pengolahan stok bahan baku, dan ada beberapa perusahaan menengah yang masih menggunakan proses pengolahan stok bahan baku secara manual dengan cara mencatat di buku. Sama perihalnya dengan Hotmie Resto yang masih menggunakan proses pengolahan stok bahan baku secara manual dengan mencatat di buku dan proses permintaan bahan baku masih menggunakan media kertas sehingga sangat mungkin terjadi kecurangan dan kesalahan pada proses penulisan dan perhitungan, pada proses pengolahan stok bahan baku yang keluar tidak sesuai dengan hasil penjualan, maka pencatat perusahaan menjadi tidak efektif. Oleh karena itu, perlu dibangun sebuah sistem untuk mempermudah proses pengolahan stok bahan baku di Hotmie Resto tersebut. Metode yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), Metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu, Rencana Kebutuhan, Desain Sistem, dan Implementasi. Diharapkan dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Stok Berbasis Web Pada Outlet Hotmie Bekasi Dengan Metode Rapid Application Development dapat mempermudah proses pengolahan stok bahan baku yang masuk dan keluar menjadi lebih baik untuk Hotmie Resto dan bisa memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan untuk memproses persediaan bahan baku secara efektif dan efesien. Therefore, it is necessary to build a system to facilitate the processing of raw material stock at the Hotmie Resto. The method that will be used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD), the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method has several stages, namely, Requirements Plan, System Design, and Implementation. It is hoped that the existence of a Web-Based Stock Processing Information System at Hotmie Bekasi Outlets with the Rapid Application Development Method can facilitate the processing of incoming and outgoing raw material stocks for the better for Hotmie Resto and can maximize employee performance to process raw material inventories effectively and efficiently. Abstract

Abstrak: Pembayaran SPP menjadi sangatlah penting guna menunjang biaya pendidikan untuk berbagai macam kebutuhan sekolah. TKIT Al Jabar Bekasi merupakan institusi yang bergerak dalam bidang pendidikan. Di sekolah TKIT Al Jabar Bekasi sistem sumbangan pembinaan pendidikan (SPP) masih menggunakan sistem manual yang dimana dikatakan kurang efektif dan efisien dilihat dari aktivitas yang ada pada bagian keuangan TKIT Al Jabar. Proses pembayaran dilakukan secara langsung oleh siswa dengan cara mengantri lalu menyerahkan kartu pembayaran Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP) kepada bendahara, sehingga mengalami kesulitan dalam menangani antrian dan laporan keuangan yang disajikan saat ini kurang memadai. Sehingga menyebabkan kesalahan dalam perhitungan data dan pembuatan laporan pembayaran sumbangan pembinaan pendidikan (SPP). Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di TKIT Al Jabar Bekasi memerlukan adanya sistem informasi pembayaran spp berbasis website dengan memnggunakan metode Rapid Application Development agar dapat mempermudah dalam pengolahan data pembayaran spp siswa secara tepat dan akurat serta memudahkan bagi orang tua atau wali siswa dalam mengetahui informasi pembayaran dan penunggakan SPP siswa. Kata kunci: Pembayaran, Sistem Informasi, SPP, Website. Abstract: Tuition payments are very important to support education costs for various school needs. TKIT Al Jabar Bekasi is an institution engaged in the field of education. At the TKIT Al Jabar school in Bekasi, the education coaching donation system (SPP) still uses a manual system which is said to be less effective and efficient, judging from the activities in the financial section of TKIT Al Jabar. The payment process is carried out directly by students by queuing and then submitting a payment card for the Educational Development Contribution (SPP) to the treasurer, thus experiencing difficulties in dealing with queues and the current financial statements presented are inadequate. So that it causes errors in data calculations and making reports on payments for education coaching donations (SPP). To overcome the problems that exist at TKIT Al Jabar Bekasi requires a website method Rapid Application Development in order to make it easier to process student tuition payment data accurately and accurately and make it easier for parents or of students to find out payment information and student tuition arrears.
