Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the use of demo open kitchen to consumer satisfaction through social media at HK Food Service Company, Nganjuk. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with a causal associative research design. In determining the sample, researchers used 73 consumers. Analysis of the data used by using the validity test, reliability and classical assumption test. Hypothesis testing is done by performing t statistical tests, with data collection techniques in the form of online questionnaires. Hypothesis testing by doing t statistical test with the results of the study concluded that the demo open kitchen has a partial effect on customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the acquisition of the t value is greater than t table with a significance of less than 0.05. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence on the return of banking stocks in the BUMN sector, which is seen based on trading frequency, trading volume and market capitalization. This type of quantitative research uses the event study method. The population and sample used are all BUMN banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This hypothesis testing is a different test using the Wilcoxon Test, namely the Z test, through SPSS. The results showed that there was no significant influence between the frequency and volume of trading with stock returns, but market capitalization had a significant influence on stock returns. While simultaneously on the overall influence of independent variables on stock returns in BUMN banking companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the purchase and use of environmentally friendly products (green purchase) among STIE Nganjuk students through socialization of awareness in being friendly to the environment, health, and attitudes. The researcher used the causal associative method using 100 students as respondents. For data collection using observation and questionnaire techniques, while to test the variables using multiple regression analysis through t test and F test (to test the hypothesis). The results of this research review using multiple linear analysis test which shows that of the variables of environmental awareness, health, and attitude, only the first variable positively and significantly affects the purchase intention of environmentally friendly products (green purchase) on STIE Nganjuk students.
