Abstract

The selection of plants to be planted is not easy for people who are unfamiliar with knowledge of horticulture, so an application is needed to develop with a decision support system that can help decide which plants are planted according to the pH, temperature, rainfall and height of land. The development methodology that will be used is the sprint design. The design sprint is very suitable for projects that require fast time to get a solution because it is a shortcut that can be used before creating and launching a product, so that it can cut the required budget. The aim of this research are made prototype system that able to provide information about the types of plants using design sprint method.

Abstract

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dari tahun ke tahun semakin meningkat. Data hasil survei yang dilakukan Badan Kepala Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) mengeluarkan hasil Survei Demografi Dan Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) 2012, rata-rata AKI tercatat mencapai 359 per 100 ribu kelahiran hidup. Rata-rata kematian ini jauh melonjak dibanding tahun sebelumnya.Pelayanan Obstetri Neonatal Emergensi Dasar (PONED) merupakan suatu upaya terakhir pencegahan kematian ibu hamil dan bayi baru lahir yang perlu di dukung dengan upaya penurunan AKI dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) lainnya. PONED harus memenuhi standar yang meliputi standar administrasi dan manajemen, fasilitas bangunan atau ruangan, peralatan dan obat-obatan, tenaga kesehatan dan fasilitas penunjang lain.Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada maka akan dibuat sebuah aplikasi PONED yang dirancang untuk membantu tenaga medis khususnya di bagian pelayanan persalinan dan rujukan persalinan dalam mengelola data pasien. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini adalah dapat membantu mempercepat pengurangan AKI dikarenakan Puskesmas yang memiliki aplikasi ini dapat memberikan pelayanan untuk menanggulangi kasus kegawatdaruratan obstetri dan neonatal non-stop 24 jam.

Abstract

Computer vision mampu meniru kemampuan manusia dalam hal mengenali sesuatu dengan ciri visual, dikarenakan bersifat konsisten. Deteksi kendaraan secara real-time dalam video pengamatan di jalan raya menjadi salah satu topik yang menarik diangkat dalam riset. Mendeteksi truk memiliki tantangan tersendiri karena memiliki kesamaan dimensi dengan bus dan struktur mekanis yang menyerupai pikap. Mendeteksi objek dengan metode YOLO (You Only Look Once) sangat populer. Langkah awal dilakukan percobaan dengan bobot dan model asli YOLO, namun hanya mampu mendeteksi bagian kepala dan bak truk saja, jika ada truk bermuatan maka bounding box tidak berhasil menandainya. Sehingga dilakukan custom dataset dengan cara membuat bounding box untuk seluruh bagian kepala, bak serta truk yang bermuatan. Tiny-YOLO sebagai varian dari YOLO dipilih karena strukturnya lebih sederhana dan kompatibel dengan perangkat low-end hingga high-end. Tiny-YOLO v4diimplementasikan pada 3 perangkat dengan spesifikasi berbeda, menghasilkan akurasi pengujian 98,2% (13FPS) pada perangkat A, 98% (28FPS) pada perangakt B dan 97,5% (38FPS) pada perangkat C. Pengaruh spesifikasi perangkat keras terhadap perolehan FPS yang didapat dan akurasi pendeteksian ditandai dengan perbedaan hasil yang signifikan pada saat pengujian. Semakin tinggi FPS maka semakin menurun akurasi pendeteksian. Untuk perangkat B dan C dengan spesifikasi CPU diatas 3.0 GHz, RAM minimum 16 GB, GPU lebih dari 4GB, dapat menjalankan pendeteksian truk menggunakan Tiny-Yolo v4 secara real-time dengan baik.

Abstract

The development of Information and Communication Technology is currently very rapid, so it is either used or utilized in the world of education, which has a positive impact. On the other hand, technology can also hurt children under 6 years of age who are still in developmental stages, such as being lazy to move and not interacting with the outside world, so the desire to learn at school and home will decrease. One example of good learning media for children is Augmented Reality (AR) technology. AR is a technology that combines two-dimensional and or three-dimensional virtual objects into a real three-dimensional environment and then projects these virtual objects in real-time. This AR technology can insert certain information into the virtual world and display it in the real world. AR technology helps to create a moving 3D object. This is the background for making applications that help introduce technology into books with the theme of Suro and Boyo folklore which can be used as learning tools and an introduction to the origins of regions in Indonesia. The Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method was implemented in this application. The main target of this application is Kindergarten-aged children, which has been implemented to determine the application acceptance rate of 70%.

Abstract

Perusahaan Daerah Perkebunan (PDP) Kahyangan is a Regional Owned Enterprise in Jember Regency which was formed to realize the prosperity of the community. In Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2012-chapter 3 clauses 2, the government can manage regional finances by exploring sources of Regional Original Income, one of which is from the PDP. In addition, the purpose of the establishment of the PDP is as a means of developing the economy in the context of regional development by increasing productivity from all aspects to increase regional income. The main commodities are coffee and rubber, cloves, Mahoni, and Sengon wood are supporting commodities. Based on interviews PDP's profit contribution to Jember's income has continued to decline in recent years due to the absence of good management of its potential. So, this research will manage a system that can assist in obtaining information about the distribution of plantation land commodities in Jember, as well as mapping existing commodities by Geographic Information System (GIS). The method for developing GIS uses a Design Sprint. The output of this method prototypes and will implement in the GIS application.
