Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pengangguran di Kota Palopo pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi yaitu mengamati objek yang diteliti. Diperoleh dari data observasi berupa data sekunder atau data yang diperoleh dari pihak lain (sudah tersedia) dan telah diolah menjadi bentuk publikasi. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode analisis data berupa analisis deskriptif dan analisis faktor dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka harapan hidup dan tingkat pendidikan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap angka pengangguran, sedangkan pertumbuhan total penduduk dan pertumbuhan PDB total berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap angka pengangguran di Kota Palopo pada tahun 2021. Persamaan regresi linier berganda diperoleh bahwa setiap peningkatan pertumbuhan penduduk berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengangguran juga sebesar 0,213%. Selanjutnya untuk setiap kenaikan besaran pertumbuhan PDRB, variabel Tingkat Pengangguran juga meningkat sebesar 0.00000134%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Labour on Economic Growth in North Luwu Regency. (2) The Effect of Education Level on Economic Growth in North Luwu Regency. (3) The effect of labour and education level together on economic growth in North Luwu Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The type of data is secondary data. This study uses time series data issued by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of North Luwu Regency at constant 2010 prices, the data collected for the last 8 years. The data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Labour has a negative and significant effect on Economic Growth in North Luwu Regency. (2) Education level has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in North Luwu Regency. (3) Labour force and education level together affect economic growth in North Luwu Regency.

Abstract

Leaders have an important role in an organization. Various tasks are the responsibility of the leader in an organization, including increasing the organizational commitment of civil servants at the Andi Jemma Airport Operator Unit Office. This can also be influenced by the leadership style used by a leader, one of the leadership styles that can affect the organizational commitment of civil servants is transformational leadership. The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of transformational leadership in improving the organizational commitment of civil servants at the Andi Jemma Airport Operator Unit Office. This research uses exploratory research with a qualitative approach. Primary data sources in this study are the results of questionnaires and secondary data sources from the exploration of various journals.  Activities in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The research results show that to achieve optimal results and maintain organizational sustainability, the role of human resource (HR) quality is key, which affects organizational performance and success. Transformational leadership style, with aspects of employee empowerment, effective communication, and individual development, emerges as an approach that has the potential to increase employee organizational commitment. The implementation of transformational leadership can form an environment that motivates and inspires employees to be dedicated to the organization, positively impacting the performance and existence of the organization, as in the case of Andi Jemma Airport.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital financial services has increased the importance of promoting Sharia-compliant financial behavior among Generation Z, yet the mechanisms through which Islamic education shapes such behavior remain insufficiently understood. This study investigates the influence of Islamic education on Sharia financial behavior through the mediating role of Islamic economic literacy while examining the moderating role of religiosity. A quantitative research design was employed using a cross-sectional survey of 150 Generation Z respondents in Palopo City, Indonesia. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3. The results indicate that Islamic education has a significant positive effect on Islamic economic literacy, and Islamic economic literacy significantly enhances Sharia financial behavior. However, the direct effect of Islamic education on Sharia financial behavior is not significant, indicating that Islamic economic literacy fully mediates this relationship. Furthermore, religiosity significantly moderates the relationship between Islamic economic literacy and Sharia financial behavior, demonstrating that the influence of financial literacy on behavior varies according to individuals’ levels of religious commitment. The proposed model also exhibits substantial explanatory and predictive power, confirming the robustness of the integrated framework. These findings contribute to the Islamic education and Islamic finance literature by demonstrating that value-based education promotes ethical financial behavior primarily through the development of Islamic economic literacy rather than through direct influence. Practically, the study suggests that educational institutions and policymakers should strengthen Islamic economic literacy within Islamic education curricula while reinforcing religious values to foster sustainable Sharia financial behavior among Generation Z in the digital era.
