Abstract

This study was aimed at identifyingthe profiles of the Economics Education Study Program graduates, which was conducted in 2018. The graduates'profiles include GPA, graduates' graduate employment rate, alumni outcomes,types of jobs, information on getting a job, and the amount of income. This study was quantitative-descriptive in nature, which adopted a cross sectional method. The population of this study wasthe alumni of 2016 Economics Education Study Program graduates with a total of 99 alumni. The sample was taken using total sampling technique with a totalsample of 98 alumni. The data were collected through questionnaire and interview methods. The results showed that on average they have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.49 (male)and 3.51 (female). In addition, 76% of them have been employed and 24% of them are unemployed, looking for work, and continuing their studies. Looking at the alumni outcomes, their waiting period of getting their first job was 1.02% (6 months before graduation), 3.06% (3 to 6 months before graduation), 36.73% (3 monthsbefore graduation), 32.65% (3 months after graduation), 15.31% (3 to 6 months after graduation), and11.22% 6 months after graduation).It can be broken down into more  specific characteristics based on the types of company they work. 39% of the alumni work in Government Institution or state-owned enterprises, 4% work in non-profit organizations/non- governmental organizations, 55% work in private companies and 2% are entrepreneurs.The sources where the alumni got the job vacancies or information from include internet/online advertising/mailing lists (31.63%), personal relationse.g. lecturers, parents, siblings, friends etc. (19.39%), advertisements in newspapers/magazines and brochures (18.37%), walk-in application to companies/institutions without knowing if the vacancies were available or not (18.37%), job fair (5.1%), personal network since they were in college (4.08%), and the center/office of the faculty/university career development (1.02%). Most alumni work in the fields of education services (49%), followed by financial and insurance services (12.24%), and the rest workas other occupations. Viewed from the alumni income per month, 63.26% of them have an income of IDR 2,500,000, 25.51% of them fall into the category of IDR 2,500,000 - IDR 5,000,000,and 3.06% of them fall into the category of IDR 5,000,000 - IDR. 7,500,000.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi dan kajian profil  lulusan  Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Lampung tahun 2018. Profil lulusan yang meliputi nilai IPK, daya serap lulusan di dunia kerja, waktu tunggu mendapatkan pekerjaan jenis pekerjaan alumni, informasi mendapatkan pekerjaan, besaran penghasilan lulusan saat mendapatkan pekerjaan pertama. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah alumni Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi lulusan tahun 2016 yang berjumlah 99 alumni. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dan diperoleh sampel 98 alumni. Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan metode angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara rata-rata memiliki Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) dengan rincian IPK untuk jenis kelamin pria (3.49) sedangkan jenis kelamin wanita (3.51), Sebanyak 76% Alumni sudah terserap bekerja dan 24% alumni tidak bekerja, sedang mencari pekerjaan dan Melanjutkan Studi, Waktu tunggu mendapat pekerjaan pertama yaitu dalam waktu 6 bulan sebelum wisuda sebanyak 1,02%, 3 sampai 6 bulan sebelum wisuda sebanyak 3,06%, 3 bulan sebelumwisuda sebanyak 36,73%, 3 bulan setelah wisuda sebanyak 32,65%, 3 sampai 6 bulan setelah wisuda sebanyak 15,31% dan 6 bulan setelah wisuda sebanyak 11,22%, dari yang sudah bekerja dapat dijabarkan kembali berdasarkan karakteristik jenis perusahaan tempat bekerja yaitu 39% alumni  bekerja  di  Instansi  Pemerintah  atau  BUMN,  4%  alumni bekerja di Organisasi non-profit/ Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat, 55% alumni bekerja di Perusahaan Swasta dan 2% berwirausaha, Jalur mendapatkan pekerjaan a l u m n i yaitu sebanyak 31 orang atau 31,63% melalui internet/iklan online/milis, 19 orang atau 19,39% melalui relasi (misalnya dosen, orang tua, saudara, teman dll), 18 orang atau 18,37% melalui iklan di koran/ majalah dan brosur, 18 orang atau 18,37% melamar ke perusahaan/instansi tanpa mengetahui lowongan yang ada, 5 orang atau 5,1 % pergi ke bursa/ pameran kerja, 4 orang atau 4,08% membangun jejaring (network) sejak masih kuliah, dan 1 orang atau 1,02% memeroleh informasi dari pusat/kantor pengembangan karier fakultas / universitas. Sebagian besar alumni bekerja pada jasa pendidikan sebanyak 50 orang atau 49% disusul pada bidang jasa keuangan dan asuransi sebanyak 12 orang atau 12,24% dan sisanya tersebar pada bidang pekerjaan lain. Penghasilan alumni per bulan dari pekerjaan berada pada kisaran Rp2.500.000 sebanyak 62 orang atau 63,26 %. Sedangkan pendapatan Rp2.500.000– Rp5.000.000 sebanyak 25 orang atau 25,51%, dan pendapatan Rp. 5.000.000 – Rp. 7.500.000 sebanyak 3 orang atau 3,06%.Kata Kunci: Alumni, Tracer Study, Universitas Lampung

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of motivation to learn, socio economic status of parents and peers environment on interest to continuing education to the collage through academic achievement at class XII accounting students SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung academic year 2017/2018. The method which is used in this research is descriptive verification with ex post facto approach and survey. The population in this study amounted to99 students. The samples obtained 79 students and sampling technique is probability  sampling with simple random sampling. The result of research shows that there is influence of motivation to learn, socio economic status of parents and peers environment on interest to continuing education to the collage through academic achievement at class XII accounting students SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung academic year 2017/2018 simultaneously as well as partially.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar, status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi melalui prestasi belajar pada siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 99 siswa. Sampel yang diperoleh adalah 79 siswa dan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling dengan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar, status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi melalui prestasi belajar pada siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung baik secara simultan maupun parsial.Kata kunci: motivasi, status sosial, lingkungan, prestasi, minat perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Research aims to understand the influence of attribute products , prices and word of mouth communication of the decision the purchase of products smartphone vivo.Methods used is the method descriptive verifikatif with the approach ex post facto capital .Population is student PIPS the 2015-2017, FKIPUniversity  Lampung.Technique the sample collection use non probability of sampling with the methods accidental sampling.The sample of the used 60 respondents.The results of the study showed that there was some influence simultaneously attribute products, prices and word of mouth communication of the decision the purchase smartphone vivo on student P. IPSFKIPUniversity Lampung. Based on the analysis of obtained fhitung 77,249 ftabel 2,77 this demonstrates with multiple linear regression coefficient of determination ( r2 ) 0,805 which means the purchase decision influenced by product attributes, prices and word of mouth communication as much as 80,5 % and 19.5 % influenced by other factors . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk, harga dan word of mouth communication terhadap keputusan pembelian produk smartphone vivo. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi adalah mahasiswa jurusan PIPS angkatan 2015-2017, FKIP Universitas Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling denganmetode accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh secara simultan atribut produk, harga dan word of mouth communication terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone vivo pada mahasiswa jurusan P. IPS FKIP Universitas Lampung. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh Fhitung 77,249 Ftabel 2,77 yang  ditunjukan  dengan regresi linier multiple dengan koefisien determinasi (r2) 0,805 yang berarti keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh atribut produk, harga dan word of mouth communication sebesar 80,5 % dan 19,5 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata kunci: keputusan pembelian, atribut produk, harga, word of mouth communication

Abstract

The purpose of this research to know the effectiveness of model moral reasoning and simulation to increase the social skills see intelligence emotional (EQ). The method used quasi-experimental method with a comparative approach. The study design used treatment by level design. This research held at SMP Negeri 19 Bandar Lampung. Population in this study as many as 11 classes by the number of 359 students and sample used 2 grade to the number of 59 students who is determined through clusters random sampling. Data collection technique used observation and poll. Data analysis using formulas analysis variant the two and ttest two sample independent. Based on analysis of the data is collected the result that there is a difference in the social skills and interaction the use of learning model cooperative type moral reasoning and models simulations with see keceerdasan emotional (EQ) Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas model Moral Reasoning dan simulasi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial memperhatikan kecerdasan emosional (EQ). Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. Desain penelitian menggunakan treatment by level. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 19 Bandar Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 11 kelas dengan jumlah 359 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan 2 kelas dengan jumlah 59 siswa yang ditentukan melalui cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui lembar observasi dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan rumus analisis varian dua jalan dan t-test dua dua sampel independen. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan keterampilan sosial dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Moral Reasoning dan model Simulasi dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan emosional (EQ).
