Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan tes matematika berbasis SK/KD dengan teknik concurrent.Sampel penelitian 689 orang yang diambil dengan random sampling.Desain Penelitian untuk pengumpulan data prestasi belajar matematika digunakan tes prestasi belajar matematika bentuk objektif pilihan ganda berjumlah 40 butir soal. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis validitas tes, reliabilitas tes, analisis tingkat kesukaran, efektifitas daya beda dan efektifitas pengecoh. Hasil penelitiannya menemukan: 1)kisi-kisi (blue print) tes prestasi belajar matematika kelas VI dengan koefisien relevensi sebesar 0.95  dan termasuk soal sangat  baik; 2) Kwalitas tes prestasi belajar matematika ditinjau dari vadilitas butirterdapat 3 butir soal yakni butir soal no 20, 22, 30 termasuk butir soal tidak valid salah satu penyebabnya adalah bahwa butir soal tersebut kedua pakar menilai butir soal tidak relevan; 3) Kwalitas tes prestasi belajar matematika ditinjau dari reliabilitas sebesar 0,68 termasuk soal derajat reliabilitas tinggi sepantasnya untuk disimpan di bank soal; 4) Kwalitas tes prestasi belajar matematika ditinjau dari tingkat kesukaran,  butir-butir soal ulangan bersama semester genap yang ditemukan 35% butir soal termasuk kategori sedang dan 65% soal mudah; 5) Kwalitas tes prestasi belajar matematika ditinjau dari tingkat daya pembedanya, 3 butir soal atau 1% butir soal daya beda sangat baik, 37 butir soal atau 99% memiliki daya beda cukup perlu diperbaiki; 6) Kwalitas tes prestasi belajar matematika ditinjau dariefektifitas pengecoh dengan 23 butir atau 57,5% termasuk soal memiliki efektifitas pengecoh sangat baik dan 17 butir atau 43% soal dengan efektifitas pengecohnya kurang baik. Kata-kata kunci : Pengembangan Tes, SK/KD,   Tes Matematika               THE BASIC OR STANDARD COMPETENCE BASED MATHEMATIC PERFORMANCE TEST DEVELOPMENT BY CONCURENT TECHNIQUE IN THE 6TH CLASS IN GIANYAR REGENCY ABSTRACT This study aimed at developing Basic and standard competency based mathematic test with concurent technic.. The sample for the research was 689 people that were chosen by random sampling technique. The research design for collecting Data about mathematic performance used  objective mathematic test  with 4 option. The test was consisted of 40 items.The data analysis in this research were test validity, test reliability, degree of difficulty, degree of difference, and option effetivity. The result of the study show the followings: 1)the test items for  primary school in Gianyar regency were very relevant to basic and standard competency and indicator stated in the 6th class  test blue print . The relevant coefficient  was 0.95. It belonged to very good category; 2) The quality of mathematic performance test On the point of view of validity, there found 3 items they are items 20,22,30 which were not valid.  It was due to the fact thatBoth judges stated that those items were not relevant; 3) from the point of view of reliability,The quality of mathematic performance test had high reliability. The reliability coefficient was 0.68. They should be saved in test bank;4) The quality of mathematic performance test on the point of view of degree of difficulty, ther were found 35%  test items were in adequate level and 65% were low  level ;5) The quality of mathematic performance test On the point of view degree of difference, threre found 7.5%  with good degreeof difference and 92.5% with adequate degree of difference and it required to revise; 6)The quality of mathematic performance test there were found  23  test items or 57,5% of very good option effectivity and 17 test items or 43% of not good option effectivity.
