Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of brand image and cost of education partially to the student's decision in choosing Management Study Program at STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayu, (2) influence of brand image and educational cost simultaneously to student decision in choosing Management Studies Program STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayu. This research is a causality research. The population of this study is a student of Management Studies Program of 2013/2014 as much as 360 people. The number of samples of 79 people was determined using Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%. The sample was chosen by using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by using questionnaire method and analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that (1) brand image have an effect on student's decision in choosing Management Study Program at STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayu, (2) education cost influence to student decision in choosing Management Study Program at STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayu, (3) brand image and cost of education influence student's decision in choosing Management Study Program at STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the service quality of the Brunai Restaurant on customer satisfaction in Serasan Jaya Sekayu Village. This research is an associative causality research. The population of this study is all customers of Brunai restaurants. The total sample of 100 people were determined using the Malhotra formula. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that the correlation value (R) of 0,762 means that there was a strong relationship between the quality of service in the Brunai Restaurant and customer satisfaction. While the coefficient of determination (R ) of 0,646 means that 64,6% of customer satisfaction (Y) is influenced by the quality of the Brunai Restaurant service (X), the remaining 35,4% is caused by other factors.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of price, trust and security factors on consumer decisions to make online purchases through the Shopee mobile application. This research is causality research. The population and sample of the research are the people of Penuguan Village, Penuguan Strait District, Banyuasin Regency who usually shop online using the Shopee mobile application. A sample of 150 people was determined using the Malhotra formula and accidental sampling technique. Data collection by questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study that price, trust and security factors influence consumer decisions with the calculated F value (48.236) > F table (2.43) and the magnitude of the influence of price, trust and security factors on consumer decisions is 49.8% seen from the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.498. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor harga, kepercayaan dan keamanan terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian online melalui aplikasi mobile Shopee. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian adalah masyarakat Desa Penuguan Kecamatan Selat Penuguan Kabupaten Banyuasin yang biasa berbelanja online menggunakan aplikasi mobile Shopee. Sampel sebanyak 150 orang yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Malhotra dan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini faktor harga, kepercayaan dan keamanan mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dengan nilai F hitung(48,236) > F tabel(2,43) dan besarnya pengaruh faktor harga, kepercayaan dan keamanan terhadap keputusan konsumen adalah 49,8% terlihat dari nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,498.
