Abstract

The current population census is still Carried out by visiting each house. With a process like this, it will take a lot of time so that it will have an impact on the number of costs incurred by the government. For this reason, an online application is needed to Facilitate officers in conducting population censuses. Also, through this population census, the Researchers conducted a grouping of education levels intending to find out the population based on their level of education. The method used is the k-means clustering algorithm. There are three groupings items, namely C1 = population at a high level, C2 = population at a moderate level and C3 = population at a moderate level. The final centroid value used at C1 = (4.8000000,959.20000), C2 = (4.00000,854.000000) and C3 = (9.00000,668.00000). So that the results Obtained grouping C1 = RW2, RW7 and RW8,

Abstract

In education in school, the teacher is an importent figure in determining the hight and low qualityof educatin outcomes, so teacher is required to cotinue to improve the performancein teaching, and ensure teacher performance the need for assessment, at ach school, teacher assesment is still i the form of manual of the principal as the party who assesses teacher performance, while not everytime the principal monitors how the teacher’s performance in teaching, it is necessary to add other more intensive assesors to meet with the teacher, namely students with several conditions that make students eligible to be correspondents, and a teacher assessment application to support students assessing their teacher more easily, making the application using the Rating Scale method for taking initial grade data and Profile Matching for calculating the average final grade. The results of the testing of this program is that 100% accuracy is tested from 6 teachers and 20 students

Abstract

Selection of new admissions is the usual routine universities every year, this activity is done as a way to get students who have quality standards in accordance with the acceptance criteria determined by the university. However, at the National University in particular on FTKI, admission is actually doing is good enough but the results of the selection has not been implemented to the maximum, making it less optimal data processing activities such selection. Because the need for Decision Support System to be the result of the value of some of the criteria for the standardization of prospective students. In making the decision support system, TOPSIS method is used to determine students based on proper criteria by comparing the level of the quality of each prospective student using TOPSIS calculation will produce a ranking to help become FTKI UNAS selection consideration. The criteria used in this TOPSIS SPK, among others: CBT Computer, Mathematics and Language CBT, CBT Sciences, Interview, Department of the Home School, Home School Accreditation and Average - Average Value UN. The system in this research alternative filter 75 of the total 275 alternative data. The system accuracy up to 82% by making comparisons and calculations manually. Abstract

Every year the demand for coffee in Indonesia is increasing, this is because coffee is a plantation that has long been cultivated and is one of the livelihoods of the people in Indonesia. Moreover, the high level of exports makes coffee plants very influential for the country's economy and foreign exchange. Besides the many needs, the spread of pests and diseases in coffee plants is one of the problems that must be addressed immediately. Based on the existing problems, the author finally designed an expert system created to diagnose coffee plant diseases using The Naïve Bayes method, which is one of the simple classification methods which in return can give a probability value for each disease that is raised. This system can help coffee planters to identify diseases in coffee plants. The test results in this study were able to produce an accuracy level of 92% so that this system can be used to diagnose pests and diseases in coffee plants.

Abstract

Data Mining is very useful and widely applied in various fields, one of which is in the field of education. Data mining can be applied to the field of Educational institutions and is also often referred to as Educational Data Mining (EDM). Colleges currently compete with each other to improve the quality of their education for the creation of competent and high-integrity human resources. The amount of data contained in Higher Education can be utilized for the need for useful information so that the data attributes can be known so that the data is analyzed to improve student performance and achievement. And also the results of the analysis are expected to be able to anticipate the problem of delays in the study period that is often experienced by students. In this study conducted using two algorithm models namely K-Nearest Neighbor and Decision Tree C4.5. The best accuracy value is the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm model with an accuracy rate of 59.32%, whereas in the Decision Tree C4.5 model the accuracy rate is 54.80%, the application of EDM and is expected to be maximized and developed so that it can contribute and develop in education world especially in data mining

Abstract

This research is aimed at studying the effectiveness of online lectures on student achievement at the Faculty of Technology and Communication and Information at the National University using the C4.5 Algorithm method. The factors that must be considered in measuring the level of effectiveness of online lectures, namely from the income of parents, attendance and GPA (Grade Point Average) to every student. In the third factor has not been measured with certainty so that the Faculty of Communication and Information and Technology found it difficult to determine what can be changed and improved in quality, which will use the C4.5 method, in the case the author tries to measure these three factors so that eventually a Decision Tree. After doing calculations using the application it will know the level of short comings. Educational quality is something that needs to be considered because it is very influential in the process of student learning, therefore it needs an effort to improve effectiveness in online lectures.

Abstract

Application is a program created to do and carry out special tasks from the user. The computer system program in the form of an android-based application can be used in various fields, one of which is in the property as the operational management of building engineering in carrying out maintenance and inspection of building facilities. This Android-based application research aims to increase productivity and make it easier to carry out operational tasks, ensuring the operational integrity of building stationary equipment. The method for software development uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model, which is a method that describes the process of developing information systems. The problem obtained from the research is the management data processing which is still using manual or written so that the data received by the operational technician is inaccurate because the addition of the data is slow and to search for the data is too difficult because the data stored is hardcopy too much. The suggestion in proposing an android-based application system that assigns applications to the user is accessing the menu contained work orders in conducting a checklist to maintain and analyze building facilities. With this android-based application for operational engineering, you can enjoy the convenience of carrying out operational tasks and the data obtained can be stored so that it can be easily found or viewed at any time to be evaluated for damage to building facilities.

Abstract

The train is a means of transportation that is still in demand by most of the population of Indonesia at this time. But the contribution of the railway itself to national transportation is still very low, accidents because this transportation often occurs because there is still insufficient infrastructure and facilities. Accidents due to trains in general often occur at the doorway of railway crossing this can be caused by the negligence of the officers or attitudes of the other riders who are still very undisciplined. Thus the author finds an idea or idea to create an automatic doorway system. The design in this prototype is by using the pro-tower servo motor, project Board Mini, and the SR-04 ultrasonic sensor, which will be processed with the Arduino UNO microcontroller.

Abstract

The Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration needs indicators for benchmarks in improving the quality of services for the community, one of which is conducting a survey of community satisfaction by using several attributes including requirements, mechanisms, completion times, product specifications, officer competencies, officer attitudes, reporting and advice as well as facilities and infrastructure where the satisfaction results can be classified using data mining. In this study, the authors tested two data mining classification methods, namely the C4.5 Algorithm method and the Naïve Bayes method using RapidMiner software. From the test method, the accuracy of 88.00% was obtained using the Naïve Bayes method and the C4.5 algorithm was obtained with an accuracy of 80.40%.
