Abstract

ABSTRAK. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan alga Scenedesmus Sp. dengan merekayasa proses fotosintesis yang terjadi. Penelitian berlangsung selama tiga bulan dari bulan Nopember 2012 sampai Januari 2013 yang berlokasi di ruang gelap dan atap genteng laboratorium teknik fisika, Universitas Nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode penyinaran berbeda dan untuk setiap metode dilakukan dua kali percobaan. Dengan menjaga range densitas sebesar 16,7 x 106 - 3,2 x 1010 dan menjadikan waktu gelap menjadi variabel tetap yaitu 24 jam dapat mengoptimalkan produksi hidrogen sampai 32,0305 mL jumlah ini didapat pada metode pencahayaan matahari dari total volume alga sebesar 5200 mL.Kata kunci: algae, hydrogen, photosynthesis, Scenedesmus sp

Abstract

Peranan gas LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) pada saat ini sangatlah penting bagi bagi kehidupan manusia. Namun disaat yang bersamaan, dibalik penggunaan gas LPG yang semakin banyak, mulai muncul berbagai masalah. Gas LPG mempunyai dampak negatif terhadap manusia bahkan dapat menimbulkan potensi bahaya ledakan dan kebakaran. Maka perlu adanya sistem deteksi dan pengaman yang dapat mengatasi masalah yang timbul apabila terjadi kebocoran gas LPG. Pada makalah ini ini telah berhasil dirancang sistem deteksi dan pengaman kebocoran gas menggunakan sensor MQ-6 berbasis algoritma Bahasa C. Variasi pengujian dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat akurasi dan respon waktu sistem yang dibangun dalam mendeteksi kebocoran. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendeteksi kebocoran gas LPG dengan rentang persentase error sebesar 2.95%-6,09%. Selanjutnya sistem juga mampu mengamankan kebocoran gas LPG melalui aktivasi automatic shutoff valve pada regulator dalam rentang respon waktu sebesar 0.3-0,9 detik.

Abstract

In this Digital era, Microcontrollers are now growing rapidly and are increasingly in demand in control system applications. Including Arduino Microcontroller, by using this Arduino trying to overcome a problem that often occurs in the Data Center space, namely the problem of temperature and humidity instability that has a major impact on data on each rack in the data center space. This problem occurs if the temperature is too hot or too excessive humidity which results in overheating so that it can damage data stored in the data center. To solve the problem, Arduino detects temperature and humidity using a DHT11 module that can detect clearly and accurately, and can display on the LCD screen, or display the results of temperature and humidity detection on a webbased Thingspeak application and the Blynk application that can be accessed via a smartphone. Internet-based of Things (IoT). With DHT11 processed by Arduino can produce an ideal temperature of 18 ° C - 28 ° C and humidity of 40.00% - 60.00%, and provide Notifications that will be sent to the blynk application if there are problems with temperature and humidity instability.

Abstract

At this time, information and communication technology is growing rapidly. One example of technological developments is Augmented Reality (AR). Augmented Reality in theory is to present virtual effects in the real world. This AR technology has been applied in several fields. One of them is in the field of education. In this study, an AR application was made as an educational medium for the history of the heritage buildings of the Ottoman Empire, especially for Madrasah students in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI). This research will discuss the history of heritage buildings of the Ottoman Empire such as; Hagia Sophia Monument, Yeni Valide Mosque, and Blue Mosque. The Ottoman Empire was one of the world's Islamic empires that played a major role in the spread of Islamic teachings. This AR application uses the Marker Based Tracking method and the Fast Corner Detection algorithm. The tools used are Android Studio, Unity 3D, Sketchup, Figma, and Vuforia. The results of this study resulted in the application having succeeded in displaying a 3D Object from the Ottoman Sultanate heritage building, along with a description next to the 3D Object. In addition, this Monument AR application also works well on the Android operating system.Keywords:Augmented Reality, Marker Based Tracking, Fast Corner Detection, 3D Object, Android.

Abstract

Soil moisture is needed in rice fields for plant growth, with attention to soil moisture in rice fields, it can increase fertility in the land which impacts existing plants. But in regulating soil moisture requires a level that is following the existing plants, because each plant has different humidity settings. This research will design a tool to adjust soil moisture in rice fields automatically to maintain soil moisture according to plant needs. This tool is designed to use a Soil Moisture sensor which can later be used as input data to the ESP8266 to drive a Servo Motor as a soil moisture regulator, a Servo Motor as an irrigation door drive. In making the design of irrigation arrangements, moisture data from each plant is needed because each plant has a different moisture content, from the results of the study, it was found that the soil moisture of kale plants was ± 49% - 68%, and soil moisture of corn plants ± 48% - 63%.Keywords:Automatic Watering, ESP8266, Soil Moisture Sensor.

Abstract

Scheduling is the activity of planning in conducting activity at a certain time. The main objective of the scheduling is to improve the effectiveness and the efficiency of the use of resources so that progress that has been determined previously achieved well. A genetic algorithm is one of the most often algorithms used in optimization scheduling. This algorithm works based on a natural process carried out using heuristic methods. One of the scheduling problems at company x in the step to increase security through system security updates with this antivirus installation program involves all employees as users of each division and handled by the IT team as the pic that handles the program. Scheduling is still compiled manually so that raises some of the problems starting from the preparation process to the division of the schedules to require a long time, it usually tends to clashes between the hour and the day when the PIC handles the user due to not automatic scheduling. Therefore, designing an application system by using web-based programming is conducted waterfall method to ease in the process of the preparation and distribution of a schedule which is more systematic with the implementation of the method of the genetic algorithm so that the scheduling that there will be more optimal.

Abstract

General elections are basically still carried out conventionally, namely by using paper media in voting. This will lead to weaknesses in the calculation of votes such as a waste of money and time. This study aims to develop a website-based e-voting information system in the general election for the chairman of the RW which is expected to minimize the weaknesses of conventional elections. This system was developed to make the voting process more efficient and easy to use. This application is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, using the waterfall method. By doing black-box testing, it is hoped that the e-voting system can run well functionally without any error, and dummy variable testing to determine the influence of voters in selecting candidates based on graduation rate.

Abstract

The school is a place where the teaching and learning process takes place where the school applies virtual learning, so that students easily feel bored when learning. There are many types of learning, and the problems that arise in the learning process are also diverse. In this study, problems in the learning process were still limited, and the delivery of material provided by the teacher made it difficult for students to understand, thereby reducing student interest in learning. Responding to this situation, the temporary results of the author succeeded in creating a website and doing graphic testing on the website that was created, which only 56 users could access. If there are 100 users accessing the website, the server will be down and the website cannot be accessed by anyone.

Abstract

Cattle is one of the most livestock products in Indonesia, therefore to increase the yield of Indonesian livestock, the government has created a cattle assistance program that can help local breeders in improving the quality and commodities, especially cows, the priority of the program is local cattle to be able to compete. with other imported cattle. With this program, an application is made that can help realize the program. The application that is made is the Information System for Monitoring the Distribution of Cattle Aid where this application is devoted to monitoring all aspects related to distribution. The Information System for Monitoring the Distribution of Cattle Aid can support government programs according to the specified target. Because this government program is aid, this application will be able to accumulate distribution results so that it can be evenly distributed according to the data of prospective recipients that have been set and algorithms that help in running it. This application is a first fit algorithm that can assist in inputting and determining memory locations that can be used to accommodate and minimize fragmentation. The Cattle Assistance Distribution Monitoring Information System assists users in checking data efficiently in terms of timeliness and data accuracy. This study aims to understand the flow and use of information systems in the monitoring and distribution section, the method used to design and create an Information System application for Monitoring the Distribution of Cattle Aid is by observation and document study. The application of this information system monitoring the distribution of cattle assistance has had a good impact on the development of livestock, coupled withsophistication technological and assisted farmers in increasing input and development of livestock in the distribution sector.

Abstract

Discipline is one of the significant points in building education, especially at SMP NEGERI 20 DEPOK. The school picket officer is tasked with processing books, second recording student attendance, student permits, and student performance reports at SMP Negeri 20 Depok. Computer-based information systems also have an important role in supporting the school to carry out teaching and learning activities optimally. The Picket Officer Daily Report Information System is designed using Sublime Text 3 tools and uses a MySQL database. While the programming languages used are HTML, CSS and PHP using the waterfall method which will take data from SMP Negeri 20 Depok. Based on the retrieval of information carried out, the Daily Report Information System is designed to assist the processing of all student activities such as student attendance, student permits and student performance reports. The Picket Officer report information system helps process data efficiently and maximally both in terms of time and materials used, where so far the daily reports of picket officers at SMP Negeri 20 Depok are still done conventionally.
