Abstract

Anak jalanan di Jakarta banyak yang tidak dapat merasakan pemenuhan kebutuhan belajar secara penuh dan meninggalkan bangku sekolah dikarenakan anak harus bekerja untuk ikut membantu menunjang ekonomi keluarga. Sekolah Kolong Cikini merupakan organisasi non profit yang memfasilitasi anak jalanan untuk memberikan pendidikan alternatif agar anak jananan tersebut tetap dapat memperoleh haknya dalam pendidikan. Namun adanya keterbatasan media bagi para relawan untuk berbagi informasi menimbulkan informasi yang dibagikan tidak diterima dengan baik oleh anggota komunitas lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang aplikasi yang mampu menjadi sarana komunikasi antar anggota komunitas. Alur penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall serta identifikasi masalah dengan menggunakan tahap analisis PIECES. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu komunitas sekolah kolong cikini dalam mengorganisir kegiatan, berbagi informasi, dan pengetahuan serta menjaga keakuratan data anggota pengajar dan data anak jalanan yang tergabung dalam sekolah kolong cikini.

Abstract

Sales merupakan divisi yang sangat penting bagi sebuah perusahaan. PT Dharma Dwitunggal Utama merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang integrator sistem komunikasi radio elektronik dan peralatan navigasi. Perusahaan saat ini, memiliki divisi sales yang menjalankan proses pemasaran untuk produk-produk dan solusi yang dimiliki perusahaan. Evaluasi kinerja sales pada PT Dharma Dwitunggal Utama tidak hanya ditentukan dari nilai penjualan saja, namun ditentukan berdasarkan beberapa kriteria yang menjadi standar evaluasi dari perusahaan. Permasalahan yang muncul saat ini adalah sistem pelaporan dengan menggunakan dokumen spreadsheet tersebut belum sepenuhnya efektif dan memenuhi keinginan manajemen. Unified Modelling Language digunakan untuk merancang perencanaan penjualan dan metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) digunakan dalam perhitungan penilaian kinerja sales. Fitur-fitur rancangan yang dikembangkan seperti capaian pribadi, penawaran project, cashflow project, follow up, presentasi, dashboard rencana penjualan dan dashboard penilaian kinerja sales, mampu mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi perusahaan berkaitan dengan perencanaan penjualan dan penilaian kinerja sales.

Abstract

Company X is one of the companies engaged in the telecommunications business. To improve customer service, the company developed an Application Programming Interface). The developed API is used to promote product packages to customers. Sending data via API to millions of customers at the same time, can lead to failures due to the inability of the server to process that data. JMeter is one of the tools that can be used to perform performance testing of an API by providing TPS calculation output. Bulk data files are used as input to process large amounts of customer data on JMeter. Proper thread properties settings affect the TPS value, and the study has managed to achieve the TPS value to be achieved with error rate = 0, which means success.

Abstract

PT. Khatulistiwa Global Wisata is a company engaged in tourism and offers a Tour and Travel service called Explore Thousand Islands. Currently, the process of booking Pulau Seribu tour packages at Explore Seribu Pulau Tour and Travel is still done manually, causing visitor data, bookings, payments, and visitor reviews to not be recorded properly. This website-based thousand island tour package online booking application is designed using the Waterfall method, CodeIgniter as a framework, PHP for designing the web, and MySQL as a database storage. Research has been conducted to overcome problems by creating features such as tour package list features, tour package bookings, tour package payments, manage payments, approve payments, manage assignment trips, complete trip assignments, and give trip reviews. The features developed make it easier for visitors to find information on tour packages, book, pay, and review tour trips that have been carried out. In addition, the existence of the report feature can improve performance and make it easier for tourism agents to record reports from booking thousand island tour packages through the website.

Abstract

The development of information systems and technology affects various fields, including health, namely Puskesmas. The Sawah Besar District Health Center has several work units, one of which is a stock management unit. The stock management unit in carrying out its duties has problems including data management that still uses Microsoft Excel. When using Microsoft Excel, information about stock data not integrated between different work units, thus hampering the process of accessing documents. The process of approval and stock prediction is also still done manually using physical documents. PHP programming language with Bootstrap Framework and MySQL used to develop applications. While PHP-ML library which implement Naive Bayes algorithm is used for stock prediction. The features developed in this study can be used by related units to simplify the stock data collection process, assist in the stock approval process and speed up the preparation of stock inventory reports. In addition, there is a stock prediction feature that can help users so to support while making decisions in the procurement of drug stock at the Sawah Besar District Health Center to determine whether certain drugs need to be added or not.

Abstract

The impact of information systems and technology on various industries, including internet services like Indihome, is substantial. However, providing seamless access to Indihome internet services remains a challenge for PT Telkom Akses, particularly at their Pasar Baru Tangerang branch. One of the issues faced by staff members when handling complaints from internet service users is the lack of integration between the manual data management system and Telegram, which could automate operations and streamline the process of distributing trouble tickets. The current process for distributing trouble tickets is also inefficient, relying on manual copying and pasting. To address these issues, the application was developed using the PHP programming language, Codeigniter Framework, and MySQL, and the Waterfall method was employed in the design process. The application includes features such as Add Data Datin, Add Data Non Datin, Close Data Datin, Close Data Non Datin, and Telegram bots to facilitate complaint monitoring and ticket distribution.
