Abstract

PT Sinergy Informasi Pratama merupakan salah satu perusahaan Sistem Integrator yang menyediakan produk dan layanan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) khususnya di bidang Informasi Teknologi. PT  Sinergy Informasi Pratama  memiliki beberapa  masalah diantaranya tidak adanya sistem yang memantau perkembangan tender project, pencatatan keikut sertaan tender dan begitu juga dalam penomoran suatu tender. Setiap tender memiliki penomoran dan penomoran tersebut dinamakan dengan sebutan lead. Oleh karena itu diusulkan pembuatan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memecahkan masalah tersebut. Dalam jurnal ini, penulis mencoba mengusulkan dan membuat sistem aplikasi monitoring tender project berbasis web untuk membantu dalam proses bisnis dan operasional di dalam perusahaan dengan dibantu  metode analisa PIECES dan  metode pengembangan  prototyping. Dengan ini diharapkan informasi menjadi lebih akurat sehingga membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Company X is one of the companies engaged in the telecommunications business. To improve customer service, the company developed an Application Programming Interface). The developed API is used to promote product packages to customers. Sending data via API to millions of customers at the same time, can lead to failures due to the inability of the server to process that data. JMeter is one of the tools that can be used to perform performance testing of an API by providing TPS calculation output. Bulk data files are used as input to process large amounts of customer data on JMeter. Proper thread properties settings affect the TPS value, and the study has managed to achieve the TPS value to be achieved with error rate = 0, which means success.

Abstract

Warung Makan Leko is one of the restaurants in the Jakarta area that offers local cuisine, a diverse menu and delivery orders via phone order. Customers are one source of income for Warung Makan Leko. The amount of competition makes Warung Makan Leko have difficulty in retaining loyal customers. For this reason, further analysis is needed to find out who these potential customers are. Then an application was developed to classify customer data using the K-Means (clustering) algorithm. The data used as an example in this study is the sales transaction data of Warung Makan Leko. Run the process to calculate the total sales to customers and the number of transactions with customers to classify customer data. The K-Means clustering method tries to group the existing data into groups. Data in groups have the same properties. Customer data is grouped into two clusters, no and implicit. Each cluster is then classified based on the prioritized criteria. The cluster with the highest centroid value is the cluster that is rewarded, and the cluster with the lowest centroid value is the non-rewarded cluster. The results of this process form clusters, which are used for advice and consideration to determine sales strategy, namely to reward customers who rank higher in the cluster

Abstract

Mengembangkan sistem otentikasi untuk aplikasi merupakan suatu hal yang relatif sulit. Akan tetapi, para developer tidak memiliki pilihan selain untuk melakukannya, dan harus siap dengan segala konsekuensi jika terjadi sebuah kesalahan dalam pembangunan sistem tersebut. Selain itu, belum terdapat perusahaan yang mau membayar pajak dan membangun aplikasi hanya untuk membuat sebuah sistem login yang baik. Firebase Authentication menawarkan kemudahan untuk para developer dalam membangun aplikasi yang memiliki proses masuk ke akun tanpa perlu mengerti permasalahan kompleks yang terjadi dibelakang pengimplementasian sistem otentikasi miliknya. Para developer akan memperoleh kemudahan untuk memulai, komponen UX pilihan yang dirancang untuk meminimalisir kesalahan pengguna, sistem yang dibangun dengan standar terbuka, dan dukungan infrastruktur Google yang ditawarkan oleh Firebase. Firebase Authentication mudah untuk digunakan. Para developer dapat memilih sendiri jenis metode login terkenal, seperti Facebook, Google, Twitter, dan Email dan menambahkan SDK Firebase ke aplikasi dengan konsol Firebase. Firebase Authentication juga menyediakan perpustakaan UI open-source yang dapat digunkan untuk membangun berbagai macam jenis aliran otentikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk memberikan pengalaman yang baik bagi para pengguna. Dengan memanfatkan Oauth 2.0, OpenID Connect, serta rancangan standar industri untuk keamanan, interoperabilitas, dan portabilitas, Firebase Authentication dibangun dengan sistem yang memiliki keterbukaan dan keamanan. Oleh karena itu, Google menawarkan Firebase Authentication yang dapat membebaskan para developer dari pajak otontikasi. Dengan layanan ini, developer dapat lebih fokus dalam mengembangkan fitur yang lebih baik untuk aplikasinya daripada mengurusi sistem otentikasi. Para developer kini dapat menggunakan Firebase untuk sistem otentikasi aplikasinya [3].

Abstract

Homeschooling (HS) Lantaburo is one of the alternative schools in the city of Tangerang which has a target of fostering and developing life skills for Students with Special Needs (ABK) so they can meet the basic needs of Activity of Daily Living (ADL) so that one day they can be independent and empowered in society. In implementing the ADL program, there are obstacles, namely the difficulty of keeping up with advances in computer technology as a medium for supporting the learning of ABK students. Based on these problems, this community service aims to introduce ABK students to operating computers and teach them how to use Microsoft Word features that can be used to learn typing and others. The method used is hands-on training on basic introduction to computers and Microsoft Word applications. Of the 26 students with special needs at HS Lantaburo who were given the opportunity by the teacher to take part in the training, there were 3 students namely Autism, Dyslexia, and Down Syndrome (DS) due to limited computer equipment and training time. The context of the training is based on the participant's ability to answer every question posed in the training, starting from managing text, fonts, data storage, etc. Meanwhile, making tables still requires frequent practice. The results of the training were that Autism and Dyslexia student participants had the same range of intelligence so they could follow the training well compared to DS participants. This can be seen from the results of the evaluation carried out after the training activities. ABK students can improve their ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Word software, including the ability to type, edit, and format documents. Increase motivation to study, more confidence and independent in operating computers and MS Word applications.

Abstract

PT PLN Indonesia Comnets Plus has little information regarding future customer growth, making it difficult to take steps to meet customer needs. This research aims to predict customer growth in the future based on quantitative data from the previous year, where the output provided produces data in the form of numbers that are analyzed using statistical methods. The hope is to provide information to maximize customer growth with the minimum area or bandwidth used by the company. This research uses linear regression and support vector regression (SVR) algorithms using a company secondary dataset of 252 data points with 5 attributes. Data was collected during the last one-year period, from January to December 2021. The results of the research show that predictions using both algorithms have increased, customer growth when viewed from the number of customers, bandwidth, and regional data has increased significantly. This can be seen from the value of the number of customers, which continues to increase, while the highest number of customers falls in December, the most requested bandwidth is 20 mbps, and the largest customer area is in the Depok area. The results of the research show that the SVR algorithm is superior in terms of mean absolute percentage error (MAPE): 0.02% MAPE, 0.10 MAE, and 0.99 RMSE, while for linear regression, the MAPE values were 36.28%, MAE 201, and RMSE 0.80.

Abstract

Dari  segi  sarana  dan  prasarana,  Yayasan Asih Budi  di Jakarta  sudah  memiliki  sarana-prasarana yang  memadai,  di  beberapa kelas fasilitas  Internet  juga  telah  tersedia,  namun  dalam  penggunaanya  belum optimal. Pembuatan media pembelajaran PowerPoint merupakan bagian integral dari pengalaman belajar modern. Di Asih Budi Jakarta, Ronix digunakan untuk meningkatkan wawasan dalam proses pembuatan media pembelajaran tersebut. Pengabdian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan Ronix dalam konteks pembuatan media pembelajaran PowerPoint di lingkungan sekolah asih budi yang menaungi sekolah berkebutuhan khusus dari SD sampai dengan SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Ronix dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran PowerPoint, serta memungkinkan pengguna untuk menghasilkan materi pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan interaktif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa integrasi Ronix dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran PowerPoint dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi praktisi pendidikan dalam memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa. Hasil  pelatihan yang dilakukan  menunjukkan  bahwa  keterampilan  para  guru  cukup  meningkat dengan  indikator  bahwa  produk  luaran  pelatihan  telah  memenuhi  standar  media  yang  menarik  serta  berpotensi dapat mempercepat pencapaian kompetensi siswa dalam belajar mengajar sehari-hari.

Abstract

In the modern world of programming, the development of user interface (GUI) applications is very important. A simple GUI application can be implemented using the Python programming language and standard modules such as Tkinter, Pandas, and os, as described in this journal. Using this application, users can view the product catalogue, add products to the shopping cart, and make payments. There will be a record of the transaction in an Excel file after the payment is completed. Readers will learn the basic concepts of GUI application development using Python through this practical approach. They will also learn how to use basic features such as file management, user interaction, and data manipulation. This article can serve as a guide for beginners in developing GUI applications using Python.
