Abstract

Environmental protection and management is a systematic and integrated efforts are made to preserve the function of the environment and prevent pollution or environmental destruction which includes the planning, use, control, maintenance, monitoring and enforcement. Environmental laws can be enforced with one instrument, ie an instrument of administrative, civil or criminal can even be enforced by all three instruments at once. UUPPLH criminal law enforcement in addition to introducing a minimum penalty of a maximum, the expansion of evidence, convictions for violations of standards, integration of criminal law enforcement, and setting korporasi.Penerapan criminal offense or violation of environmental laws in accordance with the principle ultimum much depends on the administrative law or rule of law, especially with regard to licensing. Formulation of criminal pollution and / or destruction of the environment in UUPPLH contained in Article 97 through Article 120.

Abstract

Fiduciary registration is the most important stages in the fiduciary is a fiduciary because the birth date on record according to the fiduciary Fiduciary Book List. The position of the creditors as a fiduciary are in a weak position when a loan has been disbursed to the debtor as a fiduciary giver. Creditors require certainty and legal protection for unpaid credit guarantee has been received by the debtor. Legal protection is very necessary when the debtor does not fulfill its obligations (default) to repay the loan in accordance with the agreed time.

Abstract

Disputes or disagreements can happen anytime and anywhere without being limited space and time as long as we live in a society. The most important thing in dispute or disagreement is how to resolve the dispute wisely. Many ways that can be taken to resolve the dispute or disagreement in the field of civil or trade. One form of alternative dispute resolution is a resolution through arbitration institution. Dispute resolution through arbitration agreement or clause requires that states that the parties agree to resolve a dispute that has existed or will exist between them will be resolved through arbitration. Arbitration agreement as a form of agreement, subject to the general provisions of the treaty as contained in the Code of Civil Law. Issues to be discussed in this paper is whether the function of the arbitration agreement or arbitration clause in a settlement of the dispute through arbitration.

Abstract

Jember district government, through the granting of the National Health Insurance -Indonesia Healthy Card (JKN-KIS) for the poor in an effort to implement universal healthcoverage (UHC). Rambigundam Village Rambipuji District as one of the villages in JemberRegency has also implemented the giving of the Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) to the villagecommunity in accordance with the Bupati's Directive. Based on the Profile of DesaRambigundam that the availability of limited health services, the low interest of thecommunity to have higher education and the employment status of the community are mostlyfarm laborers and domestic workers. The implementation of the National Health Insuranceaccording to the laws is regulated in Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2013 concerningHealth insurance. According to this regulation Article 1 number 3 Recipients of HealthAssistance Assistance (PBI) Health Insurance are poor and disadvantaged people are furtherregulated in Article 6 number 1 which states that membership in Health Insurance ismandatory and is carried out in stages.Keywords :Effectiveness, Social Security, Poor Socie
