Abstract

Fuel cell termasuk alat pengubah energi alternatif yang menjanjikan dengan bahan bakar hidrogen dan oksigenyang relatif mudah didapatkan dan ramah lingkungan. Beberapa hal yang dapat mengurangi umur pakai fuel cell adalah kurangnya pasokan oksigen ke fuel cell, karena dapat meningkatkan keasaman fuel cell. Objektif utama sistem  kontrol yang dirancang dalam penelitian ini adalah  untuk mendapatkan efisiensi yang tinggi  dan menghindari kurangnya pasokan udara dengan cara mengendalikan oxygen excess ratio. Dengan menggunakan model yang baik, dapat dirancang pengontrol yang tepat agar keluaran dari sistem sesuai denganyang diharapkan. Dari hasil simulasi,  fuel cell stack dengan pengontrol LQR diberi set point sebesar 176 V. Overshoot   yang terjadi rata-rata sebesar 6,91%, dan rise/fall time rata-rata sebesar 0,67 detik. Kemudian, setelah dilakukan pemilihan parameter kontrol R yang baru, hasil simulasi menunjukkan sistem dengan set point sebesar 218 V, overshoot yang terjadi rata-rata sebesar 6,28%, dan rise/fall time rata-rata sebesar 0,89 detik. Kata Kunci: Linear Ouadratic Regulator( LQR), Fuel cell, Oxygen Excess Ratio

Abstract

This article aims to evaluate the judge's ruling about the namesake trademark. Two parties that registered the SAMGONG trademark through DJKI are at the focal point of the issue. This article's articulation of the problem serves as an argument for the Panel of Judges' discussion of the legal implications and considerations surrounding the decision rendered by the Supreme Court in Number 640 K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2020. This article concludes that a trademark is an asset that is legally protected and has economic worth from a commercial standpoint. Indonesia uses a first-to-file system, meaning that as soon as a trademark is registered in its home country, its owners acquire the rights to it. The Panel of Judges noted in their ruling that the Plaintiff originally registered its trademark in its own nation in 2008. That the Defendant's trademark registration is suspected of being done in bad faith because the Plaintiff's trademark has been sold and promoted internationally, making it a well-known trademark. Additionally, the DJKI was ordered to remove the Defendant's trademark from the General Register of Trademarks due to similarities in the naming of the trademarks owned by both parties. As a guardian of intellectual property, DJKI needs to be more cautious when examining trademarks registrations to check for essential similarities, particularly in trademark names.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and brand image towards customer loyalty by considering customer satisfaction as a mediator. Data collection was carried out on 180 Jakarta residents who regularly visit local coffee shops in Jakarta. The results reveal that service quality, store atmosphere and brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, then store atmosphere and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. On the other hand, service quality and brand image have no effect on customer loyalty. By having service quality as expected, a unique store atmosphere and a good brand image, it will trigger customers to at least try to choose and come to the coffee shop. So in the end, this study is expected to be able to develop customer satisfaction and create loyal customers to local coffee shops in Jakarta.
