Abstract

This research aims to know farm income, and to find out factors which influence the production of maize farm. Direct interview using quetioanaire was applied to collect primary data. Collected data were tabulated and analyzed using multiple regression anlysis to decribe production function. The result of study showed that the average of farm income was Rp 17.036.255 with average revenue as big as Rp 20.428.571 and average cost per hectare was Rp 3.407.101. Factors which influence the production were the land size (X1), manpower (X2), capital (X3). From regression result with Multiple Linear Regression, the coefficient value of determination R Square as big as 0,615 with the meaning that the ability of independent variable in explain dependent variable as big as 61,5% and the rest 38,5% explaned by variables were not involved in this study. From result of F test (simultaneous test) obtained that factors of X1, X2, and X3 had significant impact toward maize production. While from the result of t-test (partial test) obtained that factors which significant influential toward maize production namely the land size (X1) and capital (X3), while manpower (X2), was not significant influential toward maize production. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan, dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi usahatani jagung. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara menggunakan kuisioner. Ditabulasi dan dianalisis menggunakan model fungsi produksi Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya rata-rata pendapatan usahatani jagung di lokasi penelitian sebesar Rp 17.036.255 dengan rata-rata penerimaan sebesar Rp 20.428.571 dan rata-rata biaya perhektar Rp 3.407.101. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi adalah luas lahan (X1), tenaga kerja (X2), Modal (X3). Dari hasil regresi dengan fungsi Regresi Linear Berganda nilai koefisien determinasi R Sguare sebesar 0,615 dengan artian bahwa kemampuan variabel bebas untuk menjelaskan variabel terikat sebesar 61,5% dan sisanya 38,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil uji F (uji simultan) diperoleh bahwa faktor X1, X2, dan X3 berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi jagung pada ⍺ 0,5% maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sedangkan dari hasil uji t (uji parsial) diperoleh bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi jagung yaitu luas lahan (X1) dan modal (X3), sedangkan tenaga kerja (X2), tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi jagung.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Peanuts are one of the high economic value commodities in the dry land area. This commodity also contributes to the social life of the dry land area. This research has been conducted in Semau Sub-district, Kupang Regency, with the aim to determine the amount of income, break event point (BEP), R / C ratio, efficiency of capital use and factors that affect the income of peanuts farming, with the number of farmer respondents as many as 92 people , simple randomly selected. Data that has been collected by survey, library and interview methods; analyzed quantitatively-descriptive using regression methods. The results showed that the total average income of peanut farming in the study location was IDR 1,739,895 with a total average income of IDR 3,498,261 and a total average cost of IDR 1,758,366. While the break event point average of production is 147 Kg and the break event point price is IDR. 6.509, while for the total average the R / C ratio is 1.99. With factors that affect income are production (X1), seed costs (X2), and labor costs (X3). From the regression results with the Cobb-Douglass function the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.822 with the meaning that variations in independent variables such as production, seed costs and labor costs explain the dependent variable namely income (Y) of 82.20% and the rest 17.80 % is explained by variables outside of the variables analyzed. From the results of the F test (diversity test) it was found that the factors X1, X2, and X3 had a significant effect on income at ⍺ 1%, then accept H1 at least one of: βi ≠ 0. Whereas the results of the t test (partial test) obtained that factors significant effect on income, namely production (X1) and labor costs (X2), while the cost of seeds (X3) does not significantly affect income.

Abstract

The research, which was conducted in the village of Oepaha, Nekamese District, Kupang Regency, from June to July 2019, aims to identify marketing channels, capabilities and margins, and the share and benefits of celery marketing for farmers. The location of the research was determined using purposive sampling methods, considering that the location was the most important supplier area for celery in Kupang Regency. The population in this study was the farming community in Oepaha Village, Nekamese district, Kupang Regency,in the amount of 96 celery farmers. The sampling methods is carried out by simple random sampling according to the Slovenian formula, so that a sample of 49 celery farmers is obtained. Sampling for marketing institutions was determined by selecting the marketing institutions which directly involved in celery marketing using snowball sampling methods. In the end, respondents selected marketing institutes consisting of village collectors amounted to 4 people and retailers amounted to 4 people. The analysis of the data used in this study includes descriptive analysis, marketing margin analysis, farmer's share analysis and marketing profit analysis. The results showed that the marketing channel for celery carried out by farmers consisted of two channels, namely farmers directly to consumers and farmers to consumers through intermediaries, namely village collectors and retailers. Celery marketing functions that arise are the functions of sales, purchases, transport, standardization and financing and market information on the zero level channel,while sales, purchasing, transportation, storage, standardization, and financing, as well as market information, run on the second level channel. The marketing margin at zero level is Rp. 51.000,-, while the second level marketing channel is Rp. 17,000 at the collector and Rp. 34,000 at the retailer. The percentage of farmer’s share received by farmers is 25% at zero level and 25% at second level channel. The profit from celery marketing in the zero level marketing channel is Rp. 8.261 (farmers), the second level marketing channel is Rp. 16,688 (farmers), Rp. 15.267 (collectors' traders), Rp. 28,029 (retailers).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada CV. GS Organik di Desa Penfui Timur, Kecamatan Kupang Tengah, Kabupaten Kupang pada bulan November – desember 2019 dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh markting mix terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV. GS Organik di Kabupaten Kupang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang bersumber dari kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada 75 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel produk dan promosi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan membeli sayur organic pada CV GS Oraganik, sementaravariabel harga dan tempat secara parsial tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap. Kata Kunci: produk, harga, tempat, promosi, bauran pemasaran dan keputusan membeli. ABSTRACT This research has been carried out at CV. GS Organik I the village of East Penfui. Kupang Tengah District, Kupang Regency in November to December 2019 with the aim to determine the effect of markting mix on purchasing decisions on the CV. GS Organic in Kupang Regency. This study uses primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed to 75 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination The results showed that the product and promotion variables partially have a significant influence on the buying decision variable because it has a value of t arithmetic > t table so that Ho is rejected and accept Ha. While the price and place variables partially do not have a significant effect.. Keywords: product, price, place, promotion, marketing mix and purchase decision.

Abstract

The research conducted at CV. GS Organik, located in East Penfui Village, Centre Kupang District inDecember 2019, aimed to determine the income and feasibility of the bokashi fertilizer business that CV. GS Organic was working on. The data was collected using the case study method. Data collected in the form of primary data, obtained from interviews and secondary data, obtained from related references and literatures. Income analysis was used to determine the first purpose, while the second purposewas analyzed using R/C ratio, BEP and payback period. The results showed that: 1) the amount of income obtained from bokashi fertilizer business in CV. GS Organic in 2016-2019 was as followed: income in 2016 was Rp 13.680.002 in 2017 was Rp 22.953.334, 2018 was Rp 31.521.334 and in 2019 Rp 40.636.669; 2) The bokashi fertilizer business in CV. GS Organik in 2016-2019 was profitable and reasonable to be developed, because the income obtained was sufficient and the value of R/C ratio was more than one, namely in 2016 was 1.52, 2017 was 1.62, 2018 was 1.65 and in 2019 was 1.68. The BEP value both of production level and price, namely in 2016 was 13.160 kg and the price of Rp 1.316, in 2017 was 18.523 kg and the price of Rp 1,235, in 2018 of 24.239 kg and Rp 1.212 if stated in price, and in 2019 was 29,682 kg at the production level and the price of Rp 1.187. The payback period was also relatively quick, namely 1 year and 5 months.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the internal factors of eggplant farming (Solanum melongena L.), to find out how the external factors of eggplant farming (Solanum melongena L.) and to find out how the strategy of developing eggplant farming in Pukdale Village, East Kupang District, Kupang Regency. The location of this research was carried out with the consideration that Pukdale village is one of the eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) farms. Primary data obtained by means of interviews and direct questionnaires with respondents. In this study, the number of samples taken was 32 people. In this study using a SWOT analysis consisting of internal and external factors. The results showed that: (1) the internal strategic factor of strength is 1.991 and weakness is a score of 0.766, which means that the influence of strength is greater than the effect of weakness on eggplant farming. While the difference between the external strategic factors of opportunity is 1.734 and the threat has a score of 0.831, which means that the effect of opportunities is greater than the effect of threats on eggplant farming (2) The Position Matrix is ​​in quadrant I, which indicates that this eggplant farming is strong and has a chance. The strategy given is Aggressive, where there is power to be used to seize profitable opportunities.

Abstract

This research has been carried out in West Sabu District, Sabu Raijua Regency with the objectives: 1) To know the Management of Shallot Farming in West Sabu District, Sabu Raijua Regency. 2) To find out the level of shallot Farming income in West Sabu District, Sabu Raijua Regency. 3) To determine the feasibility of onion farming in West Sabu District, Sabu Raijua Regency. In this research used survey method. The number of respondents was 39 people, each with 18 people from the Farmers Group (Mira Ie) of Raemude Village and 21 people from the Farmers' Group (Muri Mada) of Nadawawi Village. The results showed that farming management had been implemented well with the level of onion farming income in the two villages amounting to IDR 1,234,961,250 with an average income of IDR 31,665,673 respondents. The results also show that shallot farming is feasible because it has an R/C Ratio of 4.4. Break Event Point (BEP) analysis results show Production BEP of 2,453.87; and BEP Price of Rp.48,929,687.50.Based on the results of the research, it is expected that farmers to increase the production of shallots should expand their agricultural land so that production results can increase and the amount of income also increases.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Badan Usaha Milik Desa Moinfeu, Oelbiteno village, middle Fatuleu Sub district, Kupang Regency. The purpose os this study was to know about the application of manajemen principles and how much that gained by Badan Usaha Milik Desa Moinfeu business units, Oelbiteno Village middle Fatuleu Sub district, Kupang Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis, that interpreting the object as what it is. The results of this study snowed that Badan Usaha Milik Desa Moinfeu business units, Oelbiteno Village middle Fatuleu Sub district, Kupang Regency had not maximally yet on applied the managemant principles, which is the planning principle, and there was no employment contract that hind to members and there was no clear recruitment criterias for the employees. Due to the organitation’s principles, there was overlapping of work and about the leader’s principles, there was no leader,s role on managing Badan Usaha Milik Desa Moinfeu and about the principle of supervisory management, there were no indicators in conducting supervision. The results showed that the amountof acceptance of the agency has clear employee recruitment criteria, about the principleof organizing the Badan Usaha Milik Desa Moinfeu, they received IDR 8,000,000 in 2019. This revenue is divided based on Peraturan Desa Oelbiteno No. 6 of 2017 about the establishment of Badan Usaha Milik Desa on paragraph 29. Based on this division, the amount of income of is Rp.2,000,000 (25%), that is for raising invesment for Badan Usaha Milik Desa Moinfeu.
