Abstract

Jumlah pengunjung objek wisata Taman Purbakala Batu Pake Gojeng mengalami peningkatan dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Namun, dibalik peningkatan tersebut, tidak diketahui seberapa besar jumlah permintaan dan nilai ekonomi yang didapatkan konsumen atas permintaan konsumen tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah biaya perjalanan, pendapatan, umur, tingkat pendidikan, waktu kerja dan pengalaman pengunjung mempengaruhi jumlah permintaan serta mengetahui nilai ekonomi yang diperoleh pengunjung Objek Wisata Taman Purbakala Batu Pake Gojeng dengan menggunakan pendekatan biaya perjalanan (Travel Cost Method). Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan pendekatan Ordinary Least Square dan surplus konsumen, untuk menghitung nilai total ekonomi yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga variabel independen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap jumlah permintaan natara lain biaya perjalanan, pendapatan, dan pengalaman berkunjung. Umur, pendidikan dan waktu kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap jumlah permintaan. Surplus yang dicapai konsumen sebesar Rp 99.503,96 per individu per satu kali kunjungan menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan yang diperoleh konsumen masih jauh diatas harga pengeluaran rata-rata yakni sebesar Rp. 42.713,13 per satu kali kunjungan. Nilai total ekonomi, diperoleh dari nilai surplus konsumen per individu per tahun dikalikan dengan jumlah pengunjung tahun 2017. Hasilnya, diperoleh nilai total ekonomi Objek Wisata Taman Purbakala Batu Pake Gojeng sebesar Rp. 1.950.022.176. Dengan demikian, objek wisata ini memiliki prospek yang sangat besar, dan penting didorong pemerintah sehingga dapat menjadi sumber pertumbuhan baru.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the high rate of spread of the virus in the Probolinggo area disrupted stability in all aspects. Against this background, the Panca Marga University Community Service Program (Real Work Lecture) of the Mayangan sub-district group compiled a work program with a focus on gaining insight and preparedness about the dangers of transmission of the Covid-19 virus which was implemented through 5M counseling activities, distribution of masks and hand sanitizers, planting. TOGA (Family Medicinal Plants), spraying disinfectant at public facilities and manufacturing starfruit juice products. The result of the activity was an increase in the insight and alertness of the people of Mayangan sub-district about the dangers of transmission of the Covid-19 virus and how to prevent it. The conclusion of this community service activity carried out in the Mayangan sub-district is the need for counseling and socialization about the spread of the Covid-19 virus in any community because the Covid-19 virus infection can attack anyone.

Abstract

The operation of dust suppressor and dust collector was operating semi-manually by pressing the power button on the local panel during the initial unloading of coal material from the barge or stockpile, where local operators manage several large areas. This research is carried out on the implementation of Automatic Dust Detector for Dust Suppression operational at Paiton Unit 9 power plants with the aim of increasing the efficiency of operator and equipment performance. We use House of Quality (HOQ) as a determinant of the priority scale for technical response to be implemented, namely the addition of an Automatic Dust Detector. The results obtained showed a decrease in the calculation of the dust suppression operating time, i.e. from 5 hour 54 minutes to 5 hour 6 minutes, from 1005,36L/barge to 869,04L/barge  for water consumption, and 1L/barge to 0,86L/barge for chemical use. Furthermore, the implementation of the Automatic Dust Detector can significantly increase efficiency at least 15% from operating time difference.
