Abstract

Background: The concept of strategic management has not been optimally yet done by the Bantul Yogyakarta Hospital. The issue of the development and preparation of a strategic plan has been done but is more of an interest in the management of accreditation. In addition, there are several themes that have become the thoughts of the leadership of the Bantul Yogyakarta Hospital, namely the JKN program, there are many hospitals that near of Bantul Yogyakarta Hospital, and increasing number of people around of the Hospital. For this reason, recommendations for strategy formulation are needed.Objective: This study is aimed to develop recommendations for strategy formulation for Hospital with mission evaluation, vision and SWOT analysis.Method: This study used a qualitative method with a type of case study. The speaker in this study is the leader of the Foundation and Hospital.Results: The results of the exploration of mission and vision produce 5 mission points and 5 vision points. Internal environment analysis used Value Chain Model from Porter and external environment analysis used the Health Service System Environmental Analysis Model. The results of the SWOT analysis produced 17 strengths, 15 weaknesses, 6 opportunities and 4 threats. The preparation of the SWOT matrix produced: 5 SO strategies, 2 WO strategies, 2 ST strategies, and 2 WT strategies. Strategic recommendations for Hospital are: goal strategies in the form of recommendations for mission and vision statements, low cost strategies, implementation strategies, penetration strategies, market development strategies and product development strategiesConclusion: Re-formulation of the mission and vision of Hospital based on the results of the exploration of mission and vision. From the results of the mission and vision formulation, internal and external environmental analysis, and SWOT analysis formulated a strategy formulation recommendation, namely the objective strategy in the form of recommendations for mission and vision statements, low cost strategies, implementation strategies, penetration strategies, market development strategies and product development strategies.

Abstract

Sampah telah menjadi permasalahan nasional sehingga mengelolaannya perlu dilakukan secara komprehensif dan terpadu dari hulu ke hilir agar memberikan manfaat secara ekonomi, sehat bagi masyarakat dan aman bagi lingkungan serta dapat mengubah perilaku masyarakat. Pengelolaan sampah merupakan bagian dari penanganan sampah. Efek yang diakibatkan oleh sampah terhadap lingkungan makin hari sudah semakin parah, oleh sebab itu sebagai manusia sudah sepantasnya untuk bisa mengelola sampah-sampah tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan cara mengolah sampah dengan baik dan benar. Metode kegiatan ini melalui penyampaian penyuluhan dan pelatihan pengolahan sampah untuk di daur ulang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat sekitar dengan menggunakan leaflet dan penyampaian materi melalui power point. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat Dusun Tegallayang Caturharjo Pandak Bantul Yogyakarta yang berjumalah 40 orang. Hasil dari pelatihan ini masyarakat lebih memahami arti ekonomi kreatif dari mengelola sampah dengan baik dan benar.

Abstract

One of the efforts to improve the role of Poskestren is to carry out management functions in accordance with the flow that has been determined by the health office to the performance of the management of Pesantren Health Post. At the Health Post Pesantren An-NurNgrukem, the problem was obtained, namely : There has been no training specifically for management, the knowledge of the manager about health is still lacking. health equipment is not complete, health workers are still lacking, and poskestren development strategy for the future is still unclear or there is no careful planning. Objective of this research is to know the success of Poskestren and the influence of the implementation of management functions on the achievement of success indicators in Poskestren An-Nur Ngrukem Bantul Yogyakarta year 2021. The research used is qualitative research method as a research procedure produced descriptive data, the sample used in the study is a purposive sampling technique where the research requires special criteria so that the samples taken later in accordance with the purpose of the research, as for the purposive sampling technique in the subject of this study are 4 informants poskestren an-NurNgrukem manager, data collection techniques namely observation, interview, documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, display/presentation of data and verification/conclusion. Based on research data that has been conducted by researchers, it can be stated that the success of poskestren in poskestren implementation guidelines is measured through 18 success indicators consisting of input indicators, process indicators and external indicators. Currently Poskestren An-nurNgrukem has reached 14 points of posketren success indicators, there are only 4 indicator points of success that can not be achieve. In the results of the study known Poskestren An-nurNgrukem is good enough in the implementation of the function of planning management, organizing, mobilization, and supervision in Poskestren it shows that one of the factors that influence the achievement of poskestren success indicators is the implementation of planning management functions , organizing, mobilizing, and supervising at Poskestren An-nurNgrukemBantul. That the implementation of the functions of planning management, organizing, mobilization, and supervision in poskestren An-NurNgrukem has been implemented quite well, the implementation of management functions affects the achievement of success indicators in Poskestren An-NurNgrukem, Bantul, Yogyakarta.
