Abstract

In Jombang district there is considerable potential if thorn pandanus is managed optimally. The community has long been a pandanus craftsman and their businesses are mostly inherited so this shows that pandanus business is the main support of the family economy. But the fact is that the Pandan Duri woven craft business has not been able to improve their lives. This is because the pandanus woven business is a side job, the products produced are less diverse and only in the manufacture of woven mats, and marketing is limited to local markets and the surrounding communities. As one of the efforts to improve the economy of the community, thorns and pandanus woven craftsmen created e-commerce software through the Knowledge-based Economy Development Program by hoping that besides being able to accelerate economic improvement, the woven craftsmen community could also become entrepreneurial development and achieve achievements. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in the form of patents from marketing application software products that have been made. The software application is built called PanduKRIA and its implementation uses the language of the PHP program based on CodeIgniter framework and MySQL The methodology used is to conduct a site survey to see the condition of the community in the four sub-districts as the basis of Kria SME thorn pandanus craftsmen, namely in Kudu District, Ploso District, Kabuh District, and Plandaan District. Furthermore, the market share will be strengthened so that these products can penetrate national and international markets. Market strengthening is done by synergizing thorn pandanus woven products in the PanduKria application program application based on the website. Abstract

Revenue and Expenditure Budget Village or abbreviated to APBDes every year among all the village's equipment is always busy with the utilization or management of village revenues to be allocated to several activities that aim to build the village. The main obstacles in APBDes management are lack of reporttransparency, inefficient performance, inadequate reporting thus hampering the implementation of rural development. As a form of effort to overcome this problem, it is necessary to design software application reports realization of web-based village budget usage. APBDes realization information system is web-based, using PHP web programming language and MySQL database. In implementing this system, it must be implemented or uploaded on the web server to be accessible on the internet. Because this implementation isexperimental, the author uses the XAMPP application as his web server. With the presence of these systems, the public can get information about APBDes easily without having to come to the village hall or ask for the explanation to the village apparatus and Government at the kecamatan level can also control and evaluate the reporting of APBDes relaisaasi online. So the transparency of realization of APBDes can be realized and able to answer people's doubts about the village apparatus and monitor the progress and development of their village.Keywords:APBDes, Information System, Website, Reporting, Village Finance

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Android-based application utilizing an Online Transaction Gateway (OTG) for a student savings system. The application is designed as a solution to the manual system that requires parents to deposit savings directly at school and record transactions in a physical savings book. With this application, parents can deposit money through bank transfers or convenience stores without the need to visit the school.The application enables automatic bill generation and offers flexible payment options. Transaction history can be viewed in real time, and savings records can be printed or saved as digital files. With these features, parents can easily and transparently monitor their child’s savings.

Abstract

The New Student Admission (PPDB) process is an essential part of school administration that requires speed, accuracy, and easy access for prospective students and their parents. At Yayasan Al Husna, the manual PPDB process has encountered various challenges, such as delayed services, data entry errors, and time and location constraints. This study aims to design and develop an Website-based PPDB system integrated with the WhatsApp application using native PHP and JavaScript programming languages. The system utilizes a chatbot technology capable of automatically interacting with users through WhatsApp messages, providing information, guiding the registration process, and recording student data in real time. The chatbot is developed with simple AI-based logic to understand user messages and respond according to context, without using any additional frameworks. The backend is built using native PHP, while the interface interaction and dynamic processing are handled with JavaScript. Implementation results show that this system improves the efficiency of the PPDB process, accelerates information services, and simplifies the school's task of managing registration data. Integration with WhatsApp provides user-friendly access without requiring additional applications, making it more inclusive for users from various backgrounds

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a web-based school data management system at Al-Husna Islamic Kindergarten to address the problems of semi-manual recording that often results in data duplication, recording errors, and delays in information delivery. The development method used is the Waterfall method with stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Research data was obtained through observation and interviews with the school to identify system requirements. The result of this study is a web-based school management information system that facilitates the management of student data, teacher data, lesson schedules, school agendas, and recording teacher assignments. Testing using the blackbox method shows that all functions run according to user needs. With this system, the data management process at Al-Husna Islamic Kindergarten becomes more effective, efficient, and supports school operational activities.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology encourages business actors, including the garment manufacturing sector, to adopt digital information systems in order to improve marketing effectiveness and customer service quality. Faiz Konveksi, a micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise engaged in garment production services, still faces various challenges related to marketing, design communication, ordering, and payment processes that are not yet systematically integrated. This study aims to design and implement a website-based digital marketing information system equipped with an interactive custom design feature to facilitate customers in independently customizing product designs, improve the effectiveness of design communication, and integrate ordering and payment processes into a single platform. The research method consists of needs analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. The developed system supports three user roles, namely customer, administrator, and super administrator, and provides key features including a product catalog, three-dimensional interactive custom design, order management, online payment services, WhatsApp notification services, and sales and order reports. The results of implementation and system testing indicate that the proposed system is able to increase ordering efficiency, reduce design communication errors, and assist Faiz Konveksi in managing order and transaction data in a more effective and structured manner. Therefore, the website-based digital marketing information system is expected to enhance service quality, customer satisfaction, and the competitiveness of Faiz Konveksi in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement an Android-based digital platform to promote the tourism, culture and culinary diversity of Jombang Regency in an interactive and informative manner. The main objective is to increase the awareness of local communities and tourists of the tourism and culinary potential in Jombang through easy access to accurate and up-to-date information, as well as providing reliable guidance for tourists. In addition, this research aims to encourage local economic growth by increasing the number of tourist visits and consumption of local cultural and culinary products. Using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, this research includes user requirements analysis, analysis modeling, design modeling, and application construction. Through surveys, interviews, market analysis, and case studies of successful digital marketing campaigns, it is hoped that this information system can make a significant contribution in promoting and preserving cultural wealth and increasing the number of tourist visits to Jombang Regency.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang, kebutuhan akan sistem informasi yang efektif dan efisien semakin mendesak, terutama dalam sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pengolahan data pengajuan Rencana Definitif Kebutuhan Kelompok Tani (RDKK) di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Jombang. Sistem ini di rancang untuk membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pengajuan RDKK, yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual dan sangat membutuhkan banyak waktu. Metodologi penelitian yang di gunakan meliputi kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Pada tahap analisis kebutuhan, dilakukan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Jombang. Hasil analisis ini digunakan sebagai dasar perancangan sistem yang mencakup desain database, antarmuka pengguna, dan fungsi – fungsi utama sistem. Sistem informasi yang dibangun berbasis web, sehingga dapat di akses oleh pengguna berwenang kapan saja dan dimana saja. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Fitur utama sistem meliputi pengelolaan data kelompok tani, pengajuan dan persetujuan RDKK, serta pelaporan dan monitoring pengajuan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses pengajuan RDKK dengan mengurangi waktu dan kesalahan dalam pengolahan data. Sistem ini juga memberikan kemudahan bagi petugas dinas dalam melakukan monitoring dan pelaporan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pengolahan data pengajuan RDKK ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan pelayanan di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Jombang, serta mendukung terwujudnya tata kelola pemerintah yang baik di sektor pertanian.
