<![CDATA[ABSTRAKGreen Infrastructure atau Infrastruktur hijau adalah adalah interkoneksi jaringan dari area alami dan ruangterbuka yang melestarikan nilai dan fungsi ekosistem alam, menjaga udara dan air yang bersih dan menyediakansejumlah manfaat bagi manusia dan makhluk hidup lainnya. Kota Kendari sebagai kota berkembang saat initelah mengembangakan sistem penataan RTH berbasis green infrastructure sebagai konsep dasar dalampengembangan masterplan tahun 2017-2037. Salah satu elemen dari green infrastructure ini adalah ecologicalpath yang berfungsi sebagai struktur hijau ekologi pada kawasan perkotaan. Keberadaan RTH sangat pentinguntuk meningkatkan kualitas ekologi perkotaan dan memiliki manfaat lainnya sehingga keberadaannya perludikontrol dan diperhatikan. Permasalahan yang timbul saat ini adalah RTH di Kota Kendari dalam peranannyasebagai ecological path belum mendapat perhatian dan prioritas dalam pengembangannya. Padahal fungsi danperanannya sebagai penyangga ekologi kota sangat penting bagi sebuah kota, sehingga arah pengembangan RTHdengan fungsi ekologi perlu dipertimbangkan untuk prioritas penataan kedepannya. Tujuan dari penelitian iniadalah untuk megetahui sejauh mana wujud aplikasi ecological path pada konsep Green Infrastructure padapengembangan penataan RTH di Kota Kendari dan bagaimana bentuk-bentuk pemanfaatannya. Metode padapenelitian ini secara kuantitatif untuk mengetahui kondisi RTH Kota Kendari dari sisi ketersediaan oksigenperkotaan yang ditunjang oleh keberadaan RTH perkotaan sebagai elemen dalam green infrastructure dan secaraKualitatif untuk mengetahui wujud dan pemanfaatan RTH dengan menggunakan konsep ecological path sebagaielemen green infrastructure di Kota Kendari. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa ecological path padakonsep pengembangan RTH di Kota Kendari melalui green infrastructure dapat terlihat dari pemanfaatannyayang ditujukan sebagai penyokong ekologi kota dalam bentuk microclimate modifier dan siklus oksigenperkotaan.Kata Kunci : Ecological Path, Ruang Terbuka Hijau, Green InfrastructureABSTRACTGreen Infrastructure is a network interconnection of natural areas and open spaces that preserve the valueand function of natural ecosystems, maintain clean air and water and provide a number of benefits for humansand other living things. Kendari City as a developing city has developed a green infrastructure-based greenspace structuring system as a basic concept in the development of the 2017-2037 master plan. One element ofthis green infrastructure is the ecological path that functions as an ecological green structure in urban areas.The existence of green space is very important to improve the quality of urban ecology and has other benefits sothat its existence needs to be controlled and considered. The problem that arises at this time is that green openspace in the city of Kendari in its role as an ecological path has not received attention and priority in itsdevelopment. Whereas its function and role as a city ecological buffer are very important for a city, so thedirection of developing green space with ecological functions needs to be considered for future structuringpriorities. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of ecological path application in the GreenInfrastructure concept in the development of green space management in Kendari City and how the forms areutilized. The method in this study is quantitative to determine the condition of Kendari City Green Space in termsof the availability of urban oxygen which is supported by the presence of urban Green Open Space as an elementin green infrastructure and qualitatively to know the form and utilization of Green Open Space using the conceptof ecological path as an element of green infrastructure in Kendari City. From the results of this study it isknown that the ecological path in the concept of green open space development in Kendari City through greeninfrastructure can be seen from its use which is intended to support the ecology of the city in the form ofmicroclimate modifiers and urban oxygen cycles.Kata Kunci : Ecological Path, Green open space, Green Infrastructure]]>
