Abstract

The Mpok Siti Tourists Bus (Jakarta Explore Bus) is established by Jakarta Provincial Government to support the tourism sector by enhancing accessibility. This tour bus offers a tour service around the city of Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to explore service experience of the tour bus users and identify gaps in service experience using importance performance analysis. Survey was developed based on the following service experience dimensions: incentives, accessibility, comfort, utility, environment, benefits and trust. The research design used quantitative descriptive method through purposive sampling with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. Data processing techniques use the importance of performance analysis carried out by the excel program and SPSS 22.0. The results of analysis obtained the level of suitability between importance and performance at 96 percent on incentives, trust at 98 percent and accessibility at 84 percent. From survey conducted, it is also revealed that users have not considered the value of education as important in using the service, higher importance score was seen on the ease of traveling and physical appearance of the bus.

Abstract

Wana Wisata Kawah Putih is a natural tourist destination in West Java with the potential of ecotourism being developed and becoming the most demostic tourist attraction. As an ecotourism concept destination, Wana Wisata Kawah Putih should focus on enviromental, development and community welfare. The tour manager needsnto know more about the perception of visiting tourists as assessments in order to be in line with what managers want and what tourists expect. Thus the goal of research is to identify natural attaractions and analyze the domestic tourist perceptions of ecotourism in the Wana Wisata Kawah Putih. The design of the research is to use qualitative methods of data collection that researchers are using to observe, an interview of the administrators of KBM ecotourism who have been to the Wana Wisata Kawah Putih haven with a snowball sampling and a library study. After analyzing data collection through that data using data reduction, collate data and verifying data. Based on the results this study, it could be concluded taht natural tourist atrrations in the Wana Wisata Kawah Putih have already made a number of efforts to maintain environmental ecosystems but haven’t been optimal in the field and i haven’t had access to the tour guide, the interpretation board and the restoration of the tourist area. While the domestic tourist perception of ecotourism in the Wana Wisata Kawah Putih that tourists can feel natural beauty and take a picture but the domestic tourists have less active participation with environment.

Abstract

Kya Kya Kembang Jepun is a heritage area in Surabaya with significant historical and cultural value. However, this area faces challenges in sustainable management, inconsistent policies, and lack of coordination among stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the development strategies for Kya Kya Kembang Jepun as a tourism destination using the 4A framework (Attraction, Amenity, Accessibility, Ancillary) and SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation from relevant informants. The findings indicate that Kya Kya possesses strong cultural attractions, Chinese culinary offerings, and cultural performances that support its tourism branding. Accessibility is adequate, but improvements in transportation and parking are necessary. Available amenities are satisfactory, but maintenance requires attention. Based on the SWOT analysis, recommended strategies include sustainable revitalization, strengthening inter-agency collaboration, and more targeted digital promotion. With the right strategies, Kya Kya Kembang Jepun has the potential to become a competitive and sustainable heritage tourism icon in Surabaya.
