Abstract

Integrated Clinical pathway (ICP) adalah rencana asuhan pasien terintegrasi dan terkoordinasi efektif antar multidisiplin dengan mendayagunakan sumber daya yang ada secara efisien dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Implementasi Clinical pathway bisa menjadi fasilitas dalam tercapainya peningkatan mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Akan tetapi, pengembangan dan penerapan ICP di Rumah Sakit tidaklah mudah karena pendokumentasian ICP dilakukan multidisiplin maka memerlukan pengetahuan yang mumpuni dan keterampilan klinis yang baik dalam menerapkan clinical pathway. Tujuan dari tinjauan literature review ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen dengan Integrated Clincal Pathway terhadap mutu pelayanan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit. Studi ini menggunakan perangkat penelitian PICO (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome) dengan mengambil sumber dari EBSCO, ProQuest, Scopus, JKI dan artikel lain. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa ICP yang terintegrasi dengan sistem informasi manajemen dapat mengefisienkan waktu serta tenaga saat pemberian asuhan keperawatan professional. Penerapan sosialisasi, pelatihan dan evaluasi Clinical pathway yang optimal dapat. mengeskalasi mutu pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit Kata kunci: Clinical Pathway, Manajemen Keperawatan, Mutu Pelayanan, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Perawat berisiko lebih tinggi terpapar virus dari pada tenaga kesehatan lain sehingga menimbulkan dampak psikologis yang lebih besar saat bertugas. Perawat manajer sebagai pemimpin di lini keperawatan berperan penting dalam mengolah sumber daya keperawatan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan; Mengeksplorasi stres kerja pada perawat manajer selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Methods: Studi kasus observasional menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan explanatori. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari 10 Perawat manajer di Rumah Sakit wilayah Surabaya. Kegiatan diawali dengan pengisian informed consent, pemberian survey awal melalui g-form dan tahap wawancara pada bulan Juni 2020. Proses analisa data dari membaca transkrip untuk menentukan kata kunci, kategori dan tema serta menggunakan teknik pattern matching. Hasil: Faktor penyebab stres Perawat saat bertugas, yaitu: faktor manajemen SDM, logistik, pasien, fasilitas dan lingkungan kerja. Dari faktor tersebut, dampak dirasakan perawat dapat menimbulkan masalah kesehatan fisik dan mental perawat. Kesimpulan: stress kerja pada perawat selama pandemi Covid-19 dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang berdampak pada kesehatan fisik dan mental.

Abstract

Bullying is a form of aggressive behavior commonly experienced by adolescents and has significant impacts on both physical and mental health. Schools, as primary social environments for teenagers, often become settings where bullying occurs. Several factors contribute to this behavior, particularly peer influence, family roles, and social media use. This study aimed to analyze factors related to bullying behavior among adolescents in a junior high school, including respondent characteristics, peer influence, family roles, and social media usage, as well as their relationships with bullying behavior. This research used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design involving 71 eighth-grade students as respondents. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed with the Chi-Square test. The results showed significant relationships between peer factors (p=0.003), family roles (p<0.001), and social media use (p=0.001) with bullying behavior. A large proportion of respondents reported high social media usage (45.1%) and low family involvement (45.1%), while more than half (53.5%) were categorized as being at risk of engaging in bullying behavior. These findings indicate that adolescents are strongly influenced by their social environment, both offline and online. Negative peer interactions and limited family supervision can increase the likelihood of bullying behavior. In conclusion, peer factors, family roles, and social media use are significantly associated with bullying among adolescents. Therefore, collaboration between families, schools, and communities is essential through psychosocial assessments, increased family involvement, and character education programs to prevent and reduce bullying behavior.

Abstract

Mental health is a crucial issue that needs attention among adolescents. Adolescents low level of mental health knowledge can impact their ability to recognize their current psychological conditions and how to obtain appropriate psychological assistance. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of Junior High School students regarding mental health through interactive educational workshops. The main focus of this community service activity is to increase mental health knowledge related to the characteristics of mental health, how to maintain mental health and overcome problems, and recognize myths and facts about mental health. The implementation method used a one-group pre-test and post-test design to evaluate the impact of education. The activity subjects were 30 junior high school students. The evaluation instrument was a mental health knowledge questionnaire administered before (pre-test) and after (post-test) the educational activity. The pre-test results showed that most participants had a limited level of mental health knowledge. After receiving mental health education, the post-test results showed an increase in knowledge scores in most participants. The research data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The analysis results showed a significant difference between knowledge scores before and after the educational activity (p < 0.05), indicating that mental health education was effective in improving the knowledge of junior high school students. This community service activity is expected to be a promotive and preventive effort in improving adolescent mental health literacy in the school environment.
