<![CDATA[Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas suatu jaringan 3G pada tiga operator berbeda dengan menggunakan metode drivetest dengan proses pengambilan data benchmarking. Untuk mengetahui kualitas dari jaringan 3G yang diukur adalah parameter RSCP dan Ec/No. Benchmarking dilakukan dengan menguji secara real time 1 area dengan drivetest. Untuk menentukan hasil uji kualitas layanan 1 area dilakukan dengan menguji parameter RSCP dan Ec/No. Area yang diuji adalah Area Universitas Brawijaya. Pengujian drivetest pada Area Universitas Brawijaya dilakukan dengan benchmarking. Dari hasil pengukuran nilai RSCP dan Ec/No pada tiga jaringan operator 3G di Area universitas Brawijaya menunjukkan kualitas yang maksimal untuk nilai RSCP pada operator telkomsel -39,6 dBm, Indosat 35.7 dBm dan Xl axiata -40,3 dBm dan untuk nilai Ec/No pada tiga jaringan operator ini hanya operator Indosat yang belum memenuhi standar KPI yaitu -11 dB. Kata Kunci : 3G, Drivetest, Benchmarking, RSCP, Ec/No SUMMARY Writing this thesis aims to analyze the quality of a 3G network on three different operators by using the method drivetest with the process of taking data benchmarking. To know the quality of measured 3G network is parameter of RSCP and Ec / No. Benchmarking is done by testing in real time 1 area with drivetest. To determine the result of service quality test 1 area done by testing parameter of RSCP and Ec / No. The tested area is Universitas Brawijaya Area. The test drivetest in Brawijaya University Area was done by benchmarking. From the measurement of RSCP and Ec / No values on three 3G network operators in Brawijaya University area showed maximum quality for RSCP value in telkomsel operator -39.6 dBm, Indosat 35.7 dBm and Xl axiata -40,3 dBm and for Ec / No on these three network operators only Indosat operators who have not met the KPI standard is -11 dB.
