Abstract

The phenomenon of Cinta dan Rahasia teleseries has finished but still get a place in the hearts of fans. In addition to the increasingly interesting conflicts, the thing that keeps many people from following this teleseries is the quotes from the players in each episode. The purpose of this research is to find out the representation story of family, friendship, and romance in teleseries. Qualitative research design with multimodal semiotics analysis approach was used in this research. The research subject was Cinta dan Rahasia teleseries on Net TV, object of the research was a scene that contained elements of family, friendship and romance. Data analysis technique with multimodal analysis with 2 stages, first, linguistic analysis, second visual analysis. The conclusion of this study showed that refresentative family stories, friendships, and romance in Cintadan Rahasia teleseries conducted by multimodal analysis methods yield results there is a multimodal semiotic system in these shows. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tujuan dan sebab pemilihan yang dilakukan ibu hamil untuk tetap mendatangi dukun beranak. Menggambarkan tujuan dan sebab pemilihan yang dilakukan ibu hamil untuk tetap mendatangi Bidan desa. Menggambarkan pola komunikasi bidan desa kepada Ibu hamil, Ibu bersalin dan ibu menyusui. Menggambarkan kredibilitas bidan desa berdasarkan penilaian Ibu hamil, Ibu bersalin dan ibu menyusui. Menghasilkan isi dan pengemasan pesan dalam mempersuasi Ibu hamil, Ibu bersalin dan ibu menyusui, dalam meningkatkan kredibilitas bidan desa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan metode studi kasus deskriptif. Adapun penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster. Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Tujuan untuk tetap mendatangi Periksa dan konsultasi kehamilan dengan jumlah presentase, melahirkan dengan jumlah presentase, periksa dan konsultasi anak dengan jumlah presentase, konsultasi KB dengan jumlah presentase. Konsultasi Ibu menyusui dengan jumlah presentase. Pola komunikasi bidan yang dirasakan ibu meliputi aspek komunikasi verbal dan non verbal. Mengenai kredibilitas bidan, secara keseluruhan aspek kompetensi, kharisma, sarana pelayanan kesehatan, peralatan dan obat-obatan yang diberikan bidan desa sudah sangat baik dirasakan oleh para ibu. Namun kemampuan komunikasi bidan harus ditingkatkan lagi, karena bidan bertindak sebagai opinon leader bagi masyarakat Desa Cikeusik. Pesan yang efektif untuk mempersuasi ibu guna meningkatkan kredibilitas bidan desa yaitu penekanan bahwa pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan bidan desa kepada masyarakat merupakan pelayanan kesehatan yang menjamin profesi kebersihan, kenyamanan, lengkap, professional dan gratis.AbstractThe research aims to describe the objectives and causes of selection by pregnant women to go to the dukun beranak. Describe the goals and causes of the choices made by pregnant women to continue visiting the village midwife. Describe the pattern of communication of village midwives to pregnant women, maternity and nursing mothers. Describe the credibility of village midwives based on the assessment of pregnant women, maternity and nursing mothers. Producing content and packaging of messages in persuading pregnant women, mothers of birth and nursing mothers, in increasing the credibility of village midwives. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research approach, with descriptive case study methods. The sample determination uses cluster techniques. The results and conclusions of the study show that: The aim to keep visiting is to check and consult the pregnancy with the number of percentages, giving birth to the number of percentages, checking and consulting the child with the percentage, family planning consultation with the percentage. Consultation of nursing mothers with the number of percentages. The midwife’s communication pattern felt by the mother includes aspects of verbal and non verbal communication. Regarding the credibility of midwives, overall aspects of competence, charisma, health care facilities, equipment and medicines provided by village midwives have been very well felt by mothers. But the communication skills of midwives must be increased again, because midwives act as opinon leaders for the people of Cikeusik Village. An effective message to persuade mothers to improve the credibility of village midwives is the emphasis that the health services provided by village midwives to the community are health services that guarantee the profession of cleanliness, comfort, complete, professional and free.

Abstract

The problem of drug abuse is truly disturbing for the government and society throughout Indonesia. Every year the prevalence rate of drug abuse always increases. Efforts are needed to eradicate the distribution and use of drugs in society. One of the efforts is a social and medical rehabilitation program for drug addicts. The success of the rehabilitation program must be supported by professional social support sources, namely addiction counselors and non-professional sources, namely the family. Various forms of social support provided by addiction counselors and families really help restore the physical and mental condition of drug addicts to become healthy and productive individuals again. The aim of this research is to find out and explore the forms of social support provided by addiction counselors and families in the rehabilitation program for drug addicts at the Doulos Batu Recovery Center. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Meanwhile, the research informants were 2 addiction counselors and 2 clients/residents. The research results show that social support in the form of emotional support, tangible or instrumental support, informational support, and companionship support can restore clients' social capabilities and social responsibility so that they can return to being healthy and productive humans.

Abstract

In the digital era, government public communications face complex new challenges, particularly in building positive public perceptions of government performance. Digital transformation has changed patterns of interaction between the government and the public, creating an increasingly critical, connected, and participatory society. The primary issue in this research is the effectiveness of government Public Relations (PR) digital communication strategies in responding to the dynamics of this digital society. The research focuses on how innovations in government PR communication content influence public perceptions in the context of digital public communications. This research uses a Rapid Review approach, analyzing nine relevant scientific articles published in 2025 and applying the ADO(Antecedent–Decision–Outcome) framework. Three main theories serve as the basis for the analysis: Government Communication Theory, Image Management Theory, and Digital Public Participation Theory. The findings indicate that the success of government public communications in the digital era is significantly influenced by three main factors: first, innovative, creative and interactive content that attracts attention and builds engagement; second, a two-way communication strategy that adapts to public feedback; and third, consistency in shaping and maintaining a positive and credible digital narrative. Furthermore, this research reveals that participatory and open digital communication can increase public trust, reduce disinformation, and strengthen the legitimacy of government institutions. Thus, this research provides a practical contribution to the development of public communication strategies that are more participatory, inclusive, and responsive to the dynamics of the digital era. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for government communication practitioners in designing effective and relevant public communication policies amidst the rapid and competitive flow of information.

Abstract

In the digital era, local governments face significant challenges in building a positive public image of regional leaders. The changing public communications landscape driven by technological advancements demands public relations (PR) strategies that are not only informative but also able to engage the emotional and symbolic dimensions of society. The main problem identified is the limited effectiveness of PR content strategies in changing public perceptions. Most content still emphasizes the delivery of factual information, but does not optimally develop narratives, symbols, and interactions that can strengthen the leadership image. This study analyzes this problem using the ADO (Antecedent-Decision-Outcome) approach. Within this framework, PR content innovation is positioned as a prerequisite factor (antecedent), digital communication strategies as the decision (decision), and the formation of the regional leader's image as the final outcome (outcome). The study was conducted using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of seven scientific articles that met the inclusion criteria. The analysis is supported by Image Management Theory, Government Communication Theory, and the New Public Governance paradigm, which emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and public participation in governance. Research findings indicate that innovative digital communication strategies—such as the use of social media, visualization of leadership activities, personal narratives, and two-way interactions with citizens—have a significant impact on building and strengthening a positive image of regional leaders. This approach not only increases public trust but also creates more meaningful engagement between leaders and the public. The study's findings confirm that PR plays a strategic role as a key actor in shaping public perceptions of regional leadership in the digital era. The success of image building depends not only on the quality of the message, but also on PR's creativity, consistency, and ability to adapt modern communication technology to meet the dynamics of public information needs and expectations.
