Abstract

ABSTRACT The word Indie is derived from the word "independent". Indie Bands are bands that perform all activities related to music independently. Indie bands belong to minor labels, it means they have independency in distributing their albums. The aims of this research are to determine the factors related to perform social movements by Indie bands and to determine the forms of social movements. This research focuses on three Indie bands, which are Navicula, Dialog Dini Hari, and Nosstress. The theory that is used in this research is simbolic interaction through music by Mead, a conceptor in simbolic interactionism theory. Abstract

ABSTRACT Kayuputih village is one of the dozen of villages by the number of large-scale farmers. In Kayuputih village of the many number of small to large sizedfarms, many found cage distance that is nit in accordance whit the Decree of the Directorate General of Animal Husbandry in 1993 No. 77 has been included, it is a farm with human settlements distance of at least 250 meters. This then raises problems because of the disruptionof the activities the society caused by air pollution because of the smell from the farm, environmental contamination caused by the disposal of waste from the farm of the river and the disruption of income traders caused by flies that constantly invade human. This research uses a qualitative approach to get a detailed depiction of conditions in the field. The theory used is the Triangle of Cinflict Galtung theory, this theory is an analytical tool to discover the attitudes, behavior and cntradictions between the farmers an society that underlie conflict. Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada representasi masyarakat tontonan di ruang digital, khususnya pada media sosial TikTok oleh mahasiswa Universitas Udayana. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memaparkan serta menganalisis bagaimana representasi masyarakat tontonan pada mahasiswa Universitas Udayana dalam penggunaan aplikasi TikTok dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teori yang dipilih adalah teori masyarakat tontonan dai Guy Debord. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa wujud representasi masyarakat tontonan terbagi menjadi 2 (dua) tipe pengguna, yakni performer dan spectator. Pengguna dengan tipe performer akan mereproduksi ulang tontonan membuat tontonan yang serupa dan semakin meramaikan keberagaman konten video dalam TikTok. lalu, bagi pengguna dengan tipe spectator mereka lebih aktif dalam menggunakan fitur-fitur seperti fitur repost, favorite, atau menyebarkan videonya ke luar dari aplikasi TikTok. Hal lainnya adalah adanya proses produksi masyarakat tontonan dimana dimulai dari penciptaan ide melalui FYP (For You Page), kemudian berlanjut pada partisipasi dan interaksi terhadap pengembangan ide, dan diakhiri dengan kebebasan kreativitas pengguna.
