Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya Email : arrizalsb@gmail.com  Abstrak Dalam skripsi ini, penulis membahas tentang pelaksanaan pasal 4 ayat (1) Peraturan Daerah Kota Malang Nomor 3 Tahun 2003 tentang Pengelolaan Pertamanan Kota dan Dekorasi Kota. Penulis lebih menekankan perawatan pohon pelindung di hutan kota Malang yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kota Malang. Hal ini di latar belakangi oleh kurangnya perhatian dari Dinas terhadap perawatan pohon pelindung di hutan kota, sehingga menimbulkan bahaya bagi apa saja yang berada di sekitar pohon pelindung. Perawatan pohon pelindung harus dilakukan karena pohon pelindung merupakan salah satu penghasil oksigen yang diperlukan setiap makhluk hidup. Hal tersebut dapat mengurangi resiko bahaya bagi apa saja yang ada di sekitar pohon pelindung. Kata kunci :Pelaksanaan, Pertamanan Kota dan Dekorasi Kota, Pohon Pelindung AbstractIn this thesis, the author discusses the implementation of Article 4 paragraph (1) of Local Regulation of Malang City Number 3 Year 2003 on the Management of Garden City and Decoration of City. The authors focuses on maintenance of shade trees in the city forest of Malang which is conducted by Housing and Resettlement Area Agency of Malang City. This is motivated by lack of attention from the Agency on the maintenance of shade trees in the city forest, so it causes harmful effect for anything near shade trees. Maintenance of shade trees should be carried out, because shade trees are one of the oxygen resources that is needed for every creature.
