Abstract

Haryono No. 169 MalangE-mail : ayuastria97@yahoo.co.idABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaturan dan Penerapan sanksi adat Mee-mege dan Mee-gapi terhadap pelaku tindak pidana pembunuhan di kota Timika. Latar belakang pemilihan tema ini ditinjau dari serangkaian pelaksanaan penerapan sanksi adat Mee-mege dan Mee-gapi, apakah penerapan sanksi adat Mee-mege dan Mee-gapi dapat dilaksanakan di wilayah kota Timika, bagaimanakah tata pengaturan yang dilaksanakan sehingga sanksi adat Meemege dan Mee-gapi dapat dilaksanakan di wilayah kota Timika. Mengingat Setiap perbuatan tindak pidana telah diatur dalam perUndang-Undangan mulai dari tahap penyelidikan hingga pada tahap persidangan dalam menyelesaikan perkara tindak pidana. Pelaksanaan sanksi adat Mee-mege dan Mee-gapi dikota timika terjadi dikarenakan masih banyak nya masyarakat adat yang berada di wilayah kota Timika, dimana masyarakat adat tersebut masih hidup dengan berpegang pada prinsip hidup dari nenek moyang. Hal ini menyebabkan Hukum positif Indonesia kurang diminati oleh masyarakat adat di wilayah kota Timika dalam menangani dan menyelesaikan kasus tindak pidana pembunuhan di wilayah kota Timika. Peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode yuridis empiris dengan metode pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta dengan pelaksanaannya. Bahan hukum primer dan sekunder dianalisis dengan teknik analisis berupa kualitatif dan deskriptif. Peneliti memperoleh jawaban atas permasalahan yang ada melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi dengan mewawancarai narasumber.Kata Kunci: Pelaku pembunuhan,Sanksi Adat Mee-mege dan Mee-gapi, Masyarakat adat ABSTRACTThis research is aimed to find out the regulation and imposition of Mee-mege and Mee-gapi as adat sanctions for criminal of murder in Timika city. This research has observed a sequence of implementation of delivering the sanctions and whether Mee-mege and Mee-gapi can be proportionally implemented in Timika, and how are these two sanctions regulated to allow appropriate implementation in Timika. Every criminal offense is regulated in legislation, ranging from inquiry to court trial to settle a criminal case, and the imposition of Mee-mege and Meegapi in Timika is encouraged by the fact that the local people of Timika still strongly cling on to the cultural legacy from their ancestors. With this, the existence of positive law does not come to the preference of the locals in Timika when they have to settle murder cases in Timika. This research employed empirical juridical method and statute approach. The research data consisted of both primary and secondary materials analysed based on qualitative and descriptive analysis method. Abstract

This study is intended to obtain an overview of the influence of influencer marketing on purchasing decisions at CV. Citra Sejahtera Mandiri or Esme Fashion. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, which is a method to get an overview of the influence of influencers and purchasing decisions through questionnaire data collected from Esme Fashion customers. This study also uses the verification method by using the Spearmen rank correlation coefficient analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that there is a correlation coefficient between the influence of influencers on purchasing decisions at Esme Fashion of r = 0.844 which is classified as very strong and the Determinant Coefficient or the magnitude of the influence of influencers on purchasing decisions of 71.23%. Among the sub-variables in the influencer, the expertise Sub-Variable is the one with the highest correlation coefficient, which is 0.796, which is classified as very strong compared to the other 2 sub- variables, namely Trustworthiness of 0.758 and Attractivenes of 0.716. Based on the results of the study, the researchers concluded that there was an influencer's influence on purchasing decisions on Esme Produk. And among the Sub.Variables on influencers, the expertise Sub.Variables are Sub. Keyword: Influencer, Marketing, Purchasing
